The bar tender is terrible. Been here a few times on Sunday for football and the bartender is so busy talking to her friend that she doesn't care about the customers there at all. Wings and fries are good. Burger was not very good. Not cooked the way my girlfriend wanted it. At least a lot of games are available to watch. Closed caption on some. read more

I went with 3 friends and we all had something different. 2 of us were extremely happy and the others were so-so! I had the "wedge salad" and it was fantastic and the SOUP...hot, creamy and so gooooood...Potato Soup is always nice to have out! Will go back with friends again soon! read more

A long time ago there was a cluster of restaurants in Sharon Pa, period. This chain is a poor excuse for what "used" to be. Poor service, bad wait-staff, and bad attitudes, along with average wings at premium prices makes this a good chain to avoid. A friend and I went for lunch yesterday at QS&L in Boardman. The buffet table looked awful! It was dirty and the food looked like it was days old. I know the waitress heard us talking about it but did nothing to clean up the spilled food running down the table cloth. We each had the $5 lunch and the hamburger and chips were awful. This place has really gone down hill. The one in Sharon Pa is not much better. Years ago it use to be the place to go. What happened?? I will not be going back. This place is overpriced for the quality of food that is served. I think they got a little too big for their britches. The wings are sub par,and the sizes of the the plates needs an adjustment. I left hungry. However a good place to drink beer if that's all your consuming. read more

We went here for the first time this afternoon for lunch. We waited for a LONG time to even have some one notice we were waiting to be seated. We started wondering if we were supposed to just sit down anywhere. Finally we were seated and the same thing trying to get someone to take our order. We sat there and all 5 of us (including 3 small children) decided what we wanted to eat and drink before a waitress even came up to our table. It was just really strange b/c there were only about 5 or 6 other tables full in the whole place. Then my husband wanted to order a beer so he asked the price difference of the smaller one and the larger one and she had no idea. We knew someone at another table and as they were leaving they stopped by to say hello. We were talking about how bad the service was (when we knew our waitress and a few others could hear us) so from then on out we were treated really well (convenient how that works). Our food came out pretty quickly (I'm sure the waitress told them to hurry it up) and was really good (try the chips instead of fries! they are homemade and really good!). The only other thing I feel like I should mention is the kids mac & cheese. It was the size of one of those single applesauce cups. My daughter got the apple sauce as her side and we held them up and were almost exactly the same size. Usually when you order mac & cheese you get a big bowl of it. Now, my son is only 3 so it was ok for him but if my 5 or 7 yr old daughters had recieved that, it would have been laughable. In fact, it WAS laughable. I mean REALLY? for $6 they get 3 spoonfulls of food? Also, drinks are EXTRA, not included in the kids meals. Keep that in mind. Now when our bill came they only charged us $4 for the kids meals. IDK if it was b/c it was lunch or if they just knew we weren't all that happy. Either way, the food was REALLY good and I am hoping that the service issues were just today and not a normal thing. I would be willing to give them a second shot but I would probably just have the kids split an adult meal for a couple bucks more. read more

Absolutely terrible. Here on a Sunday to watch football and should have realized why BWs had a 12 table wait and this place had 40 empty tables. I don't even know where to begin: the bar tender is the only Browns fan in the bar so they insisted on playing them vs the steeler game. Service is poor theoughout- it takes 20 min to get a beer and the food is so/so. The only way I will ever come back here is if the name changes on the sign. read more

If I could leave a negative review, I would. There's a select few waiters that are good at what they do. Other than that, this place needs a whole new staff. After asking to sit back by the bar to watch a game, the girl says "there are tvs everywhere." That's not the point. Then, you sit us in the front corner of the restaurant where there's NO room for a family to sit. The hostess got sassy and dropped our menus. So, we walked out and decided to go to the Austintown location where they'll NEVER let us down like this pos place does every time. Not worth your money, people! read more

8-20-12 My husband and I STOPPED FOR LUNCH. IT was not busy but we waited several minutes before a waitress seated us. My husband ordered the cheeseburger which took a long time to come out.When it did the waitress said there was no mustard and was grey poupon okay. MY husband said no but the waitress did nothing else.What kind of restaurant runs out of mustard ? THERE IS A GIANT EAGLE RIGHT UP THE ROAD.Couldn't the manager have sent an employee to buy mustard if they knew they were out of it? I had the soup and salad lunch.Every soup was so salty I couldn't eat it.Also it took the waitress along time to notice we needed refills for our drinks.We were very disappointed. read more

We love the Lube and this location is great! My favorite item is the grilled boneless wings...a healthy option that tastes great. We always sit at the bar for quick service and our favorite bartender is Maureen. She is always friendly and provides us with wonderful service! It's great to have a place to stop for a cocktail when you're at the shops with friends too! :) read more

Watch out if you order their tanker size beer glass. I was there on Monday for their $5 tankers. I caught them intentionally placing a glass in the bottom of it to offset the amount of beer! It's clever because it's hard to notice. When I confronted them, they refused to fix it. I won't be going back. read more

Here's the thing about the Boardman Quaker Steak and Lube: They have good food, it's just that the staff are too stupid. It's nothing personal, all of the staff were very nice, it's just that they mess up every single order. I'm aware that this is not huge deal in the grand scheme of things, it's just that when you order Buckeye BBQ and Arizona Ranch, but instead they give Parmesan and Hot, it pisses you off. My problem is that it happens EVERY TIME. Like I said, the kids are nice and always fix the orders, but if you order a heineken you might end up with Pabst Blue Ribbon. They just don't pay attention. It could be because the staff are too young, and their brains have not fully developed. High School kids are not generally known for their intelligence. The food is pretty good, it's not even in the same realm as the original Sharon, PA location, but really, no where is. Good food, clean place, helpful staff, it's the order accuracy that is really terrible. This is not based off of one visit, by the way, the only reason I am posting this is because it has happened several times over the course of several months. If it were a cheap-ass place, I wouldn't even care, but when you're dropping 40-70$ a visit, order inaccuracy gets a little old. It won't stop me from going in the future, I'm just going to be a bit more of a dick about incorrect orders going forward. read more
