This place reminds me of chipotle and cafe rio. It has the same way of ordering that both places do. They have a great selection of items to choose from. Unfortunately the food did look like it had been sitting for a while. The location was not busy at all. The portions for the price seem off compared to other similar restaurants. We ordered 3 tacos, nachos and 2 drinks and it was $30 but the nachos and tacos were pretty small. The employees were nice and helpful with questions and the food did taste pretty good. I don't think this will be replacing either chipotle or cafe rio for me, but I would try them again, maybe just a different location.

    This is the dining area!

No atmosphere, no customers, clean restaurant. The food was fantastic! Restaurant was very clean, fresh and much like Chipotle! In fact I feel much better!

Portion size. This isn't eaten (only food shifted from walking to the park)

What a joke. The picture I posted was for a $13 steak bowl. Mind you , I have not touched the food yet, it only shifted from walking to the park. Tasted ok tho.

This location is a joke. I ordered their tortilla soup. I wanted tortilla strips on my soup but didn't want it to get soggy on my drive home. So I asked the lady if I can have a small amount on the side in a cup. She said sure. She then rang me up and charged me a side of Chips. I asked her why, she said it's because "its extra to have it on the side"

My son and I made the drive to the Rainbow location from Silverado Ranch to order dinner. My son chose the steak burrito and I chose the chicken bowl. Our food was delicious! Fresh, hot and serving size was good. The steak burrito was huge, stuffed with steak, cheese, white rice, beans, etc. My bowl had fresh cooked chicken, white rice, red onion, pico de gallo, guacamole, pinto beans, cheese, etc. It was loaded down with tasty goodness. My son's burrito we made into a meal with a Coke, chips and Queso. The counter service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff. It is a good location, worth the drive. The restaurant is clean and neat. We definitely will return to try more of their delectable dishes.

I was so stoked to come here because it had been almost a decade since I've had Qdoba. It was my go to spot in college & I've definitely missed it. So when the chance to go to one arose, I took full advantage. Walked in & there was no one there & it also seemed a bit dark. But I was still excited & ordered my usual grilled chicken burrito, added cheese, rice, guacamole, salsa Roja mild, & sour cream. Got back home to unwrap it & quickly noticed that in the past mine were thicker. Took a bite, kinda dry. The rice & chicken was a bit dry as if it was sitting in the warmers since yesterday. To what I remember years ago everything was wet in there, due to the sourcream & it was cheesey. It's almost like there wasn't enough toppings on there . Towards the second half of the burrito it was much better as that's where all the toppings like the guacamole were hiding. But still something just wasn't the same, even the tortilla. I remember it being thinner & warmer. A bit disappointing, but I'm not ready to give up on them just yet.

My family and I came here for the first time and it's Amazing! If you had chipotle then it's very much alike, but A lot more toppings for your bowel! I liked how they have choice of a small bowel or a bigger bowel to choose from. I got a veggie bowel with rice, fajitas, black beans, queso, mild salsa, mango salsa, corn, guacamole, lettuce! Definitely will come back and try something else!

Wasn't too sure about this place but my bf said it's similar to chipotle so I figured why not give it a try. Honestly in my opinion it seems like a bootleg chipotle, with that being said, the food was pretty good, I got a quesadilla and a burrito. The quesadilla was good and as for the burrito I hope it was delicious and that the homeless lady I gave it to enjoyed it.

The service was great everyone was nice and friendly. There is low to medium music playing so not too loud. The food was delicious I got Cameron's à la diabla next time I will get the spicier level but medium was really good as well. My husband got cóctel de camarón it's not on the menu but they made it for us. For the appetizers, but we got fresh guacamole made right in front of you, shrimp empanadas with cheese and I believe fried tuna For the little ones they have a few options we got a cheese hamburger and chicken tenders. The presentation for most of the plates and drinks were so cute !!!

The presentation here is so fun! They provide some homemade tostada shells with their house salsa and bean dip. Our drinks were served in the cutest glass decor, which was an awesome touch. My daughter had the El Coco (had Rum) which was in a cute pineapple glass and I had the Azul (had Gin) which was served in a glass seashell. For food, I had the steak and eggs, and my daughter ordered the quesabirria tacos (which come out in a super cool little presentation rack). Both dishes were absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. Had to try the Horchata Latte! Took it go, it did not disappoint! The Horchata flavor with the espresso was soo delicious! Great food, cool atmosphere, and excellent service. We will definitely be back!

Speaking of the food, these aren't your ordinary Mexican dishes. Everything tasted authentic while also offering unique, elevated flavors that made each dish feel special. I ordered the piña colada, and it was absolutely delicious! It tasted high-quality, not overly sweet or cheap, and it was an amazing deal during happy hour. The enchiladas and chicken fajitas were just as impressive. Absolutely top-notch! On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. I would definitely recommend this place and can't wait to come back!

The decor is very nice and modern. I loved the multitude of different types of pendant style lights. It's very classy and unique inside. The staff are incredible and accommodating. They go above and beyond to ensure that your experience is great. The margaritas are delicious and many types to choose from. Everything is super fresh and high quality. Their flavors are excellent. The salsa trio and seasoned tortilla chips were a great start. The street corn was amazing! I had the shrimp and chorizo tacos and they were good, I should have picked my first choice which was a chimichurri dish with carne asada and shrimp. I'm not a huge fan of chorizo but the server recommended these tacos. They were good and if you like chorizo you'll love this. I should've trusted my gut but some chorizo is very good. I would say this is average to slightly higher price but the quantity and quality were top notch. I would definitely be going back next time I visit Vegas!

Today, all I managed to photograph was the menu because, once again, the food disappeared too quickly. Chile Verde is truly a hidden gem. The owner is a one-man operation - he takes your order, prepares every meal himself, and does it all with incredible care and pride. The food is consistently excellent. The ingredients are fresh, the oil is always clean, and everything is cooked to perfection without ever feeling greasy. My go-to orders are the Beef Rolled Tacos with Guacamole and the Vegetable Burrito, and they never disappoint. One thing that has always impressed me is how immaculate the kitchen is. His stainless steel equipment is always spotless and shining, and it's obvious he maintains the highest standards of cleanliness. There isn't a dining area, so it's takeout only, but don't let that stop you. The quality of the food more than makes up for it. If you're looking for authentic Mexican food made with fresh ingredients by someone who truly cares about his craft, Chile Verde is absolutely worth a visit. Please do note the hours of operation. He is open from 7AM - 5PM and closed Sundays as of today.

I was seeing different answers on their opening hours, but it opened at 7am on the Friday I went. I got the chorizo breakfast burrito ($9.25) with pico de gallo ($1.25). It was surprisingly a big burrito and even had fries in it. The flavors were good; I paid extra for pico but I wish there was more because it was more heavy without it. It came with mild and spicy salsas. The owner is a one-man band who took my order and made the food. There was no seating so you'll have to take your food elsewhere to eat. Note that they have a 50 cent credit or debit fee.
