Carne Asada Burrito
Su-jen Y.

We ordered 4 tacos and. Burrito, the burrito was about $10 so it was an ok deal. The carne asada burrito was decently sized, it had guac, rice, pico, meat etc but no beans. The tacos were $4.25, which I thought was expensive at ordering but it was quite big so it was ok. Ordered both the pastor and asada tacos. The asada taco came with guac whereas the pastor didn't. The guac was mediocre so it wasn't adding a lot. The asada just tasted like cube meat like nothing special. The pastor was also kind of the same, a bit better but neither the pineapple kind or the el gordo kind. There are 2 salsa choices at their salsa bar, one red and one green. Both are very watery. The red salsa was spicy enough, kind of flavorful but the green one was not very good, very watery and bland. Overall, wouldn't come back since it was quite mediocre.

Fuego Mexican Kitchen is definitely one of my newfound favorite Mexican food restaurants. I don't normally make a habit of slamming one restaurant while leaving a positive review for another restaurant. But I feel compelled to mention that this spot is a nice reprieve from the (mediocre at best) Mexican food that I normally purchase from Roberto's. Had the chicken chimichanga that was served with rice and refried beans which was good. Also had a chorizo breakfast burrito, which was good as well. In fact, it was so good I ordered one to go. On my next visit I look forward to trying their mango jalapeño margarita, their rolled tacos as well as their homemade tres leches cake.

The food quality has gone down. I liked their rolled tacos but the past two times it was not good and overcooked. The chicken was very dry and tacos were over fried! I only could eat the beans & rice. Not going back again.

Stopped in for a quick solo lunch. There was very few people in the restaurant, and the service was quick! I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a margarita. The quesadilla was HUGE! Each bite was packed full of chicken, cheese, and flavor. Easily the best quesadilla I've found in Vegas this far! Plus it was so affordable! Big win. The margarita was nothing to write home about. I'd honestly pass on it next time. The restaurant itself appeared clean and had a small "sauce buffet" that was a nice add!

This is our go to Mexican spot if we want a burrito! The burritos are packed full of flavor and huge in comparison to other spots out here. The carne asada, al pastor, & fries are FUEGO and our go to. Service is quick and easy. They also have an app now to make the ordering process even easier.

My first impression as I walked in was thinking this is a really cute restaurant. I loved the lights above each table and the cute decorations. It wasn't overly done, but it was enough to show that they wanted to be different from all of the other restaurants of its kind in town. The lady up front was really nice and greeted me and my daughter when we walked in. She was patient as we were studying the menu. We ended up ordering a cheese enchilada plate and a chicken rolled taco plate. Food is made to order and came out fairly quick. Portion size was pretty big so we ended up bringing some home. It was really tasty and we enjoyed our visit there.

Sauce container for comparison in how small this burrito is. Go to Fausto's instead.

Sunday 4pm- no customers. No service. Ordered a burrito for $10, small for the price. Advice to Fuego- there are LOTS of competitors offering the same thing you do. So, make quality delicious food to have repeating customers, good reviews, and more business. Simple. You had no orders, no customers when I was there- make it a bomb ass big ass burrito! So disappointed. Roberto's and Fausto's are better than this for the price & quality of food. Next!

Fuego Mexican Kitchen is one of our favorite places to eat in the southwest Las Vegas, Blue Diamond and Cimarron. Food is delicious and consistent. We never had a bad experience here. Service is pretty good, quick! The dining area is not very big, but there are plenty of tables and chairs. On the side, you can find the condiment table, where you can choose from different types of sauces. This restaurant serves alcoholic beverages, too, beers and margaritas!

They had some stuff I haven't tried so figured it would be neat to check out. The glassware, taps and wall appeared clean but glassware style and size options were lacking and no indication of when the lines were last cleaned. Would be nice to have some 5oz "taster" glasses as an option at the least. Also, no offer of instruction on how to pour the beer (although I'm well versed in the proper pour) didn't inspire confidence that people weren't reusing glasses or touching the spouts while pouring. Beer didn't pour well on most taps, and one of the kegs kicked leaving me with a bunch of foam. Beer prices were a little high per ounce compared to a pint around town, but the fact you can pour almost any size pour means you'll pay a little extra. Options were decent with some beers I've not seen elsewhere in town. Overall, it's not a spot I'd visit again unless there was some special beer I couldn't find anywhere else in the city.

Hidden Gem for a REAL bar & kitchen combo!…read more I came around 7pm for a solo adventure dinner & was well pleased! Off the bat, the ambiance is decorated and fun! The bar was 90% full and while I was struggling to see if there was a single seat welcoming for me to sit, the bartender unfortunately didn't welcome me or help me in my decision on where to sit. I did find a cute seat in the main seating area and was welcomed graciously by Lexi! Since I was new to the area and the location I asked what she preferred between 2 food items & 2 drinks & her recommendations were definitely not regrettable!! Fun Fact, the kitchen is more Vietnamese based, so their specials are super delicious, vibrant and new day to day! Things you wouldn't think to be good at a bar, are in fact GOOD. But they seemed friendly, talking with the barstool crowd yet responding quickly to customer orders in the seating area. 595 Craft and Kitchen is always a great stop when we are visiting Las Vegas. My only regret is we had a late lunch and I just can't bring myself to order the sticky ribs which are incredible, so next time I'll plan my day better.

Great Food, Great Margaritas, and Outstanding Service from Tyler!…read more We stopped into Evolve Brewing to watch the VGK game and had a fantastic experience. I came with my dad and a friend, and from the moment we sat down, everything was spot on. The food was great, the atmosphere was perfect for watching the game, and the fruity margaritas were exactly what I was hoping for. The place had a fun, energetic vibe without feeling overwhelming. The highlight of the night was our server, Tyler. He was friendly, attentive, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcome. He stayed on top of everything throughout the game, made sure our drinks were never empty, and checked in just the right amount. It's refreshing to see someone who clearly takes pride in providing great service. Whether you're stopping by for a meal, drinks with friends, or to catch a VGK game, I highly recommend Evolve Brewing. We'll definitely be back, and we hope to get Tyler as our server again!

We were helped out by Stephanie (Stefani?), and she was super attentive, friendly, and very helpful. We all had a few drinks, and I will be honest...the best beers were not the ones that they brewed. The Evolve beers were fairly underwhelming for all 4 of us. They make a pretty stellar espresso martini though!! Its hard to find a proper one in town, and this one was outstanding. For the food, I ordered the Ahi wrap deconstructed into a salad. It was HUGE and absolutely delicious. Morgan ordered a steak sammich, and we got the mac and cheese to split. Everything was really tasty. We'll definitely come back for the food, and maybe to try some more of their beers when the season changes a bit to see if they have better flavors. Definitely recommend this spot to catch up with friends or catch a game!

The pretzel also didn't clearly indicate that the beer cheese was an extra charge, and there was an additional "house charge" added to the bill as well. Fire orange like the colors of the Phoenix, then a switch to neon blue hues of color all above me!…read moreHow appealing and seductive the lights are! Flare is an extremely unique experience and lure! The lights continually change making drinking oh so exclusive and fun! On my most recent visit, I lent my ear for someone that so badly needed just someone to listen too. This someone is my bff. I will always have her back, and vice versa. Where better than a bar to distract her. The lights of flare have always been something that distracts her. Wanting to stay away from the strip and closer to home this bar is a fantastic location for both of us. Flare is located in the Silverton Hotel in the middle of the casino. Free covered parking, no cover, minimal people, and not touristy; perfect place for us. We arrive at different times, with my friend still stuck in traffic I just sit with a beer waiting. After she arrives she orders a Crown and Coke. I give the bartender the card and ask him to start a tab. As we sit here the orange and red hues wash over us from above, bathing us in its color. As it switches to bluish green we notice the pink coloring. My bff is smiling now we are getting somewhere. The smile from my bff is perfection and it is so great to see her smile. The tears were checked at the elevator as I watched her approach Flare and her eyes were immediately engulfed in the changing lights from above my head as I sat at the bar. Getting up I hugged my bff and the bartender seemed particularly interested in my friends unsettled mood. The bartender even asked what was bothering her. This bartender was so attentive to our order ensuring that we were not bothered by anyone asking to buy us a drink or if we needed a shoulder to cry on. As we drank the compassionate side of the bartender was fantastic. He even bought us a round of Crown and Coke too. Aside from having a wonderful bartender, whom was alert and always on his toes for keeping our drinks coming and water cups filled. The bar is a great place to try your luck with blackjack. The machines on the counter are level enough with the most comfortable chairs that I have sat in. The chairs at the bar are white bar type stools that are very fancy. This bar has that old world feel to it. Having traveled to many places, my favorite were those small homely places that are so ordinary that you have to stumble upon it to know it's greatness. When I discovered Flare my husband was gambling and I wanted a drink. The color changing of the lights beckoned to me. Answering the call, I discovered my cozy new place. My bff fell in love with the concept they used in designing the bar. As I listen to my bff the lights above keep changing. My eyes are constantly being drawn to those tempting lights. After a while the Crown and Coke got old, plus we wanted to walk out of the bar after drinking; and not be carried. Switching it up we asked our bartender what he would drink after so much Crown and Coke. His suggestion was beer. They offer a special happy hour price for $4.00 a bottle for Miller Lite. That's what we had, everyone likes happy hour prices. With work tomorrow and my bff mood changed we are going to find some food. They do not sell food here so it's off to find something delicious to absorb all the alcohol we partook of. In our merriment the service and atmosphere of Flare was exactly what we needed to reset ourselves. Come and see what the lights of Flare will do to you. The experience was magical and the bartender was fantastic. Thanks to making our troubles wash away and be replaced with hues of new color to enchant our week!

But let's get straight to the issue- the HOSPITALITY! I don't like being negative- I want local businesses to thrive and reach more people, but I need to add this bit of criticism- Lately, coming here feels like you're rolling the dice- and going out to eat and being treated well shouldn't have to feel like a gamble. When I dine here, I don't feel welcome. The bartenders make it clear that they cater to some regulars more than others. It takes the bartender half an hour to get us started with drinks and a menu to look at the food. It's crazy- I come here so often know some of this establishment's staff by name now and yet, I'm met with this recent disservice- The other night I arrive here with my girlfriend to grab some food around 1 am. I see the bartender, Ryan, zooming around, refilling beer and shots, going in and out of the kitchen. It's not that busy of a Friday night- maybe a handful of couples and groups all sitting at the bar. He passed SEVERAL times by me, no acknowledgement, no "Hey, bear with me, I'll be right with ya." 1:30. He finally comes to us apologizing, gets us started on drinks and hands us the menu. We take a couple of minutes to decide. He stands around by the Pos and talks to another bartender (Andrew I think?), who came from the kitchen, then immediately left. Another 10-15 minutes pass. By this point, I was wondering if I should just walk out. Finally, Ryan comes to take our orders. Typically, a server or bartender leads the conversation, right? I'm sure you hear things like "what can I get started for you," or "how would you like your eggs cooked" or "how would you like your Steak cooked" - You've all heard those before, right? Well- nothing. No cue. No asking anything. It felt awkward. Uncomfortable. Unwelcoming. I don't even know if he was paying attention. At one point, it was ME who was the one asking my girlfriend "How do you want your eggs cooked?" when she asked to get the Steak and Eggs because there was ZERO response coming from our bartender to anything we said. The energy felt COMPLETELY off, so I just asked then and there for the check and left off to grab some Cane's instead. An absolutely dismal experience. I don't like making my reviews about me, but I felt like I needed to explain exactly why I'm upset about my recent visits here so anyone reading this can better understand instead of just reading a vague mention of how rude the staff was. Let's get to the Good Bar Bites I recommend if you do come here (maybe day time could give you a different experience): WSKY Burger- I recommend a medium on the patty! Very juicy- the crunch of the onion rings and candied bacon- One of my favorite burgers! Steakhouse sliders- tasty and sharable mini burgers! Although- I need some clarification- Can modifications be made to this dish? One day, while ordering over the phone, a bartender named Zach told me I cannot add an extra slider (I wanted 4 sliders instead of just the 3 that come on the order), I'd have to purchase two whole orders if I wanted more. What's this about? I've never had that issue before, so just curious. Flatbread Pizza- of course pizza is always awesome to munch on. The crunch on the flatbread is so satisfying I honestly don't think I'll be coming here anytime soon. It sucks. The bar looks beautiful, the food is delicious. But why have I been treated like an outsider lately? It's not worth going to a place, even if it has good food, if you're not going to be treated well.
