They close at 10:00. I went in at 9:20 to order and got attitude as if I had gotten there at 9:59. They were out of a lot of things, which is understandable, but when you're still open for business for another 40 minutes, you shouldn't be rude to the customers who come in to get food. read more

Okay so I'm not sure how they make it so good, but their queso is amazing! I always order chips and queso from here. They also have the option to put it in your burrito. Everything from their steak burritos and quesadillas are so appetizing. I have never been disappointed here. While I also like Chipotle, they are not the first on my list when I am craving Mexican fare because the "NEW" queso they started serving is really disappointing. Qdoba puts them to shame in the queso area. The ingredients they use for all of their meal offerings are great quality and fresh. Amazing, amazing, amazing. I became a huge fan of chipotle after working directly next to one, and then after working at one. After one day trying the food at Qdoba, I felt like everything I thought I knew was a lie. Chipotle suddenly tasted fake in comparison. The way that they overly seasoned everything, it tasted like they dumped a flavor packet all over everything. But Qdoba has such a fresh taste. The chicken is better than anything I expected. I love that I can taste the char from the grill. The cilantro lime rice? I can actually taste the cilantro lime! Everything with these flavors just plays together so perfectly and I have never had a bad meal since we started going here. I also love the new salsa! Keep it up, Qdoba. I love you forever read more

Went to the towson location on joppa it was dirty in the area of the food so I didn't want anything so my husband just ordered. The rice was overcooked I did get brownie because it was wrapped but that was not done it was horrible. Went into the store for lunch today. Asked for the Chulula sweet and spicy. The guy behind the counter throws pork on the bowl. When I kindly said I actually wanted the pork the guy yelled and said "you said pork". I told him I didn't, but I apologize if he misheard me. Very clean, with excellent service. The staff made it a great first visit. The food was great and the price was fair. I am amazed at how clean this place is 2 hours before closing. The restrooms might be the cleanest in the city. I will warn you that the hot sauce is really really hot. I love hot food, but this took it to a new level. This is a pretty good Qdoba location. I'm not the biggest fan of Qdoba, but the service is really friendly and the restaurant is very clean. When deciding on my order they offered samples of any of the ingredients. It's a great way to get a little taste before committing to anything. This place would have gotten 4 or 5 stars but it's gone downhill since I first ate there. I'm a big fan of toastada salads.. I love eating the salad and then dipping the "bowl" in a bowl of soup. When I used to order them, I would get a salad and a bowl of tortilla soup.... now - their version of "bowl of soup" differs each time I'm here. They put everything in a 4 oz "bowl"...and I swear that 4 oz is a cup of soup not a bowl... also, their service has gone to the birds.. They are borderline rude. I like this place. It can be packed during lunch but occasionally there is a lull and you can have your pick of seats. The dining room is open and cheery, clean and comfortable. The rice bowls come with a choice of brown or white rice...a choice of their yummy queso if you want it (yes please I do), and then chicken or beef, choice of black beans or pinto (both are good so I get a combo)....ingredients are fresh. A chicken bowl (Queso Burrito Chicken Bowl) is $7.80 -see photo I don't think they charge extra for sour cream but might want to ask before you get it just in case. Tacos are small but good and fresh ingredients. The queso dip can be ordered separately too. There is no price on the menu board but you can get a little cup for $1.50 and then a larger cup (which is priced up on the menu board) is $4.00 . I would recommend to order a couple of the different ones in the small size so you can taste the different dips. They have a new one called "cheeseburger" queso right now. read more

do not come here! they dont accept cash so your forced to use a debit/credit card and their system is so rigged that i started getting multiple charges on my card for a 13$ order! i got 11 charges on my debit card making my account overdrawn! so do the math, 13$ x 11 thats about 145$ and when i called the lady said she didnt know what to do and her manager is on vacation for three weeks. this is bullshit dont go thru what im going thru now i have to lock my card and wait till the pending charges go through and have to get reimbursed from the bank which will take more time. bunch of idiots working here with their janky ass credit card system read more

I am a big fan of Qdoba. I don't eat meat and my taste is still messed up from when I got Covid 2 years ago. I've gone to Qdoba many times, I've gotten nachos many times. I don't get to many items on my nachos but I do ask to have certain things separated so my lettuce don't get warm in the hot cheese. The lady put my lettuce in the smallest plastic container they put the salsa in. Im like oh I'll definitely want more lettuce than that because I only have 3 items in my nachos queso, beans, lettuce. The lady put my lettuce in a bigger container and charges my $1 for it open food. Now mind you my receipt says I'm charge for guacamole, sour crème, and veggie nachos I didn't get veggies, guacamole or sour cream. But I'm being charge extra for a handful of lettuce? Clean and easy. Based on all the reviews it seems that this place is a mixed bag. I, for one, was pleasantly surprised. The eating area is clean with a nice layout. The service was quick and pleasant. I ordered a big burrito that featured a BBQ sauce. Can't remember the name, but it had a lot of flavor. The ingredients were very fresh and the tortilla was literally bursting at the seams with meat, rice, beans, veggies and sauce. I don't care about the Chipotle vs. The World debate. It is what it is. The quality of the food at Qdoba stands on its own and that's all that matters. They really should have a salsa bar though. read more
