The owner of this establishment is obviously not around very much. I counted 15 ceiling tiles with water damage in dining area. Floor was dirty. Condiment area was a mess. Register screen was COVERED with grease and dirt. (This is directly over where you get your order.) doors and Windows covered with fingerprints, drive through is in shambles. And employees seem fully willing to overlook it all. ANY responsible owner would want to fix this. This one clearly does not care. FWIW. I only noticed the problematic interior when I had to return to ask for fresh fries as mine were cold. Very quick drive thru and great service.  I like their chili and pecan salad.  I must admit their plasic forks are terrible.  I bit off part of one of the prongs and swallowed it.  So yea....their forks are a hazard, but easily avoidable if you do the drive thru and use your own forks at home.  Food is decent, employees are kind and the food comes out quickly-just be careful with the crappy forks. read more

I generally don't have any complaints about the food quality here, but as the pandemic continues on with cases in Michigan currently rising, it was a major bummer to go through the drive-thru today and see the girl at the window with her mask around her chin and the coworker behind her not wearing a mask at all. YOU'RE SERVING FOOD TO THE PUBLIC, PEOPLE. If you're not even gonna wear gloves when you're handling cash and cards, at least put your mask on when interacting with customers. Just because some of the other ignorant states in this country have eliminated their mask mandates, doesn't mean it's time for us to get sloppy and let our guards down. This has got to be the filthiest Wendy's I've ever been too. Dirt and food all under there grills, which looked like it was there for a long time. Dust and dirt behind coolers. Usually my place to go, service is quick and I prefer their burgers (fries not so much). This time out they forgot a drink at the drive thru which is forgivable. Went inside with receipt in hand (I was the only one in there and 1 car in drive through line) 4 employees working and 3 looked at me when I walked in. Waited 5 minutes at counter with girl up front never saying anything, but she was making bacon fries (finish your work so again forgivable). But when she returned she looked right at me turned her back on me and started playing in the cheese she was just using scraping the container. This place has gone down hill. I used to come here for fast food, but not anymore. Ordered Daves single $4.69 supposedly a 1/4 pound of beef, ordered it with extra onions pickles and had to pay for extra tomato so I did. What I got was a 2 ounce patty for their Jr. Burger $1.29 with no extra onion, no pickle , no tomato of which I paid for. I brought it back up, told them my problem and she took it said they would fix it. I sit back down wait 5 minutes, look back and it's sitting on the counter with a mayo on the side cold, with no extra onion, no pickle, and no extra tomato of which I paid for. So I flag the same person down tell her the same thing and she rolls her eyes; the manager does nothing, and the girl hands me a couple onions two pickles, and again, no extra tomato OF WHICH I PAID FOR!!!!!!
