Another staff removed the gel that was done, but was clearly upset and in a rush. When filing down my nails with the machine, he cut into my skin on two nails, causing bleeding and cuts. I did end up having to wait about a half hour at the salon, but they kept apologizing and engaging with me, letting me know that one of their employees went home sick and they haven't forgotten about me.
