I went for a refill (which was rushed) and realized the next day that they didn't put enough acrylic on my cracked nailso it split the same day . Went back to get it fixed and they told me to come back. I will never come her again read more

Awesome, clean, efficient, and quick while being careful!!! i didn't expect the space to be huge and really clean and lit well. it had a great open feel to it, and i love how the place is CLEAN!!!! Had mani/pedi - the cuticle trimming part was a bit painful, the tech pushed down a bit too hard for my liking, but man is it thorough and cleaaaan!!!!! love it love it love it! got the french polish and it looks good! pedi - got rubbed down w/ certain lotions and solutions, and then a warm towel is draped over...ohhhh heaven!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! again more cuticle work, and fantastic polishing skills. actually got complimented later on the day...heeee... i was in and out within 1 hr and some change...total, $30!!! but that's b/c of a hook up....mani/pedi usually is 33, plus extra for french/design/etc. eyebrow waxing here available too! i saw one girl get hers done and after, she looked hot!!! read more

Worst experience out of the other three . I usually only come because it's close to home. If I add nails I have to go through an act of Congress to get them remove, polish (gel) never last longer than a week, and heaven forbid I get a regular polish my 2 year old can administrer Berrer service. I arrived at the salon at 5:56pm seated at 615 and wasn't attempted to be worked on until 7 pm acetone was applied . Once again only two workers to six individuals. I waited patiently then all of a sudden the lady in the pedicure chair decided to get a manicure , and they last straw was reached when she began to work on her nails like as if didn't exist. I will never attempt to revisit this place. Then the audacity to ask can I come Tomorrow . Patients will ask me at work why are my nails so hideous and I will reply this is the work of Q nails on Lapalco. Thanks for the effortless work. read more

I just spent $160 for my daughter & I. while getting my nails done by the older woman she was throwing my hands being very rough. I'd ask 4 sum10 done & they would keep saying, "no u do this", I finally, had 2 say, "no I pay this is what I want"!! The work is very sloppy, but service is great...I will not go bck. read more

Was on the Westbank getting work done on my car so I decided to find a place close to the shop for a much needed mani/pedi. I picked this place based on the other review, and I'm glad I did because it's the best I've had in awhile. The girls are super nice too! They talked me the gel color which I've never had. It is definitely worth it especially if you are hard on your hands like me. The prices are very reasonable probably less expensive than some of their competitors. They took me as a walk-in and I was done in an hour. Now I wish I lived closer to this place. My nails look awesome and my feet look/feel amazing. read more

Came in for a refill. She put way too much acrylic on and didn't even it out. So now I have lump, thick ass nails. Poop. And $20 just for a refill??? I best stick to my old place, Pretty Nails. read more

I'm a regular st this salon and I love it. My favorites are Jackie and Kathy. I followed Jackie here when she moved. When you find the best, you hold on. They really take their time and make sure your nails are perfect. The only reason I'm giving them four stars is they need to hire another good person for nails. I have to give this place a five. I do my own manicures and all I wanted was gel polish. After calling so many other and most of them were charging $25 for just the gel polish. This one only charged me $19 and I was very happy with the service. I showed them a pic from Pinterest and they nailed it. I get it, it wasn't a hard design or anything but the color was perfect and Lynn was very nice. Definitely coming back. read more

The staff is very friendly. They use hot towels for all pedicures even the basic pedicure. They also use tub liners to reduce a customer's chance of getting an infection. Utensils are sterilized and individually packaged. Kathy is great! I highly recommend this nail salon. read more

I was a normal and loyal guest of theirs until today. A week ago I got my nails done and the tech put way too much acrylic, I returned today to get them filled as I have a busy schedule work and school. I was charged 25 for this to be done. I asked about the price and was told 19 for gel, 3 for a nail Chip (no new nail) I have an overlay, and she broke a nail in the process of doing my nails so another 3. I got a pedicure and was charged an extra dollar. I called and asked about it and was told that was that was for quick dry.. I didn't get quick dry. They charge people for stuff they didn't get and then charged me for a broke nail that she broke.. Besides this, my nails were thick from the old tech doing them so I didn't get them redone I just needed them filed down.. Total rip. I paid the full set price! Scam artists. I've been going here for years! Never again though! The amount they over charge is their tip!! read more

Before today this was my "go-to" quick, last minute spot to get a mani or pedi since I live on the westbank. Came in for a simple manicure. Called ahead of time to see if they can squeeze me in. They said "sure come on in we have time for a manicure". This was at 6:30pm. It's now 8:07 and I'm still waiting for a simple manicure. Had I known I would be waiting this long, I would've went to get food & come back. Had I known it would take this long, I would've never came here in the first place. At least tell me over the phone that you don't think you can squeeze me in before you close. I wasn't spoken to, wasn't offered anything to drink, I wasn't even acknowledged. What seemed like the owner, offered a man getting a pedicure a drink but didn't offer me anything. Sorry Kathy, your manicures were amazing but the staff's business mentality is horrible. BTW check in offer isn't valid, they won't accept it. They said its from the "old owner". Not to mention, as I was sitting to dry my nails, the "owner" had his dog just roaming around. don't go to this nail shop even if you are desperate. they just opened back up due to corona and they call themselves taking safety precautions by having you put hand sanitizer on your hands while one of the men working here cross contaminated EVERYTHING with his gloves. when he went to clean the pedicures seats/bowl he sprayed the seat with alcohol and then used a towel to wipe it and ended up putting that towel on the bowl where the customers feet goes. and DONT EVER GET OMBRE HERE. the way the "OWNER" did my nails was a disgrace, there was no blend in the ombre. she tried to tell me how ombre goes but i had to show numerous pictures of how ombre is supposed to look. and then she kept trying to justify why it looked the way it did. so i told her just give me all one color, im very disappointed in the way my nails look. i will never come back here ever again .... THERE WAS MUCH MORE THAT HAPPENED BUT THIS WAS WHAT REALLY GOT TO ME. never come here. ever. read more
