    Impossible Bowl
    Sne G.

Needed a quick grab n go. Was looking for something fulfilling with veggie options. Was not disappointed. Ended up choosing the Impossible bowl - Filled with tempeh, rice, beans, veggies and lots of toppings to pick from. Wholesome, clean and definitely balanced meal. Needless to say the place is maintaining Covid restrictions and everyone is masked up !

Ordered Qdoba for delivery. The quesadilla and create your own bowl were really good, the cholulah hot & sweet chicken is my go-to. Never disappoints. Delivery was quick. I rated the restaurant a 4 because the chips were super salty!! So hard to eat them. The diablo queso was really yummy but the chips ruined it. Also, they barely gave us any chips. What's depicted in the picture is how it came... that was less than half of the bag.... What a waste of money... $7.30 for that....

This is supposed to be a chicken burrito but there were only 3 or 4 cubes and the rest was rice.

Never ordering from here again. Whenever you order burritos without being in-store they will stuff it with rice and veggies only. I literally had 3 small cubes of chicken as if they added it by mistake. I purposely unwrapped the burrito to satisfy my suspicions. Take a look at the pics. I will be writing corporate tomorrow! Order was placed on 10/6/20 at around 9:15pm! I would give zero stars but unfortunately that's not an option.

I'm more so of a Chiptole fan but decided to try out Qdoba since it's was on my way and my friends mentioned guac is free! As a vegetarian I had a veggie bowl w/ half lettuce/half brown rice with all the grilled veggies and sauces. It was OK, not as tasty as Chiptole in term of salsas and seasonings. I appreciated the social distancing operations inside the building - basically yelled out my order across 10 feet but atleast it was safe. hahahaha

Qdoba is one of those guilty pleasures that I am drawn to. It is consistent and for a good price you won't leave hungry. Perfect late night food too. I like the queso with chips to start. The chips are always fried just right and queso isn't runny. It has a little kick to it too. For dinner I had the chicken adobo salad with tortilla crust. I do not know what it is but I enjoy it. My wife can't stand Qdoba but I like it. Everyone has an opinion right! 4 stars for the win!

Pretty standard QDOBA. Good food and free guacamole and queso with any bowl or burrito. I always get the adobo chicken bowl, I like their chicken more than chipotle. Service was friendly and fast. Food was fresh, no complaints. And surprisingly I didn't spend any time in the bathroom after. (probably too much info but true Mexican food lovers understand the importance of this) Stop by, it's one of the more affordable restaurant choices on Washington I paid about $12 for a soda and bowl.

Barbacoa bowl with lettuce, queso, pico, hot salsa, drizzle of sour cream, dollop of guac (disappointing)

My boyfriend and I ate here yesterday. As a couple of the other yelpers mentioned, they do give you a tiny amount of guacamole and small portion of protein. I came here to compare prices and food quality with Chipotle. Chipotle totally won!!! At chipotle they aren't stingy with the meat or the queso or the guac or the sour cream! Damnnn qdoba...they have sour cream in a bin but they use the squeeze bottle of it so you get less if that too! I thought it was ranch at first. I'd prefer a spoonful thanks. And a dollop of guac? Chipotle gives you a heaping spoonful. Worth the extra charge there lol. And guess what? They're the same price at each place!!! But I was actually full at Chipotle. Was not full here. The barbacoa does have good flavor, but no reason for me to come back. Chipotle will get my business.

Always consistently good. I always get a steak quesadilla and a soda. Yum. I really need to try other things on the menu!

I think their menu selection is superior to Chipotle, but the price is a bit much for a small portion of their menu bowls. The restaurant seems clean. It would have been better if the restaurant has two receptacles, one for trash and the other for recyclables.

I do not eat Qdoba often but I ordered three different bowls the other night and was honestly impressed. The impossible bowl was so tasty that it tasted better than the meat bowls I ordered. Some Qdoba's places are not that great but this certain location is great.

Ordered sour cream and shredded cheese this looks like neither but curdled white stuff lightly stuck to some ingredients...

Quantity and price don't make up for flavorless food, especially when competitors like Chipotle have all three.

It's not the best Peruvian in the area and honestly deserves a 3.5/5 but I'm rounding to a 4 for the review. The 4pc Half Chicken Combo is a decent deal for the price point. The chicken is moist, well-seasoned, and pretty tasty. The garden rice isn't authentic as far as I know; every Peruvian spot will offer some form of rice & beans but unfortunately that's not an option here. They also serve this with an orange spicy sauce (aji amarillo) which was spicy, tangy, and a bit smoky. I'm surprised it doesn't come with the classic green sauce most Peruvian chicken places offer. I would also love if the Combo came with 2 half sides. Instead, I ordered Fried Sweet Bananas which were delicious but overly greasy and drenched in oil to the point where it was leaking out of 2 bags. The Beef Lomo Soltado is savory, tangy, and slightly smoky. The beef was pretty tender but the fries were so soggy. I almost wish they serve it separately for delivery so it can maintain some crispiness. The white rice pairs well with this since it soaked up all the delicious flavor from the beef, tomatoes, and onions. Not the best in the area but decent try!

The seasoning was just right, and the crispy skin added the perfect touch. The side of fries and rice complemented the chicken beautifully, making for a well-balanced and satisfying meal. Best option is to parking with your hazards on and have someone run in for you. Highly recommend!

So when back in town I have to stop and grab some. Located on Kennedy Blvd this White Castle location has both inside seating and drive thru service. They even have a window inside to show you as the burgers are being created. Known for the small burgers with the steamed buns and the ketchup pickles and diced onions. I chose mine with cheese. But one bite and it took me back to my childhood. These soft and fluffy buns make the burgers almost melt in your mouth when you bite them. Reminiscent to a hot off the oven Krispy Kreme doughnut these White Castle burgers are addictive. So ordering one is never an option. Had to grab the combo which came with 4 burgers, fries and a soda. Fries were solid but the star here are always the burgers or sliders (however you want to describe them). They are delicious and if you've never tried White Castle you are missing out. Don't hesitate and give them a try. There are some good hole-in-the-wall pizza joints and some GREAT hole-in-the-wall pizza joints…read more This place fell into the "great" category and was actually one of the few times where I did NOT look at Yelp's reviews of a business prior to coming here. And this is none other than "Tom's Delicious Pizza". Located directly on Summit Ave (and tucked in between 17th St/18th St) in the heart of Union City, NJ, this small pizza business has been dishing out mouth watering pizza (by the whole pie or the slice) dating back to 1998 (according to their website). Best of all, they have very generous hours of operation being open Monday-Saturday from 11am-10pm and Sunday from 12-10pm. I came here during the evening of Monday 10/13/2025 at around 6pm. Since it was a cool, windy autumn day, I wanted to find something in close proximity to my Airbnb. This part of Union City is fairly easy to get to (foot, car, transit, etc.) and doesn't get too busy. However, the inside is very small with only a few seats to enjoy your pizza. Their menu is quite extensive for being such a small place. They carry traditional and unique pizzas (in various sizes) as well as wings, fries, tenders, mozzarella sticks, hot dogs, burgers, pasta, and even seafood! However, my lady and I were just craving a piping hot pizza (by the slice) and this place absolutely satisfied our cravings! The guys that worked behind the counter were great as I ordered a slice of their "Chicken & Bacon" while my lady went with a slice of "Pepperoni". Prices here are very reasonable as my slice was only $4 while hers was $3. Once our slices were ready, we proceed to sit down, add our mozzarella & Italian seasoning, and were ready to indulge. I have got to say that this place is legit amazing. Some people say that this best pizza is in NYC but New Jersey is also up there at the top. The slices here are a traditional thin while they did not skimp on the toppings. And the crust had that amazingly consistent texture; buttery, crispy, and absolutely heavenly. All in all, "Tom's Delicious Pizza" is not only delish but the service, prices, portion, selection, and nostalgia of this place made it feel as if I was in an old school neighborhood pizza parlor. And if you just happen to be in Union City, NJ (which is roughly a 15-minute drive to NYC), definitely give them a try. With that said and done, I am giving this small business a perfect five-star rating.

It was delivered fairly quickly on bike and arrived in good condition. The pizza itself was very average. Tom's seems a reliable neighborhood pizza spot, but not a destination.

Cajun fries delivered the spice with a side of cheese, it hit all the cravings. The monster fries were tasty too. The overall verdict: they didn't skimp on the portions, the food ranged from good/decent (French fries and diced cubes of chicken) to not-as-good (mac and cheese was a major fail, the vegetarian patty was over $2 more than the beef and was only saved thanks to being drowned in that sauce of theirs). For about $20 a person (their 'combo meal') it felt wildly overpriced for (standard) fast food but probably on-par for Hoboken in general. Although it wasn't a great experience - I'm happy that they're here to break up the monotony of the stuffy high-brow places (with names like "Karma Kafe") littering Washington Ave.
