This Pancheros is an absolute MESS. It's very obvious that the ownership and management have stopped caring about the service and cleanliness that they provide customers. The staff was unfriendly, rude and unsanitary. The guy taking payments and handling cash was the same guy folding burritos...That's a massive health hazard. The staff was also too lazy to grab burrito dough and was putting three taco dough balls together to make burritos and this just turned out to make the worst burritos of all time. The oblong shaped burritos would tear and stick to the dough presser and the staff would just throw the messed up dough on the ground. It took them three times to make one of these horribly shaped burritos and the rest of the dough they messed up on just went on the ground or half in the trash. Hopefully the management here starts to take more pride in their establishment and will re-train the staff on health codes and how to make an enjoyable experience. I don't see this location staying in business long if they keep up horrible business like this. read more

I've gotten food here somewhere between 20-30 times since moving to Fargo. Every single time the food's been great, staff was quick, etc. There's never been a crazy long wait and I've never had any complaints. Keep doing what you're doing guys, this is probably my favorite place in Fargo to get food. And if that isn't enough to sell you on it, I've never been skimped on an order like Chipotle does. read more

We went for the first time today and really loved it. Loved having my tortilla made right before my burrito. Everything was fresh and delicious! If I had any negatives it would be that the queso was a little thin, but it is made fresh and not from the freezer so I give them grace on that . Normally my favorite place. 5:14pm place a pick up order for 6:45pm, showed up at 6:45 and no one would greet or acknowledge me until 6:55. Then they said it will only be a minute or two. Revise: The staff on duty today was exremly short and rude, no smiles it felt like a soup kitchen now im not that picky but you do not toss the card back to thw customers and u do not make them feel unappreciated. Understandably its busy but both me and my gf agree it was not as good additionally the ingrediants arnt mixed well like they usually do. I usually tip everytime I come in not today. About what id expect from the best chain of Mexican style food. Although every once and a while there is new staff that is getting the hang of rolling a burrito the usual staff there is nice. Ive been there enough for them to know exactly what i want and what to drink. I;ve never been to a Pancheros that sells alcohol so that is super cool I like that. However keep in mind this isn't fancy Mexican cuisine, but fast and reasonably authentic as well as affordable. My first time at Panchero's. It has basically the same setup as Chipotle or Subway. I got the bowl with several extras on it. It was pretty good. The place had just enough seating and wasn't noisy. Everything seemed to be very clean and the staff was very helpful. I'm glad I got the mild sauce, because it had just enough kick to it, but I'll bet that the hotter sauces are pretty hot. We'll find out more when I go again... read more

I've been to the 13th Ave Pancheros only a handful of times, and what is up with the cranky staff? One time the "supervisor" was yelling at his staff right in front of the customers. That's not okay! It made me feel super uncomfortable. Just plain inappropriate. Not to mention that you advertise tofu as an option. You have signs for it right where you order! And EVERY SINGLE TIME this location is "out" of it. One time I went there in the middle of the day and when I asked the staff to make more, I got an EYE ROLL. I left. The moorhead location has it every single time I've been there. And not to mention this location is always out of everything! One time it was grilled veggies, this was after they told me they were out of tofu. Do you think a person wants a bean and rice burrito? No. Another time they were out of cups for queso, so they didn't allow me to purchase queso. I asked the staff if they could just put it in literally any other container, a soda cup, I don't care. THEY SAID NO. WHAT? And anytime this location is out of something, they do not offer to make more, and when I ask them to (because I am a paying customer and a business should provide what they advertise), I get major attitude. GET NEW STAFF. HOW HARD IS IT TO MAKE A BURRITO? On a lighter note, the Moorhead Pancheros is awesome. I would recommend that one. read more

Tasty goodness. Quality food. We had tacos.. to go. The flour tortillas stick to the foil... u might want to spray no stick on foil. We still wrestled it and loved it! we also opened them up immediately, I would imagine ten minutes down road? they would've been ruined by the foil. maybe try paper? that would be more eco friendly, and cheaper. Queso fabulous. Blue corn chips nice touch. Only improvement would be to offer corn tortillas. Flour good. if i could give this restaurant a zero stars i would. the customer service was AWFUL. the shift leader, was extremely rude and disrespectful. she got extremely upset when we ordered the queso in the 'wrong' spot. our bag was filled to the top and one of the cups of queso fell out and she swore at us and told us we better clean it up as we were already cleaning it up. and then she proceeded to tell us to not come back. we most definitely will not be coming back, it was extreme disappointing visit. read more

We went here for supper and will never return. The service and food was so terrible! We walked in and the girl barely acknowledged us and then didn't know what she was doing. She asked for the other guy to do her job for her (pressing the tortilla) She gave us left over veggie scraps and we had to ask for more (and fresh). I love a variety of veggies in my burrito, and they only include green bell peppers and onions. I wish there was more of a variety of veggies. Quick place to grab a yummy lunch. Love their fresh tortillas, although I'm surprised they don't offer a corn tortilla option. Service is crap, they gave me a half of a small scoop of guac, when i asked them for a little more they said they would have to charge me again, after I already had to pay a $1 for the half scoop he gave me . They also skimp you on the meats, and also queso. This place pinches their penny's. I had been to this Pancheros location over 30 times before i discovered there was one in moorhead. If you want quality service and a much better burrito jump on i-94 and head over to the Moorhead one, it's right off i-94. My favorite fast food restaurant. Affordable, filling, and vegan friendly. I stop by every time I'm in Fargo (2-3 times a month) and every time has been a good experience. My latest started out badly as there was no tofu prepared and I was told there would be about a five to ten minute wait (I'm pretty patient, so to me not a big deal), but they quickly prepared some for me and due to the wait the entire meal was free (1 tofusada burrito, 1 small fountain drink, and 3 sides of rice). Everyone was friendly and as far as I'm concerned it was great service, for the type of restaurant. read more
