I went back to Siempre for a second time and had another wonderful experience. Food We had heard that they had $1.00 empanadas, $3.00 oysters, and $10.00 drinks on Thursdays, so we wanted to check that. We ordered 8 empanadas for the table and three oysters. The empanadas, were once again great. I do not have much experience with oysters, but I tried it anyway, and really enjoyed it. For dinner, I went with the enchilada, taco, and tostada meal with a mole enchilada, carne asada taco, and carne asada tostada. All three were excellent. Additionally, I went with a carnitas taco on the side, which came loaded with meat and pineapple. It may have been the best thing I've had there. 5/5 Service The restaurant was pretty empty, so the service was exceptional. We had multiple staff come by and check on us throughout and everything came and went quickly. Staff were very friendly. 5/5 Ambiance The one negative was the temperature in the restaurant. Las Vegas gets really hot in the summer, so I know how hard the air conditioning has to work. They were decorating for their first anniversary party the next night, so that added some nice pops. 4/5 Siempre is really a hidden gem. I try to spread the word to friends and family and get them to experience it.

I was not impressed at all. I'm generally keep my reviews positive but for this one would be hard to do so.. It felt like an oven in there, I couldn't order anything due to being too hot in there. The service was very mid. They gave our table up during our grace period. We had to wait for another 30 minutes. The drinks were over priced.

If you're in the mood for good vibes, great service, and some seriously satisfying Mexican food, Siempre JB is worth a visit. Tucked into a cute, trendy space, this place nails that balance between laid-back and stylish. Whether you sit inside or opt for the breezy outdoor patio, the ambiance makes it easy to relax and enjoy your meal. One of the first things you'll notice? The complimentary chips and salsa...always a win. The chips are crispy and fresh, and the salsa has just enough kick to get your taste buds going. I started with their signature margarita, and honestly, it's a standout. Refreshing, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet .. you can tell they put some thought into it. It's the kind of drink you'll want to sip slowly and maybe order another. I dined during restaurant week, so I got the opportunity to try a few dishes. The food came out surprisingly fast, which is always appreciated when you're hungry and craving Mexican flavors. Every dish that came by looked fresh and flavorful, and the presentation matched the vibe of the place. What really made the experience was the service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they were doing. That energy makes a difference and adds to the welcoming atmosphere. Overall, Siempre JB hits all the right notes for a casual night out -- great drinks, tasty food, fast service, and a chill yet stylish setting. I'll definitely be coming back.

We heard Siempre started doing bottomless brunch on Sundays and decided to check it out for the first time. We came on Father's Day morning and it was pretty busy! First impression was that it's a nice restaurant, definitely smaller than I thought it would be, but cute! I had called ahead of time to ask if they allowed for customers to order the mimosas with the juice on the side - typically restaurants who don't allow this pour SUPER heavy pours - the hostess who answered the phone said yes, they allow this. When we ordered the mimosas with juice on the side at the restaurant, they gave us the flute of sparkling with a splash of oj AND juice on the side. As we ordered our next rounds, we noticed the splash of juice became heavier and heavier. The food was okay - I feel like some of it was a little bland, and we had to ask for extra hot sauce to flavor it up a little. I would be willing to try this place again, like I said - it's a pretty restaurant!

Came in for HH and it was a vibe. It was empty which was nice. Very nice ambiance inside They have Latin night every 2nd Friday of the month, they have ladies night on Wednesday and Thursday have $1 empanada deal. Don't sleep they don't say this on their website so CALL to double check! We got the following Taquitos - absolutely fantastic, very light fry super crispy not oily at all and packed full of flavor Empanadas - they were good and favorable Elote - extremely tasty and not your normal style of how it's presented Yellowtail sashimi - Star of the show! We got 2 orders and at $15 it's an amazing deal Tamarindo and passion fruit margs - very refreshing and packed a punch! The guac was very flavorful and tasty as well + buena suerte shot (ps come with a cool ass coin) you get one flip if you land on right side you get a FREE shot! Plus you can bring it every time you come in 1x

On a Saturday night, there was a live DJ who added ambiance to the experience. The music wasn't too loud, it was just right. The atmosphere is casual and the decor is modern. There's a really nice wrap around bar top as well. The bartender was really nice and helpful as it was our first time. He recommended some top appetizers - Yellowtail, Guacamole, and Empanadas. We chose the Yellowtail and Guacamole. They serve complimentary chips and salsa. The chips are light and crispy and the salsa tastes fresh! It was so good. They are happy to refill as needed. The Guacamole is a very good portion and had great flavor. The Yellowtail comes with a lot of pieces. The cilantro lime with jalapeno sauce is delicious. This also tastes really good on a chip! The entree is a nice size - three enchiladas stuffed with chicken and topped with three different sauces. As our first time, we wanted to do the "trio" version so we could taste all the flavors: green sauce, red sauce, and mole. All three sauces were good, but my favorite was the green one! Beans and rice are a la carte, which works for me because I don't always want the sides. This entree is shareable if you had been sharing apps. Lastly, we finished with the Flan. It's a smooth flan, drizzled with caramel and not too sweet, just right. It has these little apple pieces as garnish but it tasted good with a bite of flan. Overall - an excellent experience!

Came here last night for restaurant week, but I've been here once before for a quick bite and some drinks. The drinks never disappoint here! Very flavorful & presentation is cute. The food is good, but the price point and portion size is where it falls kind of short for me personally. However, our server Manny was really sweet and was very attentive. I would come by again but mostly for the drinks.

Happened upon this spot after a meeting in the office buildings nearby, and what a score! Although I didn't snap a pic, the guacamole was just right (& I'm pretty picky about my guac). For dinner, I had the sample platter (one tostada, one enchilada, one taco), and hubby had the three enchiladas. Everything was fresh and not over-seasoned. The vibe is a bit boughie, so I'm glad we arrived early (others coming in after us had reservations). Guac is already beckoning me back!

I went to a private event at this establishment which lead me to want to come back & visit. BIG mistake. Starting with the service, we came on a Wednesday which was ladies night. My party of 6 ordered a few rounds of drinks which every time took over 20 mins to get them. If we weren't having such great convo we would have left. Once we decided to leave, It took an additional 35 mins for our check. Since our last round of drinks took so long the waiter stated he would take them off our bill. Great! When we all finally got our separate bills he did not provide me one. Being that it was my bday I assumed my tab was paid (my mistake) & my last drink was taken off so to my understanding I paid everything. Upon walking out, a friend and I stood in front of the restaurant continuing our conversation. The waiter approached me and stated there was a balance due. I apologize, went in to rectify everything & that's when it was insinuated that we were trying to leave w/o paying. This man got VERY disrespectful & even called us "GHETTO " which lead me to believe that's why our service was so terrible. I asked this man for his name and he refused & his pettiness became maximized. The general manager came over & deescalated the situation& the waiter kept going & even the bartender tried to gang up on us . This man (the waiter) was so rude and mishandled us so terribly that he gave me back the wrong debit card with my receipt. Mixing up customers personal information is NEVER ok. Although the general manager apologized & invited me back to make things right (which I appreciate) I declined because there's no way I'd feel comfortable in this establishment EVER! I didn't even get to order food because the drinks took so long. I am confident that I will never eat or drink here, nor recommend this place to anyone I know. It's very unfortunate I did not receive the same Treatment I did when attending the private event. Moving forward, hopefully this will be a learning opportunity for current and future employees. Telling a customer ,"I don't like serving ghetto people anyways". Is NEVER ok. P.S. tried to call back and find the rightful owner of this debit card but had no luck from the restaurant.

Located in the UnCommons. Had such an amazing experience. Food, drinks, and service were top notch. Perfect place for a group setting or date night. Came for their lunch menu and everything we ordered was delicious. We ordered: -Tacos (carne asada and shrimp) -Empanadas -Chicken Quesadilla -Grilled street corn -Queso fundido -Mini Churros Their tequila was amazing and is their very own blend exclusive to this restaurant. We tried a few of their signature margaritas and they all were made perfectly. Overall, had a great time and will be back for either a date night or day date with my girls.

Just wow, Simpre J.B. is a must-try if you are craving delicious Mexican food and want a little bit of everything - especially for their lunch special! On a Friday afternoon, we found ourselves in the Uncommons looking for a place for lunch and decided to give here a try, and I'm so glad we did. Upon walking in, we were greeted by Brandon, whose service was top-notch and fun. They weren't really busy, so we got a seat quickly. The ambiance in the restaurant is very inviting and fun - perfect if you're wanting a date night (or in our case, day date) or a night out with friends. The decor is so thoughtful, and space throughout the establishment is so open. I ordered a passion fruit margarita and WOWZERS - so delish and refreshing and packed that punch we all look for in a margarita. We were given chips and salsa for the table. The salsa was so fresh, and we found out they get their vegetables from farms in California, and basically have farm to table service. For lunch, we opted for the lunch special: you got an enchilada, taco of your choice, quesadilla of your choice and a chayote salad - all for $19! It was the perfect mix to try a little bit of everything. While the portions may look tiny, don't worry, they will fill you up! We walked out of there so happy and full and unfortunately no room for dessert - but it's okay because we will definitely be back! Overall - please do your heart and tummy a favor by visiting Siempre J.B!

I was so excited to try this place as I've heard great things. Ugh - pretty disappointed!!! Our server started off great but then a large table came and we were forgotten. Two out of our five plates came and I had to flag someone down to get the rest of our food. Chips and salsa - yum, warm and crispy with a nice salad ratio Queso fundido - yum, chorizo flavorful, not super greasy and cheese was melty Elote - yum, great combo and flavor Carne asada - tender but needs more flavor, fyi if you get a tostada the radish is flavorless and adds no value to it, maybe add the pickled onions GREEN enchiladas- yum, a little bite and flavorful RED enchiladas - stay away = pasta sauce Carnitas Tacos = flavorful but funky with pineapple, this isn't al pastor Shrimp Taco - good flavor, and good amount of shrimp Chicken = not much flavor and they used the pasta sauce, meh We never got our beans or rice so I can't give a review If you get a chance to try the concha's, do it. They were very yummy and very traditional. Reminded me of my families recipe. I was going to rate lower but the waiter was super apologetic, and tried to make it right. So that means a lot because they realized the service was not up to par. I will give them another try in the near future. We all have our off days. There were items I truly enjoyed and would go back for them.

This place is trash. They ruined a lot of people's Valentine's Day by not posting they were OFFICIALLY CLOSED. Their link on open table and in Apple Maps showed them as open and allowed you to make reservations. When we got there, their lights were on but the door was locked. I tried calling their phone number but the only option was to leave a voicemail. My husband and I walked over to Rare Society and they told us it's been closed. Lucky for us they had bar seating available. The food at Rare Society was amazing by the way. The sad part was that while dining we watched others go up to Siempres door. Pretty crappy, way to go Siempre J.B. Also, I'm giving one star because I have to in order to create this post. They deserve no stars. At this current moment they still say open and are still taking reservations.

    Do they have wine?

Hi Michelle, Yes, we have a great selection of Mexican wines as well as a concise menu of California selections. Join us for some wine & great food!

    Is there happy hour?

There is a happy hour . All the margarita drinks are discounted . They have like at least 6 flavors . But there is very limited food during happy hour and it's the only food available . At happy hour they do not offer their regular menu

Located in the Uncommons, I parked in their parking structure. I hung out for longer than 2 hours so I think that's why I paid $3 for parking at the end of the night. Entrance located in the Quad Area. Our waitress Bella was sweet and recommended the right drinks. We tried the Li Hung Hula margarita, Monkey In A Tree piña colada, and the Oso Panda signature cocktail. All drinks tasted amazing and looked very good. I loved the ambiance of this place. They have outdoor patio seating and inside seating. It gives a comfy feel with their seat cushions, small tables, and stools. I noticed it got busier as the night got later. They have one T.V. that they had on when I came in but was covered up by the time I left. I definitely recommend this place. Glad I came after dinner as they do not serve food here. I would definitely come again!

I will say on weekend nights, I had always seen this place crowded and lively. I was for sure curious. On a weekday evening, I strolled into this venue. It had great chill music and had some customers, but not busy at all. The weather had been a little more humid than usual and with the full opened walls/doors to the outside patio, it was a bit warm, little muggy sitting at the bar. The decor is really nice though, a really good tiki vibe. The bartender addressed us right away and we were first looking for an espresso martini but they had a Carajillo, which was explained to be a Spanish version of an espresso martini. The bartender said it was really good. We got it - and you have to expect something that is the same as the espresso martini. The flavor was alright, but the knock for me was that it was all ice. There was very little drink in it. The agua fresca was a winner - the Sundown Sipper. It was refreshing and a great blend of juices. Not tart, perfect amount of sweet tropical flavor. I did really enjoy this. If you're not a drinker, you have options here.

From the moment we sat down, the whole place felt like a vibe -- great ambience, excellent service, delicious food, and yummy cocktails made by Dave the bartender. I wish I remembered the name of our server because she was also a gem, so friendly and engaging -- but we're going to blame that on the cocktails. We ordered the deviled eggs, wings, short rib, mac and cheese, and Brussels sprouts with parmesan cheese. Everything was outstanding. Not one miss. And the reason there are no photos of the food? Most of the menu was pretty standard amongst the lounge & bars around, so given the awesome ambiance I was expecting dishes that aligned but it was pretty standard. I am a fan of fusion food and this place tends to combine a classic restaurant with an Asian twist. At least what we ordered. Favorite thing we ordered were all apps: the lettuce wraps, the beef tartare were both awesome and special, truly unique experience. We also got the salmon skin tacos and the sliders. For my entree I got the short rib with kimchi fried rice. It was good but again what wowed me were the apps. I also like their drink menu, they seem to be redoing it right now. Both drink I got were whiskey/bourbon old fashion style. One with chocolate and orange (my favorite of the night) and the other with coconut. I am glad this is another amazing option on the southwest. Definitely give this place a try if you like fusion.

It feels upscale and glamorous, but still warm and inviting, the kind of place you want to settle into and stay awhile. And the wine selection? IMPRESSIVE. We went straight for the bubbly flight, and it was excellent! There's something so fun about being able to sample different sparkling wines while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. We also decided to make our own little feast out of the small plates, oysters, caviar, truffle bread, a gorgeous cheese platter and more. Everything was delicious, beautifully presented and perfect for sharing. Honestly, it's the kind of menu that makes you want to order a little bit of everything and just keep sipping and grazing. The service was outstanding. Everyone was attentive, accommodating and incredibly prompt, while still giving us plenty of time to relax and enjoy ourselves. That combination of great hospitality, beautiful surroundings, delicious food and an exceptional wine selection really made the entire experience special. Wineaux is definitely giving chic wine bar meets sophisticated social lounge, and I'm here for it! Perfect for a girls' night, date night, celebration or simply an afternoon of sipping, snacking and enjoying the finer things.

I got prosecco and my partner got Pinot noir from the happy hour and tbh they were delicious. My partner drinks wine more often than me (I hate the dry taste of wine lol) but I wanted to come to try something new. We ordered the Waffle and Caviar, Sausage Roll, Brushetta from the happy hour and the Chef's Tasting board. The Waffle and Caviar was super flavorful! The touch of masago was 10/10 paired with the waffle and cream sauce! Ugh my fav truly. Next we got the Brushetta and my partner loved it. He said the tomatoes were delicious and paired well with the bread and sauce it was marinated with. I did try a bite even though I'm a tomato hater but man you can tell the tomatoes were fresh. I had a piece with no tomatoes because I loved whatever was on top as whatever the tomatoes were marinated in! Next came the Sausage Rolls and man were they delicious paired with their homemade cheese dip! I don't think I'd get again because it's quite heavy with the wine but def glad I tried. Lastly was the Chef's Tasting Board... this was so good. You could tell the cheese and meats were fresh and paired very well all together. The main star for me for that platter was the bread dipped in that garlic butter balsamic + oil... ugh delicious. I can't wait to get the membership and go back.

That thing was smoother than Snoop Dogg explaining why he's late. Seven was our waitress and somehow managed the impossible combination of being attentive without hovering. Drinks were full, coals were fresh, and she kept everything running like she'd already read our minds. The food on the menu looked good enough to make me question my life choices, so I'll definitely be back to try it next time. Great hookah, great service, and a chill atmosphere. The only complaint I have is that eventually I had to leave.

One of my friends tried the pizza and he wasn't a fan. Drinks were on point and it was the owners birthday so we had shots cake and more shots lol. When I say you'll enjoy Old Skool, you won't be disappointed. It took maybe an hour for our hookah & food to come out which food didn't bother us much. However the hookah taking that long was wild. Come to find out our waitress didn't put it in. The owner came and apologized and gave us a few shots. The hookah However was clean tasting, smooth and honestly the presentation was worth the wait. The other negative here which didnt impact my rating was our waitress. She barely came to the table, we dabbed up the owner more times than we saw our waitress. She missed things we ordered but again the owner was a G and he took care of us. Overall great experience and I would definitely be back my next visit. This was an entire vibe and made our night.
