He told me that the frames were in good shape which was relief as the windows are 24 years old. Eddie cleaned the glass, tightened up the locking mechanism, and left no trash or debris behind. A team came into the house and removed the fogged windows, took them to thier work truck, and installed the new windows in the window frames. Scott was one of the team but I did not get the other gentelman's name. Both were friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. I inquired about replacement screens and was told they do repair them, too. It was mentioned it's cheaper if we bring the screens to the shop for repair instead of having them come out to get them. Very impressed with the quality of wormanship and workers.
