Usually I have to ask the masseuse to either press harder or softer but Rose was spot on. And she found those little knots in the muscles of my upper back and neck and kneaded them out. The neck pain is nearly completely gone now. If the pain returns, I will go right back and ask for Rose again. Five stars for Rose and Hippi spa. I left a nice tip.

It's located in a very empty mall, and owned by a lovely, professional Chinese couple. Prices are on point! If you're not familiar with Chinese massage, they do a super deep massage- you will be beaten (in a good way) and feel amazing after. You are fully clothed and behind a screen, so out of view from general mall people. Be open about how much pressure you want and whether you have particular sore areas. *Side Note: I'm currently going to Moffitt for cancer chemo treatments and this is my new "cheer up" activity on my treatment days. They are very careful with me to do light pressure and work around my neulasta sticker etc. My sister asked for the "regular" super deep Chinese massage and said it was just like her massage person in China, where she lives!
