Had an appointment for Saturday 7.9.22 for our child to get hair cut and hair colored. Wife got a call late Friday 7.8.22 saying they weren't able to see our child. Keep in mind we have flown in from out of town to spend Birthday weekend with our child who goes to school in Hurricane. This has sent both my wife and I scrambling to find another hair dresser. Cancellation leaving client from out of town with no options less than 24 hours is not only frustrating but unprofessional. Would not recommend if you are not local and even then I'd recommend another establishment. Furthermore hair dresser couldn't even have the decency to leave a message, we had to call them after noticing the number only to be told it was confirming appointment. After saying yes and hanging up they called back an hour later to cancel. read more

I LOVE Simple Pleasures! I have gone there for years. The stylists and nail techs are awesome!! They always do their best to fit me in at the last minute and often times my husband or my sons for a quick haircut. The atmosphere is always so upbeat and happy, and I never leave there in a bad mood. I love the "small town" feel and everybody feeling so welcome. Great salon and Great value!!! read more

I have been going here for about 8 years. I love how helpful the girls are... if I don't know what I want to do they will step right in and help me figure it out. Always fun and lots of laughs.
