The food is fantastic, especially the Mexican Pizza. The prices are great. And the people in the drive thru are great.

First time and last time. My family was so excited that Taco Bell was opening because years ago it was delicious and worth the money. Tonight I ordered a rice bowl and this is what we got upon opening the bowl. Totally unacceptable presentation and it was supposed to be with black beaas. Sad, sad, sad. If I could have given it a rating of zero I would have. I tried to call them tonight just now to let them know and conveniently they send you to their website. No more customer service exists. The customer service experience is one of those daily interruptions of the mundane autonomy that is the modern lifestyle that can either make, break, or do nothing to your day. All is all, etc.), like everything else. But in fast food, that is where it gets dicey. You sweep in a dance of discomfort with some disgruntled or apathetic fast food employee that would love nothing more than to be living in a secure financial situation and to change their English Major to, literally, anything else. And while you attempt to avoid making too much eye contact, you are also trying not to treat the employees like temporary paper bag handling pions, cause you don't want to dehumanize them. It's a complicated procedure, even though the temporary forced chatter you may find yourself exchanging with one of them does sound procedurally generated. This was not the Micheal M experience. I have been emotionally shaken to my foundation at the sheer character of an unassuming fast food employee. I had heard of the heroic actions of a Taco Bell employee in my local area, but coming to face with the man himself, I realize now that Micheal M is the best and last chance for humanity as a species. The restaurant was clean, the service was premium, the world stopped on its axis, and Micheal M walked out of the kitchen to ask if I wanted to order at the counter or if i was going to utilize the digital ordering booths. I thought he was the messiah, but then I realized that a Christian view cannot encompass a figure head so perfect. The man served food as if I was a king, but he made me feel safe as if he was knight of Yor. He was an entertaining host with a perfect memory for fact, fiction, and foreign language alike. He was the best employee, nay... He was the best man I have ever met. Envy is not something one can feel in his greatness, nor is discomfort. Your mouth will be glued open with awe, agape before his brilliance, and him, understanding, will feed you himself. He is the final bastion of the sapient. There are a few times in one's life when one's priorities telescope onto a single thing, when there is only one thing that means anything, one thing that can bring joy, one thing that can quell the restless hunger inside. Previously, I experienced this type of desperate yearning with respect to Taco Bell only on a few short-lived, drunken occasions, but recently I experienced a hunger-induced revelation so intense that I felt the need to visit Gillette, Wyoming to fulfill it. Here's what happened: a companion and I decided to spend 5 uninterrupted days in the backcountry wilderness, with the only hints of civilization being the very occasional interaction with other backpackers. The trees were beautiful, the mountains, majestic, but for nearly the entire time I felt a profound empty space within the most base, human part of myself. For the first time in my highly privileged life, I found myself days away from any human food. Any other time, I could hypothetically hop in the car or walk a couple blocks and receive hot, greasy food for a few dollars, but in the backcountry, no such option existed. All that was available to me were sickly sweet cliff bars and salty, but profoundly cheerless, ramen, and I felt the absence of the usual option acutely. Do I normally like fast food? No, absolutely not--I think that most people who camp for fun tend to value their health too much to eat fast food regularly. But in the backwoods, in my calorie deficient state, fast food was all I deserved. How could I possibly muster the energy to crave five-star meal fluff? How could I desire delicious, but calorically deficient and impractical items like fruit and vegetables? How could I want anything but blissfully synthetic nacho cheese, crunchy taco shell brazenly inserted into a warm tortilla, bean juices happily mingling with sour cream to create something only distantly recognizable as food? In the backcountry, I felt as if I barely existed, so how could I possibly want anything as pretentious, as lofty, as arrogant, as the healthy food I eat in my normal life? The only thing that could make me feel human again, amongst the celestial might of the mountains, the bears that could kill me in an instant, the weather that could turn at any moment and strike me down, is the Crunchwrap Supreme. Tasting the Crunchwrap Supreme after several days of wanting it more than anything else made me appreciate it for what it is--an unpretentious dish capable of filling any physical or emotional hole. Is it a true culinary advancement? No, absolutely not--but also, it kind of is. Hike for days on end and then decide for yourself. I give Taco Bell 4 stars, because we were charged extra for substituting beef for beans and I do not care for that one bit #vegetarian read more

Worst place i have tried to order food from.. I am a truck driver stopped to get a nice meal, the guy took my order wearing gloves and headed straight to the cook line to make my food after touching the bills. I asked him why didnt he wash his hands and put new gloves on and he replied with anger i did and shook his head and walked away.. this pissed me off because i seen him with my own eyes and called him back to give me my money back i dont want that food and his smart mouth replied "fine i will give you your money back and you can leave" withouth resolving the issue.. i bet there was no managers there and they r doing whatever they want and make the food however way they want to. This Taco Bell is consistently good. The employees are consistently friendly. It's fast food I just want what I ordered and to leave. I get what I ordered. Once a new guy gave my order to the wrong car. I played on my phone for 5 minutes and didn't really care. Not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from. Is there any option lower than one star? Every single time I go there, there's a problem. And it's rarely the same things. They never give me hot sauce, no matter how many times they ask me about it. I've not gotten my cinnamon twists twice now, and when I called they were rude. Tonight I got the 5 Buck box and I asked for it to have a large drink instead of the regular. When I got to the window she handed me a regular and I corrected her and she looked at me like I was lying and that I was an idiot. And once we left and took a drink of each of our different kinds of sodas it was all carbonation, no syrup at all. If the stupid tacos weren't so cheap and delicious I'd say screw them all. Terrible staff and service. Not to mention poor presentation. Wish you could post a picture on here just the other day I got a taco that had literally like a fingernail size serving of meat. None of this would pass in my kitchen where I work I don't see how it should pass in a big corporation like this.
