Looooove this place! Came here for ladies night with my intern and we had an amazing time! They had a DJ which was so fun and they even told us more about some of their other promotions (like Latin Nights every other Friday, so fun!). First of all, it's absolutely beautiful in here. They have a smaller patio that opens up but it was too hot to open up to it haha. But it's absolutely stunning in here with a lot of booth seating which I always like. Our server was amazing and took the best care of us! For Wednesdays on Ladies Night, they give you a toast of champagne which is so nice. They also had 50% off some cocktails as well. To start, they give you chips and salsa and both are really tasty. To drink, I ordered the Sandia Diva and the Nuts About You. The Sandia Diva was sooo good and refreshing. I loved the presentation of it. Also, their menu gives photos of their cocktails which I also love cuz sometimes its hard to figure out what they look like. The Nuts About You was basically an espresso martini with pistachios and was soooo good and creamy! Our server recommended it so we both had it and really loved it! We decided to split a lot of items, which is always my favorite way to eat with friends. We ordered the yellowtail ceviche, empanadas, taquitos, and a variety of tacos. The avocado taco was pretty good, though I thought it was going to be a fried avocado for some reason haha. Still tasty! I went back to Siempre for a second time and had another wonderful experience. Food We had heard that they had $1.00 empanadas, $3.00 oysters, and $10.00 drinks on Thursdays, so we wanted to check that. We ordered 8 empanadas for the table and three oysters. The empanadas, were once again great. I do not have much experience with oysters, but I tried it anyway, and really enjoyed it. For dinner, I went with the enchilada, taco, and tostada meal with a mole enchilada, carne asada taco, and carne asada tostada. All three were excellent. Additionally, I went with a carnitas taco on the side, which came loaded with meat and pineapple. It may have been the best thing I've had there. 5/5 Service The restaurant was pretty empty, so the service was exceptional. We had multiple staff come by and check on us throughout and everything came and went quickly. Staff were very friendly. 5/5 Ambiance The one negative was the temperature in the restaurant. Las Vegas gets really hot in the summer, so I know how hard the air conditioning has to work. They were decorating for their first anniversary party the next night, so that added some nice pops. 4/5 Siempre is really a hidden gem. We heard Siempre started doing bottomless brunch on Sundays and decided to check it out for the first time. We came on Father's Day morning and it was pretty busy! First impression was that it's a nice restaurant, definitely smaller than I thought it would be, but cute! I had called ahead of time to ask if they allowed for customers to order the mimosas with the juice on the side - typically restaurants who don't allow this pour SUPER heavy pours - the hostess who answered the phone said yes, they allow this. When we ordered the mimosas with juice on the side at the restaurant, they gave us the flute of sparkling with a splash of oj AND juice on the side. As we ordered our next rounds, we noticed the splash of juice became heavier and heavier. The food was okay - I feel like some of it was a little bland, and we had to ask for extra hot sauce to flavor it up a little. There's a really nice wrap around bar top as well. The bartender was really nice and helpful as it was our first time. He recommended some top appetizers - Yellowtail, Guacamole, and Empanadas. We chose the Yellowtail and Guacamole. They serve complimentary chips and salsa. The chips are light and crispy and the salsa tastes fresh! It was so good. They are happy to refill as needed. The Guacamole is a very good portion and had great flavor. The Yellowtail comes with a lot of pieces. The cilantro lime with jalapeno sauce is delicious. This also tastes really good on a chip! The entree is a nice size - three enchiladas stuffed with chicken and topped with three different sauces. As our first time, we wanted to do the "trio" version so we could taste all the flavors: green sauce, red sauce, and mole. All three sauces were good, but my favorite was the green one! Beans and rice are a la carte, which works for me because I don't always want the sides. This entree is shareable if you had been sharing apps. Lastly, we finished with the Flan. I went to a private event at this establishment which lead me to want to come back & visit. BIG mistake. Starting with the service, we came on a Wednesday which was ladies night. My party of 6 ordered a few rounds of drinks which every time took over 20 mins to get them. If we weren't having such great convo we would have left. Once we decided to leave, It took an additional 35 mins for our check. Since our last round of drinks took so long the waiter stated he would take them off our bill. Great! When we all finally got our separate bills he did not provide me one. Being that it was my bday I assumed my tab was paid (my mistake) & my last drink was taken off so to my understanding I paid everything. Upon walking out, a friend and I stood in front of the restaurant continuing our conversation. The waiter approached me and stated there was a balance due. I apologize, went in to rectify everything & that's when it was insinuated that we were trying to leave w/o paying. This man got VERY disrespectful & even called us "GHETTO " which lead me to believe that's why our service was so terrible. I asked this man for his name and he refused & his pettiness became maximized. The general manager came over & deescalated the situation& the waiter kept going & even the bartender tried to gang up on us . This man (the waiter) was so rude and mishandled us so terribly that he gave me back the wrong debit card with my receipt. Mixing up customers personal information is NEVER ok. Although the general manager apologized & invited me back to make things right (which I appreciate) I declined because there's no way I'd feel comfortable in this establishment EVER! I didn't even get to order food because the drinks took so long. I am confident that I will never eat or drink here, nor recommend this place to anyone I know. It's very unfortunate I did not receive the same Treatment I did when attending the private event. Moving forward, hopefully this will be a learning opportunity for current and future employees. Came for their lunch menu and everything we ordered was delicious. We ordered: -Tacos (carne asada and shrimp) -Empanadas -Chicken Quesadilla -Grilled street corn -Queso fundido -Mini Churros Their tequila was amazing and is their very own blend exclusive to this restaurant. I ordered a passion fruit margarita and WOWZERS - so delish and refreshing and packed that punch we all look for in a margarita. We were given chips and salsa for the table. The salsa was so fresh, and we found out they get their vegetables from farms in California, and basically have farm to table service. For lunch, we opted for the lunch special: you got an enchilada, taco of your choice, quesadilla of your choice and a chayote salad - all for $19! This place is trash. They ruined a lot of people's Valentine's Day by not posting they were OFFICIALLY CLOSED. Their link on open table and in Apple Maps showed them as open and allowed you to make reservations. When we got there, their lights were on but the door was locked. I tried calling their phone number but the only option was to leave a voicemail. My husband and I walked over to Rare Society and they told us it's been closed. Lucky for us they had bar seating available. The food at Rare Society was amazing by the way. The sad part was that while dining we watched others go up to Siempres door. Pretty crappy, way to go Siempre J.B. Also, I'm giving one star because I have to in order to create this post. They deserve no stars. We got to check out the private room which holds about 12 people in one long table. There is a separate bar with about maybe 10 barstools. There are booths and table tops as well. All of the servers were very friendly. Here is my review. Chips and guacamole. The chips were light and airy, not greasy at all. The guacamole was fresh and flavorful, not spicy and also had some pepitas for texture. 9/10 Rose wine- the rosé was very light, it was not my favorite, but I still drank it.4/10 Yellowtail ceviche- 10 out of 10. The yellowtail was buttery, fresh, and had a very clean finish. I loved the thinly sliced jalapeño. Shrimp AguaChile was delicious. Tangy and fresh. The shrimp was moderately sized and the presentation was beautiful. 9/10 Beef empanadas, very flavorful and savory. 8/10 Carnitas tostada, the pork was tender and moist, super flavorful and savory. The mango paired very well. The chicken enchilada came with three different sauces. My favorite was the Mollie, then the green sauce, and lastly, the red sauce. The enchilada had a little bit of a kick to it, which I really liked. the spiciness kind of came from behind and it wasn't overpowering. 7/10 The star of the show was the Carne Asada. This is what I will be coming back here for. 10 out of 10, the steak was perfectly cooked whatever sauce they served it with paired perfectly. It also came with grilled veggies on the side, which was a nice touch. It was served on a stone hot plate. Presentation was beautiful. Rice and beans were probably my least favorite. They were a little bit bland. The flan was amazing. There was a caramel sauce and tiny, chopped little apples that paired nicely and added texture to the dessert. Great atmosphere and staff! The service here was top notch. We spontaneously popped in for dinner and waited about 30 minutes before being seated. Would highly recommend reservations. We ordered a few of their tacos, the fish and carnitas being the highlight. They have some of the best guacamole in the city. Do not skip an order for the table! I enjoyed the trio enchiladas plate, which comes with chicken. The various flavors included mole, salsa verde, and salsa rojo. I liked the mole and verde the most. The ambiance is very very romantic and vibing. We went during Valentine's Day and they had the decorations starting from before you enter the restaurant. Every lady gets a rose upon arrival. But it was a little funny how every table gets some special advertisement about buying a house. Food on the other hand is mediocre for the price we're paying. The overall taste of the entree was better than the appetizers. Also I'm not sure if it was too busy during a holiday or our waitress wasn't happy with us not ordering any cocktails. Each table was supposedly offered a free glass of champagne that day but we didn't get it until after we paid the bills then the waitress mentioned about it. Came here because my friend told me she had a good experience, but when we came together, it was okay. The restaurant was pretty empty, so service was quick, and our server was friendly and attentive. The location itself is pretty and has an upscale casual ambiance. Unfortunately, the issue I had was with the food. I did like the queso fundido and grilled corn, but that was about all I enjoyed. I ordered the drink the server recommended, Nina fresa. Although the drink wasn't bad by taste, I hate muddled drinks and the menu didn't say it was muddled. We ordered the filet & enchilada to share as our entree. The filet mignon was dry and needed salt, it had no flavor. The enchilada salsa was thick in my opinion, and needed to be blended longer. The service was incredible. The attentiveness unmatched. We never had to ask for anything since they were on it. They also did not rush us out. We unknowingly went to the brunch/lunch menu. The appetizers were great. We loved the pepino lime and hibiscus drinks. My party ordered the steak and egg as well as the breakfast burrito entree. The entrees were not a hit with my party. They lacked flavor and the menu was limited. It was truly our fault since we didn't do more research as to the menu prior to coming in. One of my good friends was visiting a couple of weeks ago from out of town so we decided to meet here. Location is right on the corner as you make your left into The Uncommons. It is right next to Wineaux. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and I especially loved the mask wall. So unusual but so creative. We sat in a nice cozy booth. Great music was playing quietly so easy to talk. They specialize in cocktails using Mezcal, tequila, sotol and scotch and mix up some interesting drinks. They feature show stopping margaritas, Mexican Coke (my fav) and serve some tasty aqua frescas. So many choices on the menu to choose from as they serve food from various regions of Mexico. We decided on the grilled street corn and empanadas for our appetizers. I took the advice of our wonderful server/bartender and selected the standout crispy fish taco and the shrimp taco. My friend selected the shrimp and the carnitas taco. Everything was so good but the crispy fish taco was truly the best. So light and flavorful. We had really great service from Steven? I believe his name was. He was so helpful, cheerful and kind. He indulged us by taking a few pics of us too. I really appreciated his input as I wanted to order a favorite. Featured on Taco Tuesdays - $5 tacos served from 3pm - 7pm. On this Friday (12/13), they are hosting a Latin Night so come and get your boogie on from 11pm - 2am. My friend and I decided to kick off our girls' night out at The Uncommons, with our first stop being Siempre JB. We dropped in during Happy Hour and at this time, they were transitioning between lunch and dinner, so they were only serving drinks while prepping for the night. Luckily, they had free chips and salsa, which were a nice touch. During Happy Hour, their signature margaritas are 50% off, and the variety on the menu is fantastic. I loved that they offered margaritas both on the rocks and blended. I tried the Hecho en Mexico for my first drink and the Tamarindo for my second. Both were refreshing. However, a quick note about the blended margaritas - I had expected more of a frozen margarita experience, but it turned out to be more of a regular margarita with ice blended in. It was not very enjoyable chewing on ice chunks. But it is my bad for assuming it would've been otherwise as it is in the word, "blended," rather than "frozen." I'd recommend sticking to on the rocks so it doesn't taste as watered down. We asked if there was guacamole, unbeknownst to us that it was an extra $10 until we got the check as the server did not inform us before they brought it out. However, the guacamole was yummy, plentiful, and fresh. Hopefully one day, I'll return to try out their regular menu. read more

Place is located right on the corner at the Uncommon. Place is pretty spacious and open. Beautifully set up. Came here for lunch and so it wasn't busy at all, which was nice for a party of 7. Menus are simple, they offer a lunch, happy hour, dinner and cocktail menus. The cocktail menu they offers a lot of different specialty craft tequila based drinks. Our party order grilled street corn, guacamole, queso fundido, which were all yummy. We opted for the lunch special they offer for $19 which comes with chayote salad, cheese quesadilla, taco and a chicken enchilada. This is a great deal and gives you options to choose from. The salad was so good! Never had chayote in a salad before and it added such a great crunch. Citrus dressing was well balanced and not tart or acidic at all. I got the crispy fish taco, lightly breaded, seasoned well. The enchiladas you choose your sauce roja, verde or mole. With a big party as ours, it was nice to have our meals come out at the same time. To end a great meal we got trio sorbet. Will definitely be back. read more

The food was food! Pretty decor pretty and drinks are good. Good location and never too busy

Very impressed with this new restaurant. The interior is beautiful with the different types of textures and moody lighting. Very dia de los muertos vibes. Our server Javier was great. Every recommendation he gave was perfect. We started with the yellowtail. The mouthfeel was perfect. The olive oil mixed with the cilantro lime combined perfect to allow everything to almost melt in your mouth. The queso fundido was good as well but I wish the tortillas were made in house, you can tell they were store bought. The branzino was in a red sauce which we loved. A lot of flavor and spices. The carne asada was served on a hot rock with onions, squash and sashito peppers. This was some of the best carne asada I've had here in Vegas. I ordered it rare because I knew it would continue to cook on the stone and it was so juicy and full of flavors. The chimichuri and chipotle salsa on the side were great but I felt like the chimi was the main star. For dessert we had the chocolate tres leches. Good, I prefer my tees leches to be more moist but this one was more cake like and only moist at the bottom where the milk was soaking into it. Still, very good tres leches! This restaurant is one of those I'd go back to see the same server every time my family and I come because the service from him was 100+. I forgot our servers name but he was amazing. He was also the bartender. All the alcoholic beverages looked and sounded good so I had a hard time choosing and ended up requesting him to surprise me with one he recommended and it was pretty good. He was very attentive and made sure we were okay. On the other hand the food was okay. I wasn't really amazed with any of the food we ordered considering we ordered almost all the food that was recommended to us from a friend and also the server. I think they can do better on the menu. I see so much potential. The food wasn't bad. Nothing just was amazing to me. I did like the salad I got (jicama and watermelon salad) out of all that we ordered but it was drenched in dressing. My boyfriend ordered the carne asada medium rare and it came well done because it was served in a hot stone so if you're thinking about ordering the carne asada get it rare. For my kiddos I got them a few tacos and different appetizers. But like I said it's one of those where you really love the service even though the food was just ehh so they still deserve a 5 star. I'll give it another try one day and hopefully I'll like the food better. read more

If you want fancy Mexican food and cocktails, this is your place. The service was very friendly and attentive. We ordered Shrimp Diablo, Filet and Enchiladas, and queso fundido. All were delicious and we will be back again when we are in the area. read more

located in the uncommons in the southwest part of the valley! it was easy to find and easy for parking which is free for an hour I believe! Upon walking in we were seated right away. Service was quick and friendly. There was a large group next to us that was there already when we came and throughout our dining experience and most of the staff was more focused on that group then checking on us during our dine in... the drink I got was good but filled up sooo much with ice there wasn't too much alcohol, and it was very pricey for off the strip. However, the food here was pretty great. The only thing we got that we didn't really enjoy was the Spanish rice, it wasn't flavorful and wasn't too warm when served either. The enchiladas and the sauce with it were amazing however. The cheese was perfectly melted as well. Make sure to verify you ask for fountain water and not just "regular water" because they will bring out a bottle of water that is $7 is was good, but regular water would have sufficed and we weren't told it's an extra charge, maybe my fault for not asking and that's okay. read more

I haven't found anything I don't like about the Uncommon's yet--There's so much to love! This restaurant was really special, conveniently on a corner and easy to find! Alsooo right next to the cutest Wine bar ever, Wineaux!! Siempre really blew me away with the ambiance I love the design of this place and their menu was phenomenal! Love how they laid out their food menu and how they put a picture next to all the drinks on their drink menu. They had a live DJ Perfect lighting They also let you choose the occasion so they could prep your table according to it (so cute!) They put a "happy date night" note with a fresh red rose at our table Who does that anymore? I have to be honest, aside from this place being absolutely amazing and all the food was good but wasn't blown away - still had an amazing dinner, except for two things.... 1. We had a server who didn't know the menu and barely spoke English Not a good combo 2. Last call was made for the kitchen and for drinks at the same time which seemed odd with just 30 min before closing Just after they got our last order, they turned the lights up a bit to signal we have to leave And then they turned the lights allll the way up at the time of closing signaling, 'leave' like now... I felt like my wonderful experience was impacted by this I would absolutely come back another time but I would never want to come back close to closing! read more
