If your looking for great service do not go to Q look.If your looking to be a stressed out bride then this is your store.My wife to be went to this location just to find a nice dress for our wedding.She found the 1 she loved just to be a few size's to big,she was told they could and would make it fit to her.She paid for the altering and 4 trips later the dress now is way to small.they will not refund the money and have no idea how to fix it.Q look is by fare the most unprofessional bridal shop i have ever heard of.I have tons more to say about this bridal shop but not enough time to write a book ,so i will leave you with this, stay away if you want quality,customer service,and a great wedding. read more

My best friend got her wedding dress here 1 1/2 months before her wedding. She was told alterations would be done and it would be ready in 2 weeks. A month and 5 alterations later, it was still not ready... a WEEK before her wedding! The seamstress/owner's work was sloppy and inaccurate. After the 5th alteration she had taken it in so much that the originally size 10 dress was too SMALL for the size 6 bride. To top off this disaster, she spent the last 2 appointments (I call them "appointments" very loosely; she was late by at least a 1/2 hour for each one) arguing with the bride's maid of honor and was rude to the point of disgust. The store itself was ill-kept, messy, and cluttered. I would recommend this shop to absolutely no one. Formal occasions are stressful enough without having to deal with shiesty, uncaring shop-owners. read more

this place is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! they called me and said my dress was ready for pick up... well when i went, the alterations weren't even touched! they said "it will be ready tomorrow", so i went back the next day, and once again my dress wasn't touched. now with a day left until prom, i told them i need it that day!! i was there from 6pm to 11!!! there were so many angry mothers and daughters that the cops had to come three times!! the "seamstresses" completely RUINED very expensive, beautiful dresses!! and the worst part is, NO DISCOUNTS, NO MONEY BACK, & NO FREE ALTERATIONS after they completely ruined these dresses!! I wouldn't step foot into this place again! read more

Initially my wedding dress buying experience was going great- i found the perfect dress, at a perfect price and was happy. Until it was about 4 weeks before the wedding and I still hadn't tried my dress on ONCE (a time when i SHOULD have been on my FINAL fitting!). *Mind you, I ordered my dress with PLENTY of time for it to come in* Well after calling to complain about it not being there yet I get a call within the next couple days that it was "miraculously" there. I was excited, but obviously apprehensive- seeing as how it was just a little too convenient that it was all of a sudden in after i complained. Well I was all too right to be worried- when i tried on the gown I saw it had tears and stains on it JUST AS THE SAMPLE DID!! I specifically remember them being on the sample because I had asked about the tears- and also I had asked how a stain like that one would get there. Also, the sample was an 18... I ordered a 16 and the "new" dress fit just like the 18 did. BUT it did have a new looking size 16 tag in it... like someone sewed it in there. Needless to say I was LIVID and asked to see the sample (to see if it was even there) OH GUESS WHAT?! IT WASNT! she "sold it a few months ago" (ya right) for $400... which made me even MORE angry that she was right out telling me this because I gave her $800 for what was CLEARLY this sample!! I kept going into the store so angry i was in tears each time and all i got was my alterations for free. Im sorry but i should have been given half my money back like she said she supposedly "sold" the sample for. This woman is horrible with her bookkeeping (they were always all over the place) and what I believe happened was she forgot to put in my dress order- and did so very late. And once I complained about it not being in she called them and realized it wouldnt be in in time for my wedding and panicked- and instead of telling me this- tried to just throw me the sample. I think this is the way it went because if she had intended on giving me the sample the entire time, she would have done so alot sooner than 4 weeks before my wedding. The problem is that she should have just told me there was a "mix up" or something and been honest about it being the sample. Horrible professionalism. I have a TON of friends and family getting married and have been VERY public about avoiding her shoppe at all costs. and they HAVE. and that makes me incredibly happy. No one else should have their dress buying experience ruined by her selfishness. read more

DON'T GO HERE!!!! Worse place ever!!! We bought a prom dress for $500. After that EVERYTHING went down hill! Q-Look Bridal told us we would get a call when the dress came in. We never got a call, so we called several times. Every time we called they could not "find" our dress. They would ask our name several times, ask the date of the prom and they would ask us what school my daughter attends. It was very nerve wracking to know they took our money and could never locate our dress. We finally got a phone call telling us the dress had arrived. (about a month after we were told it would arrive) So we arranged an appointment to try on the dress for alterations. We went back for our next appointment to try on the dress and presumably leave with our finished dress ready for my daughter's prom. We arrived to see our dress hanging in the doorway between the showroom and the office. Employees were walking past our dress and rubbing against it with cups of coffee in their hands. I was alarmed because every other dress in the shop seemed to be in a clear plastic garment bag. We just ignored that hoping it was just an oversight and were excited to see the finished product. The teenager who was helping us was surprised and annoyed that we wanted to try the dress on before bringing it home. Well, we almost fainted when we saw the condition of the dress. The hem was a disaster, uneven and looked as if a child had done it with their eyes closed. The hem was ragged and barely turned under before it was sewed. Every 3 inches or so, the material didn't stayed folded under and it looked like someone had burned the edges. They were supposed to take the dress in under the armpits because you could see the side of my daughter's breast. Instead they cut off and tightened the decorative cross straps on the back, which caused rolls of back fat on my daughter. My daughter is a petite girl, barely weighing 100lbs. She didn't have back fat before we came in there. The seamstress came out and told us "I can't help it if she's fat". They told us it was all ok, they would fix everything quickly and to go get something to eat and come back in 1 hour. We came back and there was no improvement. This went on several times, they would tell us "it's ok, we will fix it". We would wait a 1/2 hour and they would bring the dress out with more flaws. After 4 hours and the store had now closed, they shut out all the lights on us and said it will just be a minute. We finally said please just give us the dress to take home. They wouldn't let us have the dress until we paid the $60 "alteration" fee. I calmly told them we didn't thing we should have to pay the alteration fee because we now have to find another seamstress to have our brand new $500 dress fixed. Well, they wouldn't unlock the doors to the store to even let us out, unless we paid the "remaining $60 alteration fee". I finally paid it and left with our ruined dress. $560 later we still have to find another seamstress. My daughter is heartbroken! To say the least! I only hope we can find someone to repair all of Q-Look Bridal's mistakes in less than a week!!! We are truly sick to our stomachs. What was supposed to be a wonderful time for my daughter has turned into a nightmare. DO NOT SHOP @ Q-Look Bridal!!!!! You will regret it. I only wish we had looked up reviews before entering the shop! We hopefully could of avoided such stress and heartbreak! read more

I passed by the store every week and I always saw beautiful dresses in the window! Finally the day came and I needed a wedding dress! We want to support local businesses and passing by, I've always wanted to go in so let's do this! The first visit was a little rough, however we didn't have an appt but they let me try on dresses anyway. When we came for my actual appointment, it was MUCH better. I was still a bit upset because I sent them a list, as requested, of dresses I would like to try on. Upon arriving, they maybe had 1...2 if the dresses pulled. The other dresses they didn't have so we had to wait for them to get them from their new store across the street. After trying on several dresses, the owner Tammy said "I've got a dress for you." She left and gave me a dress I didn't even see. Low and behold, that's the dress I got!! They were super supportive, helped me with the dresses, gave suggestions and their opinions... They were awesome! The new store, went to try my new dress on for first time. The store is quite large with lots of space! It's nice and bright with plenty of dressing rooms, quite a step up from their modest first location. Highly recommended, especially if Tammy is there! Quick update, I also got my alterations done there, PERFECT! The only issue was we waited about 45 minutes until I was able to try on my dress for the final fitting. However I do kind of understand because they were busy but at the same time, we had an appointment.... Anyway again after a bit of a rough start, the appointment went great! Tammy made sure I could walk, dance, and checked everything twice over to make sure it was all set. They also agreed to hold on to my dress till whenever I wanted to pick it up before the wedding, steaming it before it went off. Still HIGHLY recommend them! Just have to be a bit patient but all good things comes to those who wait... read more

I bought my prom dress from here last year and loved it. Even had my alterations done by them. Went back today to look for this year's prom and it was a complete disaster. I went on to their website beforehand and found something I loved. Showed it to them and they brought me dresses upon dresses that looked nothing like I actually wanted. Inside their dressing rooms, they have photos of pictures they supposedly sell. I asked multiple times to try on the ones they were advertising and they kept bringing me dresses that didn't look like the ones I asked for at all. If they don't have the dresses they have photos of all over their walls, first they should take those photos down, and second they should not pretend they are going to get them when they don't actually have them! I also repeatedly told the lady that I didn't want anything with chunky sequins on them and she INSISTED that I keep trying on dresses that had chunky sequins. She didn't care about what kind of dress I wanted she just wanted to sell some hideous dress to me. They also insist that they get new stuff everyday, but I saw some of the same exact dresses there today that I did this time last year. I tried to be nice but I eventually left. read more
