Parking here is limited when it's super busy, but the staff here is super nice! I've been coming here often and I typically stick to my usual meal: chicken quesadilla with cheese, corn and tomatoes. This spot continues to be my go-to place for quesadillas. I've had quesadillas at many other restaurants, but nothing comes even remotely close to a quesadilla at Qdoba. I think the way everything is seasoned and then grill pressed is what makes it so great! Another bonus about Qdoba, is that their quesadilla order automatically comes with sour cream and guac. While there, I also snagged a side of chips. I've always loved how salty there are. I think it compliments the quesadilla exceptionally well! They have changed their take out packaging, so the quesadilla and chips were placed in a smaller box and bag. Tip: if you are a frequent Qdoba visiter, definitely download their rewards app and collect rewards after each visit! I got $5 off my last order by just having the app :) read more

My department did a carry out order for lunch today. It was supposed to be ready for pickup at 11:00. Our office representative was delayed and didn't make it there until 11:15. At that time he was told that they just started making the order and it would be a few minutes. After about 10 minutes, the order is ready. Before leaving the restaurant he double checks the orders and discovers that one is missing. So now he's back to waiting. Our complete order is ready about 20 minutes after arrival, which is 35 minutes later than it was supposed to be ready. Strike 1. Back at the office we get prepared to eat. No napkins, no plastic ware. We had to find our own from the office. Strike 2. Once we finally start eating, multiple orders ending up not being exactly what was requested. Some had asked for extra this or that, some asked to have ingredients omitted. While these requests were noted on the itemized receipt, the orders were not correct. Strike 3 The food did look and taste good which are both very important factors. However, the attention to order detail and customer service experience needs needs a revamp. We won't be ordering from this location again anytime soon. read more

This place use to be quite the staple during my thirsty Thursdays of when I was a U.K. student. The place remains mostly the same with a majority of their customers being U.K. students. I will say that in the battle of Chipotle vs Qdoba, Qdoba always reigns champion for me. With queso and free guacamole it was a clear winner. Anytime I crave American style 'mexican' food this is always my go to. Nothing better than a burrito stuffed with diablo queso, chicken and white rice. The prices are definitely higher than most Mexican fast food joints but the portions and quality math the price point every time. This location also has the soda fountain that can be made with custom flavors. But like most places many of the added flavors are out of stock. For as much traffic as this locations sees it remains decently clean and the quality of their food stays pretty consistent. Is it the best Qdoba I've ever been to? No, not by a long shot. But it's definitely on my top 5. And I eat a lot of Qdoba. read more

This place is absolutely disgusting. The manager is so disrespectful, and this service is just unacceptable. I took my 6-year-old son here today and the food was displeasing. I tasted some raw meat in my burrito, it was also folded horribly! My son complained so much. So as anyone would do they talked to the manager and he gave me a very rude remark. We love QDOBA, are many options. I am a UK Staff member and our location is right across the street from us and its very convenient.

We went here at around 10:20 to get food because it is posted online and outside the store that it closes at 11. When we walked up the doors were locked and the people working inside were laughing at us and mocking us as well as another person who also did the same thing about five minutes after us. These people should not be working at a restaurant. They closed 40 minutes early and laughed at/mocked the people who tried to walk in and order food. Absolutely disgusting. read more

If I could give this place less than one star I would. I used to go to this location all the time and it was always great. Not sure what has happened but this time around I went and the staff had absolutely no idea what they were doing. The service was awful and even worse no one on the staff knew how to roll a burrito. They rolled it so poorly that they asked if I wanted a bowl with it. Are you kidding me??? If I wanted a bowl I would've ordered a bowl. It was straight up laughable. Menu is more creative but lacks the focus on quality ingredients that chipotle has. The queso is prob my favorite of any Mexican restaurant and the poblano pesto is very tasty. Aside from those two specific items the rest seems to be a bit lacking when compared to chipotle. read more

I love this restaurant because it can accomodate most diets. The meats are really good, I always choose the chicken, although I've tried all of them. I love their pico de gallo, its very fresh tasting, as is their guacamole. My favorite dishes are the chicken nachos and the chicken taco salad. I recently tried this location in hopes of good mexican food. I was thrilled to find that I found a place.

Stopped by a late night one day last week, overall a good experience, food was made in a timely manner but the cashier whose name I faintly remember (Brandi, Branon?) is what really made eating here an outstanding experience. She was exceeded the expectations of "good customer service", she was extremely friendly and went out of her way to make sure my wife and I were well attended to.
