I am a big fan of quesabirria tacos, and have had them at a few places here in vegas, none come close to the ones from this place. I have only ever gotten the beef version of the birria, not the goat so I cannot speak on that but the beef birria and consome is absolutely incredible. Salsas were decent, good spice in the red. Tacos were a good size, I could've probably just ate 2. Okay, this is a solid 4-star place to eat. It's off the Strip and honestly super yummy. We had the ramen with beef, and the birria taco, and everything was delicious. Lots of flavor, lots of yumminess. I didn't love the noodles, but the broth and the beef were really good, and they give you a lot of beef. They were definitely not skimpy, which I appreciated. The chips and salsa were actually chips and bean dip, which was different but really yummy. The french fries and the chicken strips were also a hit, my son enjoyed those. My mother-in-law had the carne asada tacos, and those were good too. The horchata wasn't my favorite, that was a downside for me. But overall, still a solid 4 stars. The ambiance is really fun. It's got that rockabilly 60s music vibe, lively but relaxed, and just a chill place to hang out. (TO GO ORDER) Called in for Birria Rolled Taquitos (beef), food was ready within less than 15 minutes. Pick up was seamless, and was in and out! Got back to the office and the food was still piping hot and crispy. I wasn't really able to pour the sauces so I just dipped, which still worked while dipping in the consomé as well. Tastes really good, a lot of flavor in the meat alone. I can tell it was cooked for quite some time. I would assume it's 10x better when you eat there, so I'll update when I do. This place was suprisibgly good. It looks relatively new, is very clean, and has room for dine in eating. We came really hungry and didn't finish everything. Partly our fault and partly their fault. Our fault because we ordered and appetizer to go with our meal and we should have just had the tacos. Partly their fault cause the portions were so big. In Texas, empanadas aren't as big and the birria tacos certainly are stuffed with as much meat as they used. It's was extremely good and we were pleased, but it was a lot. Amazing experience in every way. Both the service and food were fantastic. My dad ordered the birria trio with one quessabirria, one birria taco, and one empanada. He reports that all were great, but the beef taco was best. Me, I ordered a trio consisting of three quessabirria tacos with goat meat, plus sides of beans and rice (additional). They are extremely generous with the amount of meat they give you and the goat is super tender and flavorful. Also, I loved that the consume was on the thicker side. I can't tell you how many times I've had consume that was practically flavored water. I highly recommend Birria-Bites if you happen to be in Vegas. We were very excited to try this place; and, tbh, I bet you they have great food. Unfortunately, we never got to try the food... We ordered online for pickup. When I got to the place they had just locked the doors. They said they "didn't see" the order. I confirmed the order number and shared my digital receipt. They admitted they took the order and could verify it in their system, but they just didn't make the food. They refunded my order. Mistakes happen, I get that...but...here where the problem lies: - no apology or even a hint of empathy They couldn't care less that I drove almost 30 min to try their food. Again, I'm sure they have great food. And, maybe they even have great service...but not that day. I may still give them a try; and, if I do I'll update the review. The is place gets busy for lunch but the service is fast. It is kinda cold inside, so much that I was shivering. The food on the other hand is really good. The birria tacos come with a birria sauce. You can choose between beef or goat as the protein. I think there is chicken too. They have a large ceviche option. The portions are big so one 3 taco lunch is enough to eat for 2 meals. The guy that works the front counter is really nice and makes sure everything is tasting right. Definitely going to back...but with a jacket. read more

I have only one suggestion before my rave review. For the birria I think any meat should be available, including shrimp but outside of that these are the best I've ever had. I got the chicken birria and my husband got the steak. For 14.99 these things are massive and you get a huge bowl of birria loaded with very flavorful meat & sauce. I'm pregnant and I could barely get through 2 tacos & you're given 3. Also the bean dip served with chips is great, same with the salsa verde. The child's themselves are okay but with salt and lime they're great. The hibiscus is not overly sweet which I love. It pairs awesome with the tomato base of the beef birria. The women at the front is so sweet and very attentive, it's a small place but very clean and modern looking. I wish there was outside seating but it was honestly the best birria I've ever had. This place is A TRUE GEM !!! Hands down THE BEST BIRRIA tacos in town!!! The tacos are very filling. Perfect crispy tortilla filled with slow cooked and tender beef. They have other exotic meats as well- like goat meat, beef tongue, etc. Flavors were all well balanced with seasonings and that tasty melted cheese. We highly recommend trying " Quesabirria tacos combo . " We have also tried empanadas- delicious and filling, Birria fries- a huge portion. The Birria here is pretty legit. The tacos are STUFFED with meat and the add cabbage for extra texture which is different - in a great way. The food did take a bit to come out, about 35 minutes from when we ordered. 5 Quesabiirria tacos, Taquitos and a birria Nacho plate. The birria nachos are okay, most definitely could do without them, and would not even think about ordering them again. The taquitos however are some of the best I've had.
