Scott and team were the most patient and hard-working artists I've ever met - not resting until we got the perfect shot (I had a few imagines in mind that I wanted to re-create). KP sent a videographer to film, but never delivered product, citing production issues due to corrupted files that needed to be decrypted. Event was April 9th, 2017 with a 10-day turnaround promised. Many AJW phone calls and emails later, the AJW still has no video, and KP has stopped responding. At this point, delivery of the video is immaterial since the academic year ended months ago. The teachers of the participating children were emailed by the AJW with an apology on 5.26.2017, with an explanation that the AJW did not know when to expect the product, if ever. It now appears that KP has forgotten all about doing business with us. Payment history: AJW was originally quoted $750 cost for this service. KP wanted two equal payments before completion of project, but AJW negotiated three payments with the final $175 after completion and client approval. Initial payment of $375 made to KP on 3.11.2017. 2nd payment of $200 made to KP on 4.12.2017. After numerous complaints via calls and email, KP informed AJW they were still working on the problem and forgave the final $175 owed on the project. AJW was informed of this via KP email received on 6.13.2017. AJW emailed requested refund of previously spent $575 on 7.5.2017 and 8.6.2017. No response to either of those emails from KP. Since they forgave the final payment, it appears they feel no further responsibility to deliver the product they promised.

He did not disappoint! My best advice would be to trust him and his skills as a photographer implicitly. 1. He gives plenty of direction in terms of body placement, posture, hand placement, etc. to give you flawless photos. If you are new to being photographed like me, you'll find this kind of direction extremely helpful and comforting. 2. At the same time, he creates a very calm, light, and fun atmosphere that creates true, genuine moments between you and your significant other. We are two people that usually feel very uncomfortable in front of a camera, however we had such an enjoyable experience with Allen. 3. I really encourage anyone using Allen's services to listen to his recommendations. For example, our original scheduled date was cloudy and overcast. He recommended that we wait for sun if we truly wanted to be happy with our photos. We are so grateful to have listened to him, because the results were wonderful (see attached).
