Just know you have to treat them with the same respect as you expect in return. Usually visit mid day, and Sebastian or Wade are there. Both great humans, but the entire staff are very friendly. There's usually a taco truck outside late night, and they don't mind if you bring the food inside which is nice since there is no kitchen. Bar is more dim than bright which is nice. It is a much more calm and low-key location of gay bars in the Fruitloop . After 10 PM, the spot gets to be very loud. I've ordered everything from my cranberry vodka, an Adios, a Trashcan, and beer. My girlfriend and i were looking for a fun queer space to dance and have fun on a Saturday night (03/10/25 around 9-10pm) but instead we were treated like shit by the bartender. I watched a paying customer, who had been waiting over an hour and a half for a drink, get kicked out simply for speaking up about the slow service. We came here as part of a Las Vegas barhop. We had just left one of the other nearby clubs to see if Quadz would be a good spot. It wasn't. We were seated promptly, however, as soon as we tried to get drinks, we were informed that the bar currently has no walk-up service. That's fine - we get that social distancing guidelines have to be enforced, and all the other bars/clubs are doing the same thing. The problem? Nobody came to take our orders. Every table around us got served, but the waiters repeatedly just passed us without so much as a glance. So - no walk-up service and no wait service either. What exactly are we supposed to do? Vegas local here (born and raised in Vegas 28 y.o.). I use to LOVE Quadz for the amazing service, pool tables, and atmosphere. HOWEVER, I recently went and had the worst service I've ever had. The bar tender and security guard at the front were extremely disrespectful and rude after I requested help with their broken pool table which didn't dispense all the balls after we paid. After several requests for help the security guard begrudgingly agreed to help and tried to kick me out after telling me where I could and couldn't stand when asking for help. To top it all off water is $10 min even though I asked for tap. I've been a patron for more than seven years here and have never had a problem with service but obviously times have changed. This is my go-to. I've been coming here for what seems like YEARS! Probably has been a few years! You know there are just some places where no matter how the building looks, the area it's in, the parking situation, you still come. There is security at the front who do an amazing job at securing the establishment and making sure everyone coming in is of age. There isn't alot of parking so I usually uber or find a ride. Quadz has so much character that whenever Ibring my out of state living friends, they always want to go back. I truly believe that it isn't for the aesthetics, or the location, but for the customer service, amazing music, and fairly priced drinks. The best employee by far definitely has to be Tyler. He ALWAYS takes care of me, lets me know about the specials they run, and is trustworthy. Being in Vegas is sketchy... especially in bars where it's common that bad people put things in your drinks. Tyler will personally bring you your drink. I love him. Give him a raise because he is amazing at his job. Although predominantly LGBT, it is "straight friendly," and is a full service bar. There are zero windows, so you'll never know what time it is outside. Lol. There's a 'juke box' for patrons to pay for their choice in music, and when it's not in use, the bar has great music playing along with the accompanying music video displayed all around. Quadz is dead center in the middle of what we love to call "the loop / the fruit loop" since there are two other surrounding gay bar/clubs in walking distance. The popular thing to do for many locals is to get drinks here at Quadz since they're cheaper, and then head over to the more pricey club across the street for the drag shows and dancing. We wound up here and I found out it was 24 hrs! Which is great because it's hard finding a good bar to chill out at random times of the day. There's pool tables. Music. It's also a gaming bar so there's video poker at the bar. They seem to have a great following because the 2 times I went, there were some regulars. The drinks are mixed well. The bartenders are absolutely amazing!! It's located right across from FreeZone and just a block away from Piranha. This has become my absolute favorite area to dance & party on the weekends. We thought it was a regular public restroom but the security will yell at you and bust in if they see you go in with a friend(I assume because of all the intimate fraternizing happening). Bartender last night (Sunday) was a Neanderthal. When faced with a simple question about a drink order he raised his voice at me so loud my spouse heard it all the way at our table. He started swearing at me. I waited my turn in line to order a drink special he had told us minutes before but when he got to me he told me "No." When I told him I had been standing in line he flat out told me no, I had not been standing in line waiting as well as some choice swear words at me. Why would you even talk to a customer like that? He then made excuses about how the computer wouldn't let him give me the drink special. Even if that's true, why wouldn't he have told me that right off the bat instead of yelling at me about something I can't possibly know? Very surprising how he overreacted at every step even though the bar wasnt even busy yet and I was asking him a simple question. He told one of our other friends the special ended an hour after he told me, to make it even more confusing. He yelled at some other group later in the night too.
