For what it is, this is a good representation of the fast casual style of "Mexican" restaurants. Similar to a Chipotle, but with more variety and slightly better quality ingredients, IMO. They have a taco menu where you can mix and match between 6-8 types of tacos - yummmm Chips and queso is a good addition - choice of 2 quests, one milder, one spicier (but not hot). Bowls, salads and burritos. The usual fare, but sometimes they have different spin on the proteins. I came across Qdoba one day after searching for a chipotle near by & had no luck. It's convenient & probably one of the main reasons I go back. Food is OK. Just don't try to compare it to chipotle... you'll be disappointed. I get a bowl every time because I figured you can't go wrong with that.. Their guac isn't bad but I'm not a fan of their sour cream... too watery if that makes sense. Chips are good! All of the staff seem to be really nice & fast which is always a plus. read more

When you order Tacos u get one scoop of everything spread across all 3 tacos. Barely any chicken then you give them that look and they throw in one tiny piece to make up for it lol. You go down the list of toppings to put on and somehow they always rush and put the lettuce on before some other topping which is the very last item in the row which should be on the top of everything. The sour cream is water down. I get onions and they just toss it on whatever taco it lands on not all 3. So after all that the price is just crazy for a no meat messy taco. I prefer Chipotle across the street but I usually go to Qdoba for the tacos but as of the last year the quality of the tacos have gone down hill. read more

Love this location. They are fast, friendly and the food is great! My friend and I visit here once a week. They offer a student discount on Mondays from 2-8pm. Its 50% off an entree and a free drink! Catering is also something they offer and they never disappoint. We cater for a 100 from this location and every time they make sure everything is organized, correct and ready to go. I ordered my food at 630 pm and live 5 minutes away. When i got home the food was cold. There was 2 employees. Half the food was burned or empty pans sitting there.i only got half order of a chicken salad and paid $16. Such crap. I will think twice before i ever use that location again. read more

This Qdoba specifically is the best one I've ever been too and it's better than chipotle by far. The food here is made perfect every time and all the employees here are friendly and professional. The manager really cares about the restaurant and has the best staff on board. If you want the best Mexican food and the best service, come to this Qdoba. I'm get food from here all the time. We all know that the people who write comments either had stellar service or terrible service. Unfortunately, my comment falls into the latter category. I've never eaten at Qdoba, and I probably won't visit this location again. I was bullied through the line, and then they gave me the order of the person behind me, not my order. The woman at the cash register was extremely impatient, and not looking. By the time I go home, 8-miles away, it was too far to go back and change. It tasted fine, but mostly I was frustrated by their service. Eating out is a financial treat for me, and this was my 1 time to eat out this week. Just make sure you are paying attention to each customer and their needs, and not just trying to hurry people through the lunch line. read more

Gluten Free anyone? Let me start by saying that the food is not bad! The service, however, is terrible. The servers don't even speak restaurant English. You can't have a gf menu if you don't explain what that is to anyone who works there. I asked 1st person if he the gf tortilla, he grabs the bag and I ask him to change his glove. He doesn't, reached right in and contaminated the whole bag. I told him no!!! Then the girl tells him to change his gloves which he doesn't understand why!! She grabs the tortilla and throws it into the warmer.......again contaminated!!!! I'm still saying NO, you're contaminating it. I finally just gave up and got a salad, no shell. I asked if the queso is gf, the girl has no idea what I'm saying so I ask again, she smiles and says yes......no thank you!!! People need to speak at least a little English!!!!!! I ate here today for lunch. As a chipotle person, I was amazed by how delicious this place was. First, the fact that you can add queso to your burrito itself is enough to win me over. But not just queso, you have three queso options. I got the original which added a new dimension to my burrito. You can also add guac and although I didn't do that I want to try it next time. I also like that Qdoba has thicker green peppers and onion which have just a better overall flavor than the chipotle ones. Qdoba really just has a more expansive menu. Here are my two negative comments. 1) The "brown rice" liked like white rice with a too dark brown color added. I got the brown rice and it was good but I am not convinced... 2) My burrito was rolled terribly I actually had to eat it with a fork and knife because it was closed all the way and was the messiest thing I have ever eaten. With that being said, my BF's burrito was perfect and didn't fall apart at all so maybe its the luck of the draw. Either way it was delicious and I will definitely go back and try the other types of queso and some guac on my burrito, hopefully I get a better roll next time! read more

I love this place. I always get the chicken nachos with chips on the side. I think its a million times better then Chipotle. Ever since they stopped charging for extras I have eaten at this place weekly. I get so much extra cheese and veggies for free! The staff are super nice and some of the staff have even memorized my order. You should definitely give it a try! read more

I have had multiple poor experiences here. The staff is friendly,but they do rush you through the line. TO THOSE WHO ORDER THE CHICKEN, I would strongly advise you to stop. The chicken is of poor quality, and not processed properly. I didn't notice until I started to look closer at the meat, but the past two times I have found a TUBULAR STRUCTURE poking out of the pieces of chicken. These are large veins that should be taken out during the prep process, not only did this make me question their quality, but also made me VERY qweezy. I'm not paying to eat chewy veins, I am paying for meat. I understand that animals contain veins, but I should not be tasting a chickens cardiovascular system everytime I take a bite into my burrito. I would have let it go the first time, but it has happened twice in a row. So disgusting read more

I am surprised there are 5 star reviews on here. Maybe I get the jv squad but I have had horrible service. The food isn't awful but it is certainly not good. I believe I have a strong grip on the English language yet when I go to this qdoba I am only able to communicate with the staff through pointing. This review is purely a warning. Food is tasty but pricey. 3 adults ate there and paid $34, that's with a side of chips and queso. One entree of 3 tacos cost $9! That's with no sides! We could have gone to an authentic Mexican restaurant and gotten more for our money.
