Qargo Coffee is a great coffee shop located at The Collective. You'll find them on Paradise and Corporate Drive near Twain and Sands, next to Tacos Beer. There's good parking available. Soft opening was around March 9, 2026. There's no set date for the grand opening. Inside is a cozy atmosphere with a lovely wall art decor, elegant lighting, good seating and relaxing music. Menu offers a nice selection of energy fresh which are custom fruit drinks with lotus similar to energy drinks, they have energy smoothies which have lotus too, there's classic coffee, latte, Italian frappes, and cold brew. They have assorted baked goods like sliced cakes and danish with flavors for spinach and feta, and tomato and olive, as well as breakfast and lunch sandwiches with bread for croissants, bagels, and ciabatta. Kal recommends to keep bread as is but if you have a preference, you can kindly ask to substitute bread, they're very accommodating. Most popular sandwich is Turkey Bacon Al Fresco. I asked Kal what he recommends, and he mentioned Pesto Pomodero which is a vegetarian sandwich that has pesto on ciabatta bread with tomatoes and fresh mozzarella topped with arugula tossed in olive oil, that sounds really good! I will definitely try on next visit. I ordered Iced Matcha Latte (24 oz, $6.95) with unsweetened coconut milk (+$0.95), very good matcha and nicely balanced. Also had Caffe Latte (16 oz, $5.95) with coconut milk served hot in a coffee mug. It's strong coffee, rich, and delicious! I paired with Sliced Carrot Cake ($7.75), this has a lovely sweetness and is delightful! Cake has yummy cream cheese icing, topped with crushed walnuts, so good! Service from Kal and Sarahi is very kind, welcoming, attentive, accommodating, and friendly! They are so caring, courteous, knowledgeable, and polite especially when answering questions about the menu, and even made great suggestions which is appreciated! I highly recommend visiting them, everyone in the staff is super nice and genuinely helpful. The coffee shop is open daily from 7am to 9pm. read more

The coffee spot is tucked away in the same area as Tacos & Beer. I'm not sure how long they have been there but it's a cute little shop with some seating. Good to do some work or catch up with a friend. I got an Iced Hazelnut Latte with Almond Milk. It was decent. The beans do have a little bit of that burnt taste but I still drank it. I also got a tomato & olive pastry warmed. It was pretty good. Overall decent spot for the value and they have plenty of parking/wifi. read more

Saw a video the other day on Instagram so I was in the area and stopped in this morning. I was intrigued as it was labeled as Italy's finest coffee. Not a lot of different flavors to select from so I ordered a hot coconut latte. First sip and I could taste the coconut syrup right away so that was good. The latte itself felt very basic but still good. The nice gentleman behind the counter said they've been open for only a week. Congrats on the achievement. I know how hard it is to start a small business. The inside esthetics were nice. The only thing is that when I was waiting for my order, I went to sit down but the seat was very dirty and had crumbs on the creases of the seat which I then opted to sit on the bar stool style chair. Quargo has been on my radar for months now - they had a big social media push with ads, and I signed up in advance for their email list, which got me a coupon for a free drink when they finally opened. Made it in between work meetings on a weekday. Ordered a coconut latte and staff were great about taking my coupon for an extra drink even though the signal is spotty in that area and it was struggling to load. My coconut latte was great - smooth coffee flavor, prominent coconut flavor, without being overwhelmingly sweet. The large powered me through a super boring training that afternoon. Location itself is nice, with hanging gold globe light fixtures, blue velvet seating, colorful murals, and nicer decor than your typical coffeeshop. While my order was correct, staff weren't exactly friendly. It's also a bit of a pet peeve for businesses to have a fun neon sign or "social media wall" and then proceed to park an employee with a laptop under it all day long so no one can actually get a photo of/with it without being super awkward. The baristas were so sweet, but apparently they only do latte designs in the morning which kinda bummed me out. I got the ice coconut latte which was a bit pricey, given that I got the smallest size for $9. I got it half sweet, which was perfect as someone whose sweet tooth isn't the biggest. Qargo is a very underrated cafe, and the ambiance really stands out. The architecture and design inside feel unique and has a modern aesthetic and the artwork was very cool. One thing I was especially hyperfixated on was the large chair in the middle it had a really cool design and became an unexpected highlight. The service was excellent as well. Navi was very hospitable and attentive and made us feel welcomed and easy to have conversation wirh. This is a great spot and it made me want to stay but had to watch the knicks play. read more

I'm very sorry guys, but this is not Italian coffee. We were there on a Saturday morning and they didn't have any variety of pastries. Got my coffee (cappuccino) and it was cold.
