This was the worst experience I've ever had at a QDOBA! The service was slow, inaccurate; the rice was inedible and they ran out of jalopenos, limes and Cotija cheese.We waited in line forever, while quite a few teenage employees stood around doing nothing. When I did finally get to order, a different employee took my bowl with chicken and rice and used it to complete an online order instead. Finally the only employee who seemed like he knew what he was doing, took my order and completed it in order to get the line moving again. They had run out of quite a few ingredients. They skimped on what ingredients they still had and worst of all, the rice was not cooked. It was crunchy and inedible. I do not recommend this QDOBA. I will never eat there ever again. read more

We have been to Qdoba many times before both here and in other locations, it has been a semi decent alternative to regular fast food with some good salsas and other flavors. Now the chicken and steak is always dry and flavorless but again with some salsas, cheese and other condiments a good alternative to junk food. We had lunch here again and now i have to say it is not worth it, the prices has been raised to a level that demands a lot more than offered, on top of that the restaurant appears dirty and unkept, if you wanna charge real restaurant prices you need to step it up all around, can't have it both ways. read more

This location is not that great. In the summer they have a lot of flies in the dining room. Of course they get all over the food before you get your food and while you are trying to eat. The owner does nothing about it as I have raised the issue to him. Oh well nobody has to care. read more

If you are looking for a cold wrap sandwich, then the Qdobas in Casper are right up your alley. If you are looking for a hot burrito, you will not find it at either location. I have consistently gone to both locations, and they are literally COLD when I bite into them. I really don't understand why it is such an ongoing problem, but there must be a better solution then to claim that the prep table is hot when I say that I don't want it to be cold. read more

When paying for my order, my receipt said the opposite of what I had ordered. When I went for my food they didn't want to give it to me because supposedly I hadn't paid. I showed my receipt and they told me to pay again, I did not pay for something extra and I was left without my food and without my money back. read more

Updating this review to 2 stars. This place is so irritating and the food quality is not the issue. On multiple occasions they have been out of key menu items like chips so no nachos or lettuce so no salads. The online order process is equally frustrating. Many times they don't prepare the online order until you arrive at the store which defeats the entire purpose of ordering ahead. read more

We stopped in for lunch as we were passing through town on a long road trip. We've never eaten at a QDOBA before and decided to give it a try. The food was very good! Service was very friendly and great. They were out of ground beef, but unlike Chipotle, the chicken is not spicy and my kiddo could eat it. We had the 3 steak tacos, steak burrito bowl, loaded tortilla soup with steak, kids meal with a chicken taco and chips and salsa. Some of the tortilla chips had way too much salt on them, but overall everything was very good. I would've given 4 stars for the chips and being out of ground beef, but I gave 5 stars because the service was so friendly and helpful. Glad we stopped in. read more

Tried coming here twice because of its proximity to the Fairgrounds. My first attempt was met with frustration with how slow thy were making food. I waited in line for nearly 10 minutes to watch only ONE person go through the line?!?! So I left. I returned the next day and only two other customers were even in the building. This time there was a different young lady working behind the counter. She was very friendly and helpful and was quick at making the burrito. It was a standard QDOBA burrito. Nothing special. I definitely recommend trying to come here when no one else is around since having any customers at all seems to overwhelm some of the employees. read more

So first let me say we frequent this location often. For the last several visits it has been horrible. I am not one to complain or take to social media such as FB, but this has to be addressed. My daughter picked us up our usual entrees which usually runs us between $40-50 each visit. Today pushed me over, the steak in my husbands burrito bowl was horrible and unable to eat it, my daughter and I both had loaded tortilla soup bowls, our steak was the same, but we picked around it and tried to eat what we could. That is until I crunched down on a piece of BONE and not a small piece!!! Unacceptable and down right laziness! We will not be going back anytime soon! They need to get it together! read more

I give this Qdoba one star because the food was edible. That's the only good thing I have to say. Been to many Qdoba's many times and have never had such terrible service. There were two girls behind the counter and a guy at the register. When we first walked up the two girls were having an argument with each about what one told the other an order was. Back and forth, back and forth which means they weren't moving the line along or paying attention to customers. I ordered and that included guacamole which they gave a GIGANTIC scoop that smothered the whole rest of the ingredients in the bowl. It had to be at least 4x the amount you would normally get. When I reached the register, one of the girls was telling the guy ahead of me they didn't have coffee, to which the customer said "why is it on the menu?" The girl replied "we weren't making any money on it, so we stopped having it but they didn't remove it from the menu." Couple of things here-if all of your portion control is as bad as the guacamole I bet you're not really making any money on anything. Second, maybe as the business owner you might want to figure out some way to correct the menu. Just sayin'. Next, while I repeated what I ordered and asked the guy for a cookie and small fountain drink 2 times, I got to see how FILTHY the floor was behind the counter-you know, where they prepare the food- which is indicative of the all around lack of concern and care taken here. That was followed up by not being able to find a single clean table, so I got a napkin and used some water to clean one myself. I live in Colorado and eat at Qdoba's all of the time. This restaurant is an insult to the franchise and I doubt you'll be in business the next time I am in town. read more

Can't believe their trash was over flowing -pop machine needed cleaned- lid& utensils bin needed restocked & tables needed wiped down. At least 3 employees there could not see that-so I mentioned it and 1 employee put soda lids out with another employee watching- this was next to the filthy pop machine that neither one looked at. I also prefer one of their sauces that I was told they were out of until Monday! Why aren't there onions or jalapeños, etc offered here? I put in a complaint @ their website so they would know how poorly a store of theirs is run only to receive a call when I was out of town telling me to call them- so I call but the person not available and never returned my call- my conclusion: GO ANYWHERE BUT QDOBA! read more

They are an excellent staff. They are very nice great looking place and I believe they should all get a great pay increase
