I love this place. They're my Mexican fast food chain go to. The portions are healthy. The ingredients are phenomenal. The service is quick and bonus points for having the soda fountain with seemingly unlimited choices. If I start drinking soda again I'll come and dine in more here. I was elated when I randomly saw this place pop up in Bushwick right within reasonable biking distance or convenient UberEats within 15 minutes luxury. I've been missing this place since I left Chicago. I hope that New York will speed along some new locations in the city near some of the busier work/recreation districts. This particular location is pretty clean and well lit. There's numerous TVs throughout playing music videos and random things. It's a comfortable and spacious environment to lounge in for a bit. I ordered a pulled pork burrito with the works after ordering from Chipotle earlier in the week. Their burritos were big and stuff to the max. The meat was flavorful, the rice was flavorful, and everything that I ordered was inside of the burrito. Horrible phone etiquette. Ordered food on door dash and was unable to add a flour tortilla on the side of a bowl. I looked for it to see if it was featured as a side or add on whatever it didn't matter to me, just wanted the tortilla. I call the store and the woman on the phone refused to give me a tortilla on the side telling me adamantly that they do not serve tortillas on the side anymore. WHAT?! so you're telling me that if I walk into the store and ask for a tortilla I can't get one? I get a bowl and cannot her a tortilla on the side??! It's a charge. OK so charge me for the tortilla! I can't there's nothing we can do. I go on to tell her there is no option for a side tortilla and she says nothing they can do. I love QDOBA! I've been before but this location is so great. It recently opened near me so I decided to check it out. Everyone here is so nice; excellent customer service and the store remained super clean even though it was a busy lunch crowd. QDOBA is a lot like Chipotle but the food tastes fresher and the queso and guacamole are free with bowls and burritos! The queso is also wayyyyyy better than Chipotle's. Also the brownies are sooo delicious! My only gripe is that they don't have water cups... I didn't want to buy bottled water so I had to pay for a full drink just to get water from the coke freestyle machine, but that's not a big deal. What an awesome dinner! I ordered the Grilled steak family meal. All the ingredients were so fresh and delicious. My family enjoyed filling up their own tortillas with their favorite toppings. Cant't forget about their freshly fried in house tortilla chips which I enjoyed with their yummy guacamole and delicious 3-cheese queso. We finished off this great meal with QDOBA 's brownies. Warm them up a little and enjoy! Greatest decision I made to order from QDOBA using DoorDash last night. My driver kept in touch with me about estimated food delivery time and was friendly.
