I said no way; Googled average faucet install in Tucson from $150-$250. The technician got a little defensive and I said I'd pay $300 out of pocket max. A couple seconds later he had adjusted to $295. He did a good install, took him literally 20 mins to install. Received a f/u call from Cal's and I complained on initial quote. They were going to have a Supervisor call me back and never did. I thought it was a little rip-offy and I'm sure they take advantage of seniors who just agree with whatever. Not me!

I needed options and estimate for services to repair leak. Estimate included a targeted repair of immediate problem OR a full re-pipe of house. (2) Estimate to install new Toto Nexus commode at same time of leak repair. (3) Estimate to install new bathroom faucet at same time as above. Ramon came out on 2/6/26 and give an estimate. Leak repair pricing was competitive to others. Commode and faucet installation prices were much higher than some companies Ramon was extremely nice to deal with. He is professional, courteous and considerate. I would recommend their services even though I went with another company. My choice was to do a more limited and targeted repair which was less invasive, as it did not require cutting my floor tiles, nor did it require access through panel near front door.
