Within a year, one of the vent covers fell off because it was not properly attached. I blew it off and didn't want to bother the company, but then we started to smell dead animals because the birds were getting into my vent system. Then another one recently fell off. I called the company and I felt that they should reattach those covers as a good faith gesture, especially since they charged so much.. They admit that their covers are brittle and they said they will charge $250 to come and fix what they did not properly install. Stay away from this company. They charge astronomical prices and install inferior products so that you have to call them back and they can make more money off of you. Manipulation and denial of responsibility at its finest! I will be contacting my attorney and I will make sure that other people do not work with this company.

That someone was Mike Powers. From our very first conversation I could tell that Mike really cared about his customers. He listened to all of my concerns regarding the toxic mold we had in our home, and really made me feel like he cared about me, and my family's concerns and safety. He addressed my concerns promptly coming out that Monday to give and estimate and evaluate the situation. By Tuesday he and his crew were back to tackle the problem. We gave them full access to our home while we stayed at a hotel, and I am happy to say that all of our personal belongings remained fine and intact. The best part of it all...when we had our next air test, all of the toxic mold was gone!! They were able to eliminate it all...something that another local company tried to do, but was unsuccessful in their efforts. I would highly recommended Mike and his crew. Dust still on picture frames. I had a shelf full of dust off the stairs, which was obvious they didn't even try to wipe down. Under the tv console had not been touched- Behind the TV... dusty.. just obviously didn't take the time to do the "DEEP" cleaning they charged us $200+ for. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Husband was ok with letting them come back and try one more time with clutter picked up to see if they did a better job.. but I was not happy. Would not want them to try again.

The had truck mounted…read moreequipment , Used heated water and an eco friendly detergent ,did a excellent job. ..sent a text for them to call me for a whole house cleaning estimate. ..turns out they were bought by union pressure washing. ..spoke with John to set up estimate he was very professional and said he would call first of the week to schedule an appointment for an estimate and that he would call before the appointment. .this was on a Fri. so the following Fri, 2 guys show up, unannounced, and proceed to unload and hook up equipment in my yard ..no truck mount. ..2 guys in unmarked pickup and begin moving stuff to clean with no OK from me as I was on business call in office when wife informed me what was happening. ..so I walked outside and said shut it down and leave. then received a text from the now unprofessional John that this was" my loss"..I can find find 2 guys in a pickup anywhere. I had specifically asked if the equipment was truck mounted, to which John replied yes..I also had requested an estimate first, and they just showed up and started working. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company. I like to use locally owned businesses whenever possible and still need a reputable company to pressure wash my home.

The first time the duct work connected to the unit was unattached, causing my electric bill to be sky high! They did fix that, however the owner Brian Rape, was not even respectful enough to return a call. The second time I called about a problem they told me they would not come out anymore! Since then, I have had another problem. The pipe containing the freon is leaking and needs to be re-welded according to another contractor who looked at it. This is because Jerry's Mechanical did a bad welding job! Obviously, this company does bad work. I would avoid them if I were you!
