I really hate to write this review. I previously had a bad experience and was contacted and encouraged to come back. Tonight, the service was decent. They acknowledged we were there. The counters were really dirty and off putting. My cheese crusted quesadilla was not crispy at all. It was very doughy and just stuffed I to a bowl and hard to eat because it was stuck together. Absolutely AWFUL! No idea how this location is still open. The owner should be ashamed. It is the dirtiest place we have been to. Stopped by there over the weekend because we were looking for a really quick bite to eat between appointments. I don't even know what we were served. Literally every surface of the restaurant was dirty and had leftover food on it. Someone in the kitchen kept dropping pans in the back. Twice we heard what sounded like metal bowls hitting the ground. This place has significantly gone downhill over the years. Don't waste your time or money. We had our order delivered. When it arrived the whole order was incorrect. We called 8x to try to contact the store and it said it would place us on hold but then it would hang up. This resulted in us having to load up our 3m old to drive to the store to get the order fixed. Once there, the manager was rude and did apologize once for the inconvenience. The workers fixed our order, but luckily I was watching because they made it incorrectly again. We order from this location often and this has made us not want to order ever again. read more

Order # 906129455223897 Tonight I ordered as the photo shows the receipt sticker on the lid, however, this is not what I received. The bottom was filled with so many brown pinto beans that it was just a wet, soggy sloppy mess and I hate pinto beans. I don't eat them. There were zero black beans. There was zero brown rice. There were so many red onions it was Like a red onion salad, there were barely any shreds of lettuce, and the chicken was really poor quality. I had a couple nibbles and the rest had to be thrown out. Very disappointing with the price of this food here anymore. The best part is I called to tell them about it and the manager on shift named Brittany told me to get back out into the 30° high winds to bring it back in, but I'm already home in for the night after being away at a 10 hour workday, to show her that the order is wrong so she can verify that it's not correct and that's the only thing she can do. read more

Ordered Qdoba thru doordash today because I randomly got a craving for a chicken quesadilla with chips and salsa. My quesadilla arrived still warm which was awesome. I like that for no extra charge i can add sour cream, guac and a salsa on the side for dipping my quesadilla. I also appreciate how many chips they fill the bag with as i love their chips even without salsa. The lime flavor on the chips definitely has me addicted to them. I often order burritos from Qdoba also and love them almost as much as I love their quesadillas. While this clearly is a very Americanized Mexican fast food joint, I have always liked their staff and food. I will definitely be back for more chips and quesadillas. read more

Even when there is an issue with your website?). Had co worker go in to order and was met with nothing but attitude. The way we were treated by the staff was no better than pigs in a slaughter house. The staff were so rude beyond belief, esp the short girl with deadlock hair, she was the worst. They had run out of knives and forks, had no straws and no meat ready. I asked how I should eat and she said, no one else complains. When asked how long for food she shrugged and said I don't know, just wait. I asked for a suggestion of what to have with my food and she ignored me and just said, can you hurry, people behind you. After reading all these old reviews and seeing the owner reply. Why hasn't he fired them all yet?????? Pay better wages, get better quality staff. I used Doordash and got the "create your own burrito" option with black beans, extra cilantro, cilantro lime rice, citrus lime vinaigrette, freshly made pico de gallo, warm flour tortilla, and the new citrus lime shrimp as my protein. It came with no extra cilantro, no pico de gallo, the rice was still crunchy, the shrimp was only warm and not fresh, it was bland, and there was no citrus lime vinaigrette. So disappointed and I won't be ordering from here again. I advise against anyone else ordering from here too. You pay too much money to not get half of what you ordered. This restaurant has steadily gone downhill for the last few years. From the horrible management to the employees who simply DO NOT care, this place is garbage now. I occasionally stop and then am reminded why I shouldn't ever give them another dime. Most recently I got takeout and not only did they screw up both burritos, mine had maybe 8 pieces of chicken on it, 90% rice, and missing other stuff I ordered. Whether that's an employee concern or a cost- cutting measure, I'm not sure. Either way I am officially done with this lousy excuse for a restaurant. Additionally, I dare you to try and get management to recognize they have a problem. They don't answer the phone and they never reply to their customer service concerns online (like through the, "Hey, how did we do? " nonsense on their receipts). If you want a crappy, overpriced, burrito that is made by employees who'd rather be doing, literally, anything than working there, go. I'm giving 4 stars because I actually enjoy the staff as they're always nice to me. Can you just please please please please please train your employees how to do transactions involving gift cards. I've used a gift card at this place probably 20 times and every single time without fail, there is always trouble using the gift card. I'm serious, every single time. Just spend 5 minutes training them how to do the transaction correctly and it would save me 5 minutes every time I'm in there. read more

First off, the customer service sucks. I went in there expecting to have good service but I ended up having two rude employees who have no care whatsoever for their job and that is obvious. They didn't even say, "Thank you, have a good day." They just gave us our change and that was it. We ordered online, and when we arrived half an hour later, they had somehow "lost" our order, so we had to wait another 20 minutes for them to make two burritos. They did comp a couple of drinks. I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt for that, but looking at other reviews, this shoddiness seems to be a pattern with them . The worst part of this, and why I'm writing this review, is that the burritos were wrapped SO BADLY that they were nearly inedible, and I'm not exaggerating. Apparently rather than tucking and rolling the tortilla around the filling as should be done, the girl pulled both edges straight up, pressed them together, then simply folded them over. As a result, the filling was leaking all over the shell, and the foil wrapper, making it impossible to pick up cleanly, and I couldn't even take a bite without the burrito trying to open up and spill filling everywhere. This laziness/poor training is especially egregious, given that people can't eat at a table right now, and must take the food with them, often eating in their cars. I had to save half the burrito for later, because there was no way to eat it without it coming to pieces. The next day, the shell was so weirdly twisted and folded, that it was even difficult to eat with a fork. I'd say that these employees need some serious retraining, but looking at these other reviews, it seems that is unlikely to happen. I doubt I'll be back to this location. read more

I am so upset with this place right now. First this store messed up my order and missed my daughters Quesadilla, 2 kids cookies, a 20 oz Coke and a kids drink after driving up to the place. Got home and had to go back up there. After a 30 minute wait while they served other people, neither one of the two managers came out to addressed me or my concerns. They finally, re-made the Quesadilla, gave me two cookies but refused to give me drinks. The claimed that they are sure they gave me drinks. WTF!!!!!!!! This store will hear it from me. This is a shame. This store will never get a penny of my business and I sure do plan to tell as many people as I can about this horrid experience. Fire these managers. The person delivering the food during this trying time was nice but both managers need to be fired. Absolutely terrible service. From the second my father and I walked in, it was nothing but complete discourtesy and impartial attitudes. This is a shame, because I grew up in SJ and Qdoba was always my favorite, the service and food was always awesome, and it's just gone incredibly downhill. I ordered my absolute favorite, the ground sirloin nachos. Portions were inconsistent, and it made the overall meal unenjoyable. Very unhappy with this place. Neither of the 2 women working had name tags on, but I managed to get a photo, and the rudest of the two is clearly shown. This Qdoba is closed for everything but online orders (this is in June 2021- most of the state has lifted restrictions). They literally won't even let you order at the counter/inside-- you have to order online (also not by phone) and then sit in your car in a not busy parking lot for 20+ minutes. I assume this is not the employees fault, but whoever owns this qdoba needs to handle this although I'm never coming back regardless read more

Qdoba is by far one of my favorite fast but good food places. Their menu options are great and they don't gouge you over having queso or guacamole. The rewards program they have is also very convenient and gives you real rewards back. With all that said I recently went to this location and wasn't thrilled with my experience. The chips I bought with salsa were not cooked at all. Usually the chips have a nice crisp to them but these were not fully fried therefore they were soft and not very tasty. The workers always have the worst attitudes and seem like they don't care too much. Gone several times and never had a good experience. I only keep going here because there's not a chipotle around. First of all I love the people who work there. They're either really funny or just get straight to the point and make the food but either way they're good at their job and don't skimp out on the quantity. The rice is always cooked all the way which can be a real struggle sometimes to find. The booths and bathrooms are clean and they have the nice soda machine with lots of options. This is the worst Qdoba I've gone to. Not the food but the service. They are still fully closed, almost July 2021, because of covid so you can only order online. The order said 12 minute wait with no other customers. We received no text or pickup instructions. I sat and watched employees on their phones as I waited. We called at the pick up time and they had not started the food. They didn't start the food until we walked up to the door. Took about 25 minutes for 2 burritos total. Normally takes 3 minutes. I also watched 5 other families walk up to the door and just leave. Of course they had to go through the rain to see the sign because they aren't posted clearly. The service at this Qdoba is HORRIBLE. I rarely write reviews, but after the last 3 visits, I feel a bad review is in order. Every time I come in I feel like a guest who has overstayed their welcome and is asking for something that the host just doesn't feel like doing. Today, one of the worker ladies told the other worker guy that the tortilla wasn't steamed enough (which it wasn't) and continued to wrap the burrito and have it explode in the foil. Needless to say, eating it was a challenge and forks and napkins were needed. I hate bad service and this place exudes bad service.
