Thankfully we found Martin. Not only has my daughters grade improved dramatically but she looks forward to going to her class and not so stressed out all the time. This is not at all like other tutoring places where parents drop off their kids like a day care and tutors shove worksheets for your kid to work on until you pick them up. Martin actually helps your kid with their homework, prepare them for tests and really helps them understand what they are learning in class. Above and beyond what any parent can ask for !

But, your kid will be in a large class of other kids and only 1-2 tutors available. Additionally, they closed for over a month due to flooding and continued to collect tuition with the promise of it being used as credit. However, their rules for using credit, even when it's them canceling the classes, is extremely restrictive and unreasonable. We gave the required notice to discontinue the tutoring and requested to use the dates missed due to the flooding and we were told we could not use the make-up sessions that were missed (through no fault of ours) since we were discontinuing the tutoring. I ended up leaving without ever being able to use my "credit" and lost a month of payments. Additionally, my son did not show any improvement. This place is a rip-off. There are many tutors out there. Don't settle for these guys.

What I really appreciated was how seriously the tutors take the homework. All materials are drawn from real past tests, and students are given assignments before each session.
