We hadn't been to Qdoba for some time and have always been happy with them, so in we went for a couple of bowls. Establishment was clean and the staff very friendly and great to deal with. I had a beef steak bowl with all the goodies. It was ok taste-wise, but wound up getting "Repeats" not long after I left (it was a three Tums night). Had not had this experience with Qdoba before. Also, the chips, which were generously given out, had salt applied to them very inconsistently. One would have a ton of salt on it, the next, none or very little. Had not experienced that at Qdoba before, either. I may try it again, but given the prices and what is available at other Mexican restaurants, I would proceed with caution. read more

I usually love Qdoba but this location is horrible. The service was inattentive and rude. They messed up my food and was unwilling to fix it. The food itself was mediocre at best. I ordered for take out and the drink area of the place was pretty dirty and needed to be cleaned. read more

The owner of the establishment is one of the rudest people I have met. I asked for extra shrimp and he down right just said no. He was getting in the way of the other team members and was staring me down. they messed up our orders as well. read more

Stopped by here for lunch on the way to Yellowstone. Service was quick, the portions were decent, and the taste was all right. They were out of a couple of things but it was around after lunchtime so I guess they had a rush at some point and ran out. The dining area and restroom was clean. They have outdoor seating as well but even though it was a nice day out we couldn't go outside because there was smoke (from what, we were not sure). There is ample parking, getting in and out is easy so it's good if you are just stopping on the way somewhere because of the location. read more

I love Qdoba and this one is definitely a disgrace to Qdoba's. Service was very poor. There was a bunch of stuff out in the lobby on 3 or 4 booths just looked trashy. No guac. Food was not great. Very disappointed. Don't recommend. read more

I'm a doordasher and Qdoba use to be so fast even during the worst of Covid here. But over the last few weeks they have been rude, slow, and inconsiderate for us doordashers. Sitting here in the parking lot I've now watched two doordashers walk out. Yesterday I was one. Two other doordashers and I stood for twenty minutes while their rush went through. There were 6 people behind the counter and not one doing doordash orders. After the rush ended they started making them but a couple people came in and they quit, even though they had two bags done, they left them on the counter instead of putting them out. I asked when they would be done and they said people who walk in come first and that's just how it is. Then today I ordered for myself online and they did the same thing. This is like a Chipotle style place with a nice patio and indoor seating. Fresh food fixed fast. They were able to accommodate gluten free with no hassle. Two stars for cook with no hair net. read more

Just visited this restaurant on Sat night 3/30/19. The employees working were the rudest I have experienced at any restaurant in my recent past. Our food was slopped in bowls, eyes rolling, things tossed into a bag and I think one of the employees was intoxicated. I asked for toppings on the side, the lady working slopped the topping on my food, I repeated I wanted it on the side, she grabbed it off my bowl with her hand and threw it in the trash and then grabbed a pile of cheese and smashed it on top of my food. Unbelievable and disgusting. Would never recommend this place to even my worst enemy. read more

i came here with my 578 month old daughter. i was deeply disappointed. i got a bowl for my lunch and i asked for extra of everything i put in my bowl when i received my bowl it was basically empty. i weigh 420 pounds and that was not enough to fill me up i need more food than that. overall i'm dissatisfied you can do a lot better than this with all those workers you have in there maybe it's because their teens.do better #livelaughlove #WAP read more

My Qdoba experience is not unique to Gillette. I travel quite a bit and I can honestly say that the portions served here are the stingiest I've seen. Now, I am not a big person, but I do get hungry. Nor do I expect ridiculous sized portions that can feed a small family for days. Compared to all the other Qdobas I've visited, the portions here are about half. Every so often when I visit Gillette, I'll give this place another chance. I'm done. Not sure if the manager is trying to maximize profit, but it seems to have gotten to the point that it is just laughable. Half-scoops is what you'll get here. If you're hungry, go somewhere else. read more

Delicious! Thought it was a Chipotle knock off and it might be but it was delicious and the manager Brian was so nice and kind I went back the next day! Have only had the chicken for meat but if I was in town longer I'd try more of the options. The corn salsa is the perfect compliment to any burrito. read more

The food here is very bland and the meat is usually very dry from sitting out on the steam line too long. The only flavor you get on your food is from the sauces you can choose to have added. However, it does not mention on the menu that you only get to have 2 small spoons of sauce on your food and they will charge you $0.99 for additional sauce. They also attempted to charge me for the lime that I wanted to put on the tacos for additional flavor, even though they are in an open container by the drink station. The man who made our food was rude and condescending, and we will not be going back. The food and the prices are not good enough to put up with such disgraceful service. Qudoba will no longer receive any business from me or my family. The previous times we had been there, the service workers were very cheerful and friendly, and because of the lack of customer service in most restaurants in Gillette, we put up with the tastless food. It's a shame that this restaurant has joined the bad service ranks and that the manager did nothing to mitigate the damage caused by this miserable man. read more
