We ordered an expensive birthday bouquet for one of our most important clients for her birthday, which was September 2, 2025. Order was placed on August 21, 2025, under the company name of Feltheimer Cohn & Associates, to give Antioch Flowers plenty of time to prepare it. It was never delivered. We have tried to contact the company via both phone & email, and no one has deigned to return any message. This might be a scam operation, as the "224" area code phone number on the website goes to a generic "847" voice mail box with no identifying name. We will not use this company again, and will issue a chargeback with our credit card provider. Ridiculous that a small business (we are a small business too!) cannot be bothered to return mesages. read more

I paid $100 to have a "better" designer choice floral bouquet delivered for a co-worker's birthday - total paid $134.20. What was actually delivered: 2 house plants in unmatched 6" pots (they look like they came from your grandma's windowsill) and a white stuffed teddy bear. I have repeatedly reached out to Antioch Flower Shop... all phone calls go to a voicemail that is not set up, emails unanswered and filling out a contact form on their website has been ignored as well. I placed an online order on a Friday for delivery to a funeral the following Monday and the flowers didn't arrive despite receiving an email order confirmation. I am sure this is a wonderful flower shop but be careful placing your online orders because two websites show up on Google. They both have the flower shop's phone and address listed correctly but evidently the shop only uses one of the websites for their online orders. So disappointed our funeral spray order was not delivered, despite receiving an order confirmation email. read more

I am so disappointed with the arrangement I just received! The flowers were left at my front door about an hour ago. I immediately opened the door and found some of the flower wilted and the Mother's Day Balloon not fully inflated. I called Antioch Flower Shop and the person I spoke with informed me, she had personally put the arrangement together and there was nothing else she could do. (If this is the best she can do, perhaps flower arrangement is not the right career path). Where do I even begin...I first came to Antioch Flower Shop in search of a local florist to do the flowers for my baby sisters wedding. With my sister living with her husband stationed in California and her wedding being held here there were some tasks that took a little extra work. I knew from the moment a I saw the shop logo they would be able to deliver what my sister was looking for. Did they ever!!!!! The flowers were beautiful! Every detail done with such care. Sadly my mother in law unexpectedly passed away last month. We used Antioch Flower shop for the Grandmother arrangement. Ordered on-line before Christmas 2020 to have a Christmas - themed gift basket delivered to a friend and his family at a home address in Antioch, IL; I ordered the gift basket that had some of the usual stuff like chocolates but also an abundance of fresh fruits! Just as pictured and promised on their website. Since this is the era of on-line ordering, I didn't see a need to follow up... right?! To my dismay, a tacky, COSTCO- type basket was delivered, on time, but with tacky stuff that didn't even need expiration dates. No fresh fruits anywhere. I waited till after Christmas to email the store... and suggested they deliver some fresh fruits to the same address, just to make up for the mistake. Well, I am still waiting for acknowledgement of my email, still waiting for an apology and still waiting to have that fresh fruit delivered. AWFULL service; not at all customer friendly!! As a farmer of cut flowers and bouquets myself (in CA) I often read about small local florists complaining about customers not being loyal no more. Well, Antioch Flower Shop: you did this one to yourself!!
