First timer - unfortunately definitely overpriced but the staff was super friendly. Due to the price i couldn't be a repeated customer all the time but i would like to get another chance to review to re-evaluate my first experienced now i know. Ambiance gives a high-end vibe but in a coffee shop vibe; side note avoid the high tops with the fancy chairs - they ARENT comfortable. Lol! I did grab a cheesecake thingy - not gonna lie i forgot the name but the picture added for reference. Now it wasn't sweet which i thought it was going to be but still good; i enjoy trying new things. I can't say enough good things about this place. I pulled into the drive thru on a whim one day. Saw them while driving and decided to stop. The first time I did so, I got a Biscoff Latte.....and it got me hooked. The coffee was delicious. I stopped in a day or so later trying to get a Tiramisu Latte. Ordered on the app and BOOM get there and the darn construction folk broke a water pipe and Qazzaz had no running water because of it. The owner was so beautiful, he was heartbroken that he could not give me my order, offered alternatives and a refund. We spoke for a while in the drive thru and his personality, due diligence to his customers and all around awesome aura got him a new consistent customer. ME!!! Went to Qazzaz Coffee today.,my first time. Best Coffee I've ever had. I thought about an iced Turkish coffee, but after being told it was creamy, the lady at the counter suggested another style of iced coffee-maybe another style of Turkish, not sure. But pure deliciousness. Warm notes of spices, cinnamon, ginger, and. cardamom. I'm sipping it cause I don't want it to end!! Beautiful cafe, helpful and friendly staff. This place is so beautiful and cozy- the chairs are gorgeous, and the fireplace sets this apart. The drink menu has a large variety. I had the Knefah latte- it was beautifully roasted, the flavors were subtle and delicious. Outdoor seating available. Great coffee house chill vibes. read more

I was so excited to see a coffee shop that roasts its own beans in house. The menu has unique options for coffee not just your typical latte and espresso. One of the options was knafeh latte which was very tasty!! The croissants were decadent. Service was quick and friendly. read more

The coffee menu is extensive with Turkish, French, and American styles. I know I twice enjoyed a hot knafeh latte (it was fabulous, and it was made specially for me because it is listed only as a cold drink on the menu) but at two different, later visits, the baristas could not understand nor replicate the drink, as much as they earnestly tried. So I was disappointed. Having said that, the regular hot latte is one of the best. They have an app, "Qazzaz Coffee Company" which is good for learning the menu, and also to get points toward a reward. They have sweet and savory gourmet pastries, croissants, and cake, beautifully served on bamboo trays; and also affogato (a shot of hot espresso over vanilla ice cream) . This place is a must to have dessert and coffee. They are open late. The parking is ample, and the café itself is so pretty it sparkles. They roast on the premise, with a window looking into the roastery (which is dull and not so pretty). The music is bland, just background ambient noise. I would prefer some light jazz or anything real. All in all, this café is a delightful addition to the dining scene in Allen Park, and to Downriver in general. read more
