It specifically says it's recyclable and not wax, even though it seems like the wax paper you get donuts handed to you in. But for whatever reason, I don't taste bergamot at all. It's actually more floral than anything. I was expecting either a traditional earl grey (bergamot black tea) or a long london fog (earl grey + vanilla) flavor profile, so I was actually shocked by the taste at first, but it grew on me the more I drank. It was only for customers who ordered in the store, so I placed my order for a different smoothie through the app and told my boyfriend to ask for the free promotion when he got there. Unfortunately, the line was out the door, so he just grabbed my order and left. I had to shop in the area later, so I stopped by and ordered it. When I did, there were two customers ahead of me, but they were still slammed from online orders. So even when I got to the front of the line, I had to wait to place my order. I totally understand this having worked in the service industry, but I'm sure it upsets people. My boyfriend who hasn't worked in the service industry said they need to hire more people because every time he goes in there is only one person working. When I was here tonight there were thankfully two, but I can't imagine doing this job with only one. From a customer service standpoint, my one gripe is that the staff don't acknowledge customers.
