IF YOU WANT TO ORDER DOORDASH OR DELIVERY DON'T *** Mind you THIS IS MY FIRST TIME HAVING AN ISSUE GETTING AN ORDER DELIVERED FROM DOORDASH. My friend ordered doordash through them not even an hour ago and they went through multiple drivers. I work in a restaurant that deals with doordash so i'm aware that drivers may sometimes take food that's been made and another driver ends up having to pick it up. sometimes people steal the food or whatever the case is. sometimes It's either the staff didn't watch the original driver confirm it on their app that they picked up the order or the driver cancelled it after picking it up. regardless on that matter it's as simple as remaking the food and ensuring that the proper steps are taken to making sure we confirm with the driver on their app they take it. IT HAPPENS EITHER WAY a new driver will have to come to the restaurant to pick up the order. Few of the drivers told me that they refused to remake the order despite the SEVERAL people coming in to pick up my order. They said that all the staff at this restaurant kept saying was "someone picked it up" when CLEARLY on my end the order was NOT picked up CORRECTLY. This restaurant could have simply remade the order to ensure that the food they made ACTUALLY got picked up. does the staff not get the gist that if multiple drivers attempt to pick the order that MAYBE the order hasn't even been actually sent on its way???? We ended up cancelling the order because this restaurant clearly refused to help the situation. We even tried calling and they weren't answering. A driver mentioned that their "receipt" is only for them when all the driver wanted to do was just confirm the correct order that was picked up out of just wanting to make sure on their end. Not sure if it's management that has their own way of dealing with orders like this, but clearly the restaurant needs to figure it out. read more

This place reminds me of chipotle and cafe rio. It has the same way of ordering that both places do. They have a great selection of items to choose from. Unfortunately the food did look like it had been sitting for a while. The location was not busy at all. The portions for the price seem off compared to other similar restaurants. We ordered 3 tacos, nachos and 2 drinks and it was $30 but the nachos and tacos were pretty small. The employees were nice and helpful with questions and the food did taste pretty good. I don't think this will be replacing either chipotle or cafe rio for me, but I would try them again, maybe just a different location. read more

This place reminds me of a healthier version of chipotle. I noticed it's less salty. The portions are a little less but I kinda like that because sometimes chipotle is too filling. The lady putting my bowl together was very friendly. It had a fast food feel to it but it seemed clean. I plan to go back again. read more

bad customer service lately. went there about a month ago and i tried to order 2 bowls and there was no rice, and the lady almost refused to make it? Then there was cook in the back making something and she BARELY washed her hands like just put soap and ran the soap off immediately (5 sec. MAX). So soon as me and my mother saw that, we left immediately. I went last night and ordered online, the due time was 7:20 but i got there at like 7:27 or so and the food was not ready and then i wait another 10 minute. Completely not cool. Place is dirty, food is stale, rude employees, no greeting, almost all drink selections are out of order. It's a shame because Qdoba is great or it use to be. My son and I made the drive to the Rainbow location from Silverado Ranch to order dinner. My son chose the steak burrito and I chose the chicken bowl. Our food was delicious! Fresh, hot and serving size was good. The steak burrito was huge, stuffed with steak, cheese, white rice, beans, etc. My bowl had fresh cooked chicken, white rice, red onion, pico de gallo, guacamole, pinto beans, cheese, etc. It was loaded down with tasty goodness. My son's burrito we made into a meal with a Coke, chips and Queso. The counter service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff. It is a good location, worth the drive. The restaurant is clean and neat. We definitely will return to try more of their delectable dishes. read more

I was so stoked to come here because it had been almost a decade since I've had Qdoba. It was my go to spot in college & I've definitely missed it. So when the chance to go to one arose, I took full advantage. Walked in & there was no one there & it also seemed a bit dark. But I was still excited & ordered my usual grilled chicken burrito, added cheese, rice, guacamole, salsa Roja mild, & sour cream. Got back home to unwrap it & quickly noticed that in the past mine were thicker. Took a bite, kinda dry. The rice & chicken was a bit dry as if it was sitting in the warmers since yesterday. To what I remember years ago everything was wet in there, due to the sourcream & it was cheesey. It's almost like there wasn't enough toppings on there . Towards the second half of the burrito it was much better as that's where all the toppings like the guacamole were hiding. But still something just wasn't the same, even the tortilla. I remember it being thinner & warmer. A bit disappointing,but I'm not ready to give up on them just yet. read more

My family and I came here for the first time and it's Amazing! If you had chipotle then it's very much alike, but A lot more toppings for your bowel! I liked how they have choice of a small bowel or a bigger bowel to choose from. I got a veggie bowel with rice, fajitas, black beans, queso, mild salsa, mango salsa, corn, guacamole, lettuce! I used to love the Impossible ground meat they had here, which they no longer have. Instead, they now offer guacamole as the plant-based "protein" option. I enjoyed that in a customized burrito. Customer service is good. It's never busy when I come here. The lighting is low, but not a problem during the day when the sunlight comes through the window front wall. read more

The portion size was a joke! The worker seriously put me on a diet! I ate there probably a year ago and the portion size was good back then. There's no reason for me to go back to Qdoba after spending almost $20 on a bowl and some chips. I'm not the type of person to complain, I just don't go back. Let me start by saying that I love Qdoba! Their queso is my favorite and we have spent so much money there over the last 20 years! I've picked up my mobile order from this location 3 times since living here and the first two times went great. The young lady that gave me my order was super sweet. Unfortunately the 3rd time we picked up a mobile order was so bad. I waited in the car with the kids while my husband went to pick it up. The lady did not speak English well and He was told that they didn't have my order so my husband came back out to double check I placed it at the correct location. I gave him the screenshot of the order and he went back inside to show them. The lady was so rude to him and told him that he had already been there to pick up the order and they didn't have it anymore. We clearly had not been there yet, however they did have another order behind the counter with a similar name to mine. My husband kept saying that we just wanted our food at which time the lady pulls out her phone and uses google translate to tell him that they don't have our order and there is nothing else she will do for him. She repeated that a couple of times. My husband wasn't going to leave without our food that we paid for so finally she starts making our burritos except my husband noticed that she was using the small taco flour shells instead of the burrito tortillas. My husband says something about that and she says they are out of burrito tortillas so that's all she will use. Ugh. We ended up getting nachos and a burrito bowl instead. It was just so frustrating and appalling that we were being accused of already getting our food when they clearly had given our order to someone else with a similar name. We've never been treated like that at a restaurant. I did send a complaint to corporate and they gave us two free entrees and said they let the location know but of course we haven't heard from the manager there. I work in customer service.......and I would never treat someone like that. Ever. We won't go back here again. I'll drive the 15 miles to the other location before giving this one our business again. It seems from reading other reviews that there is complaints about one lady and it sounds like it's the same issues. Why is she still there? She's hurting your business. read more

I haven't been to Qdoba in years but decided to give this location a try again. Glad I did! I had a really nice, fast, and tasty dinner here on a busy weeknight. I'm happy Qdoba has now added lots of low carb and vegetarian / vegan options, making it a lot easier to eat healthier! I ordered the brisket low carb bowl and it was so good. I didn't have to modify anything because every ingredient was low carb. The food tasted fresh and guacamole was free to add! I was pleased with the large portion sizes too. Note to self: the queso isn't too good, don't order that again. The dining room is drab and sad, and was a little too dimly lit. I think these restaurants could use a refresh. I will probably get my food for takeout next time. The lady and man working the night I was there were really great employees. The way they took pride in their jobs, I think they may have been either the franchisees or owners. Very friendly and happy to have us there. I'll be back! read more

We will no longer be visiting this location. We really like Qdoba but the service is horrible, the same 2 women that work here are unfriendly, wildly skimp on the the portions, when we ask for extra/double protein it's insulting how little the put . They wont accept the survey coupons that Qdoba sends through email. Now today I asked for a little more mild salsa after she filled the cup with a sliver of sauce ... "it's extra" For a little Sauce. Place is ALWAYS empty. I see why. All the reviews here and on Google are the same complaints. There's plenty of similar competition close by, Chipotle, zupas, café Rio all nearby. I wish I could give this location zero stars . The Spanish woman said they charge 2 dollars for extra rice and said they been doing that for years now ? When was that a rule ? Not 50 cents but 2 dollars for a little extra rice ? I told her to cancel the whole thing because there was barely rice in the bowl in the first place . This was one of my favorite Mexican fast food places back in the day, so I was thrilled to find this location. I absolutely love the variety of menu items- chicken, pulled pork, beef, etc. And now- "impossible" meat! I'm not vegan or vegetarian but I decided to give the impossible meat a go- definitely the right call! This was absolutely delicious. If I didn't know this was meat-free I would've had no idea. The flavor was on point, and there was no weird tofu texture. This will definitely become one of my go-tos! I also ordered a side of fiery habanero salsa because spicy food is life. It actually has a pretty good heat to it! There's an array of salsa options (love!) so something for everyone. read more

I politely walked past him and made a gesture to the lady behind the counter that I was going to wash my hands. She looked at me like I was not a nice person. So I proceeded to the restroom but the door was locked, I came back to the counter and the same lady that looked at me crazy walked away, I thought she was getting the key to the restroom. I waited about 1 minute and she never came back. The other young lady that was making the young man his meal kept looking back at the other employees like "will someone let this man in the restroom" so finally I ask to speak to the manager, A lady comes out and said our restrooms are for customers only. I said to her that I am a customer but i'd like to wash my hands first before I order my food. She said NO! it's company policy that you have to order first.I said so you want me to order my food and either take it in the restroom with me or leave it on the counter until I finish washing my hands? Only GOD knows what would happen to my food! NO THANKS!! She said its company policy that you have to order first.I said what is your name so I could address you correctly to corporate? She said that she was not going to give me her name. I said ok. So I sat at a table and tried numerous times to get in touch with someone at corporate. Again, myself and multiple people from work wanted to order Qdoba, as we have a limited break time, we decided to order online as obviously, you would think that if you order online 20 minutes ahead, you'd think your food will be ready to be picked up when you get there. I got to the store, I went straight to the "Pick-Up Order" area, and they asked how they can help, I said with a smile " Hi! I'm picking up a couple online orders" The two employees looked at each other as if they had no idea what I was talking about.. the lady slowly walked to the register and looked in there for a minute, and finally she found the order, she printed it (SAME BS AS LAST TIME!) Now she goes rushing to make the order. Good thing I was keeping an eye on it, JUST LIKE LAST TIME, she messed it up. Online ordering, there's a reason where there's a space for special requests "such as please put this and that on the side" which she didn't, and I had to kindly ask that she re-do the order, the other guy employee looked at me as if I was giving them a hard time. UH NO! I am not giving no body a hard time, if the two dumb employees just knew how to do their jobs properly, then I would not have to ask for you to re-do the meal DUE TO MAKING YOUR MISTAKE! My son LOVES their chicken nachos with queso. If he could drink the queso by the cup, he would, lol. I have to admit, it is way better than Chipotle's version. We're disappointed that their location on Tropicana closed bc half our party would get wings and half Qdoba. Variety is the spice of life, rt? We've only ever eaten in or gotten walk in take out.
