I love that they are well knowledgeable about all the products and take the time if you ask to explain the differences in the meats and how they should be cooked for the best experience. If you are ever by the grove or farmers market ask for Brandon (likes to go by B) or Byron they are always willing to help and make sure you are more than satisfied with your purchase. The great thing about them is that they are father (Byron) and son (Brandon) which means they are passing down the skill set and knowledge regarding butchery and meats. If you are in the area or have the means to travel I definitely recommend supporting this establishment at least for your ultra premium, exotic, or seasonal meats.
