It was such a great service today. I was going to a Russian manicurist who would do my nails extravagantly and wow they did everything. I liked. It was so great relaxed atmosphere. The service was great. I'm very please.

I went to Annie for the first time to get my birthday nails and they are beautiful!!! I love them so much! I'll definitely be back! I also got my eyebrows waxed from them and it was fantastic!

Anne is amazing! She did a beautiful ombré with floral details and I'm absolutely in love with how they turned out. She always gets my shape perfect, which is so important to me. Her attention to detail and consistency keep me coming back every time. Highly recommend!

She is always suggesting new colors and styles. After going to her for so long, she knows exactly what I will like, which is so helpful. Annie also gives amazing pedicures. She gives good pressure on feet and legs and the lotions they use smell wonderful. The pedicure massage chairs are state of the art, with lots of massage options on the control pad. The place is super clean and all the employees are friendly and efficient. They have every imaginable color with walls and books of nail polish. Customers always seem happy with the service they receive. You can make an appointment and they take walk-ins. I highly recommend Q Nails...ask for Annie if she's available!

Q Nails has officially become my go-to nail salon! I've been here three times now for pedicures, and every single experience has been outstanding. The salon is always spotless, they run on time, and the entire atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. I've been lucky enough to have Emily as my nail technician each visit, and she is absolutely amazing! Her attention to detail is second to none, and she truly takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. She gives one of the best pedicures I've ever had--you can tell she genuinely cares about the quality of her work and her clients' experience. Ive been coming here ever two weeks for two years. I see the owner Annie and Kim is the best at pedicures. I love how clean and welcoming it is but most of all I love my nails everytime I leave. Im a hairdresser and am hard on my nails so I need an experienced nail tech that not only gives me strong nails that don't break but knows just what to do so they don't stain on me! Summary: There's only one nail tech that knows how to do anything! Everyone else is mid. And all the men at work they are rude af 0 Stars Details: I've been a patron in this nail shop for several years, and have since brought my family and never have I been treated so poorly. After calling to book an appointment with Tiffany (because she's the only one who knows how to do design) they told me to come at 11a. when I came at 11 Tiffany was with a client and they passed me off to the next available guy (At least apologize and say you made a mistake on the appointment) He was getting frustrated because they couldn't find a color to do my design. So I had to settle for a basic French tip which was fine. Even though I called and booked an appointment with the design specialist. They said, did you ask for Tiffany and I said yes, you told me to be here at 11. Then stares, but no acknowledgment of the mistake. This is where I felt the disrespect came into place. At this point, he said he couldn't do animal print, so then I asked if he could do chrome tips, which he stated no, I knew was a lie. He's unskilled and needs to learn. He just didn't wanna do it. Why is Tiffany the only skilled tech here? After he completed my nails, he told me he wasn't going to charge me for the color change service, but he still was rude, and basically rushed me out. This was extremely poor customer service for somebody that comes here so often and brings her whole entire family. To be disrespected. It was the tone, and service. Tiffany is phenomenal! Vivian is phenomenal even though she doesn't know how to do design her customer service is great. And I just got my nails done with her the prior day. Beautiful energy I won't be back! My mother and I went there yesterday for pedicures and my mom asked the lady for a massage on her feet to use good force didn't mean nothing else by that as she has thick legs . One of the gentleman that works there was extremely rude to my mom was cussing and yelling at her. He said go somewhere else if you want a massage! Booked an appt. At 5:30, sisters didn't get seated till 6. The nails were done so sloppy. Giant gaps in the cuticles, paint left on my hand. Fumes in the store were super strong. Super poor quality on all of my sisters hands but mine specifically were horrendous. read more

As many nail salons out there I would definitely not recommend this one!!! They made a dent in my natural nails 3 times I don't know why I gave them so many chances but when I complained about it they tried to charge me full price not only that but now I'm wishing I just went somewhere else to fix them. Horrendous quality and poor customer service. Made an appointment for 5:30, they called at 4:30 asking for us to come early so we did and didn't even get seated until 6. Nails were crooked and uneven lengths even after repeatedly asking for it to be fixed. Eventually I just stopped asking and figured I would go elsewhere to get them fixed. On top of that they originally said $50 for a full set of GelX and $50 for a gel pedicure and ended up charging me $140 for both. read more

I just didn't have a pleasant experience, I felt rushed. while in front she had already called the next person back. It felt like some sort of sweat shop. I will not be returning!

The lady typically at the front counter was the only one present and offered to thread my brows. I requested a simple clean-up, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. She was much rougher than usual--while threading can be uncomfortable, this time it was noticeably more painful. Additionally, she removed too much hair, resulting in unevenness at the top and bottom of the brow, as shown in the attached photo. I gave three stars because I'm generally pleased with the results, but based on my last visit, I feel she should remain at the front desk and leave threading to the other staff.

I have been going to Q Nails for over 10 years. I love the owners and their staff. They are all professional, friendly and helpful. I have even brought my sister, niece and Aunt there. A wonderful experience and they were very happy with their results! Also, if you have any questions about prices they are always honest and tell you what the costs will be prior to the excellent service they provide you! If there are new items that come in, they tell you about them and always ask if it's something you want to try, and tell you the cost upfront. Nothing is ever hidden from the customers about prices. I've even heard new customers ask prices and never had it been over priced on what their regular customers were being charged. Honest people!!! Tiffany and Mike are truly wonderful owners!! Tiffany, Mike and their staff, they all truly care about their new and regular customers! They all do everything they can to make the customer feel welcome and happy about their experience! I think Q Nails may just be the best nail salon in Southern Nevada! I have worked for state/government agencies and in the service industry for decades. I know outstanding service when I see it, and you have it at this shop! Having gone to at least a dozen shops in the Vegas Valley, I have seen everything from unsanitary conditions to rude, unprofessional staff. I have always been impressed with the service here. I've been a customer of Q nails for years and I will go no where else. I bring my mother, my daughter and refer my friends and co-workers to Q Nails. I know that we are getting the best care and the highest quality products at this shop. The customer service was so great here! The place is cute and modern, very very clean and has many polishes to chose from. We were trying to find a last minute appointment for 3 pedicures and they originally didn't have any availability. They were so kind to call us back and tell us someone cancelled and they could take us. My little niece was with us and they treated her just as professional as they did the adults. I've been coming to Q Nails for a while now, and I'm always so happy with how my nails turn out! They consistently do an amazing job, and the quality really lasts. Nancy is especially wonderful--she's so detail-oriented and makes sure everything looks perfect every time. You can tell she really cares about her work. I also really appreciated that they fixed one of my nails for free when I broke it. That kind of customer service goes a long way and keeps me coming back. On top of that, I got the base coat using that new jelly polish and yes I know it comes kind of sheer, but when I've gotten it in the past at other salons, they just add an extra coat to make them pop more and he did not even offer it to me, I had to ask for a second coat and even with the second, they just look meh. I explained that it was my first time there and was looking for a new regular salon, so you would think he would maybe try to do a better set on me, at least to keep me coming back, but honestly this is one of the worst results from a pedicure I've ever had. If it was acceptable for me to walk out of the salon like this, I feel like it's worthy of sharing to others looking for a nail salon in the area. There are so many to pick from, just don't do this one. Paid $80 +$20 tip for these :(

I couldn't believe that they wouldn't offer any correction. I went to another salon early the next day and they were able to replicate the picture with NO PROBLEMS. They even offered me a discount to redo my nails and fix what this other salon had done so terribly wrong. I trust nail salons to tell me up front if they can or cannot do something. They did absolutely nothing to try to compensate or fix it and had an attitude with me when I expressed that I was unhappy with it. I do not recommend.
