The appetizer combo one we ordered we were told they don't have any potatoes skin so they just double up on the wings and they ordered an extra side of the rattlesnakes to make it look better. Our food was delivered in reasonable time. The shrimp were a little bit more on the salty side the rice was OK. They can definitely turn down. The music is way too loud and it's just giving me a headache even though the speaker is on the side not even so close. It's just way too loud. they also didn't have Dr Pepper because apparently the machine broke figures. Disappointing to-go service. Spent 150$ on dinners. Staff handed me a big bag that would have busted from the bottom by the time I walked to my car ( too heavy and covered in steak juice). I asked her to split my order into two bags, as she's transferring one of the steaks, she holds the box on its side to look in the other bag and the steak juice drips out of the box all over the new bag containing my order. Stopped in for dinner a couple of nights ago and the power went out for half an hour or so. I'm guessing my ribeye was in the window the entire time because it came out dry as could be and the chicken tenders were cold to touch. Service is really good when it was available. So, we order dinner for pickup from this restaurant in Boardman Ohio last night. My husband and I both ordered the same thing steak and ribs with a salad and sweet potato. The steak was dry and no pink anywhere to be found , we ordered the steaks med- well. The ribs were burned on one side on mine. The only good part was the salads and the potatoes, and his ribs. I did go back and the manager gave me another 1/2 rack. This is not the first time. It seems like we you order for pick up the food is Not as well prepared as if you eat in. This place has always been my favorite, but after tonight it is most likely my last time coming. My wife and I ordered medium steaks. Both came out medium rare. I ate mine anyways my wife sent hers back. 20 minutes later they bring hers back pretty much well done. Sent that back and 20 mins later a new steak comes out brought by the manager. I just drove in from the airport straight to get something to eat. I went to Texas roadhouse because it's familiar to me and I love their food. I ordered my usual country fried steak. I could tell when it came to the table. this is not gonna be a good experience. The steak looked like a boomerang, smothered and gravy. Even the server was like I'm sorry. I decided to get an extra side with my meal. I thought well they have an up charge for the macaroni and cheese, so it must be really good. It was bland cheese and noodles. No taste whatsoever. The steak was OK. It was decent around the edges, but in the middle had a different taste. They drowned my steak and gravy, which would've been fine if the gravy tasted good. I should've got the brown gravy, but I got the creamed gravy. My server was nice. He was about the only thing good about the experience and he removed the Mac and cheese off the ticket. So me and my boyfriend came a day ago when the tornado warnings were going off. We came for some shelter we didn't even want food or anything. We were completely soaked! The staff was so so nice to us and they were very chill about letting us sit down and wait until the storm calmed down. There were a couple other people with us and I honestly wanted a couple rolls so I came up and was like "can I just buy like 6 rolls please?" And this young woman was so so sweet and just told me I could have them. She gave us butter too! Waitress was very good but had an issue with another waitress. Little boy in our party had a little potty training accident and we asked for something to clean it up with and we were treated very rude by her while she continued to text and laugh about it. They sent two young kids over to clean it up after about 15 minutes of us standing there so no one stepped in it and they just stood there not knowing what to do. This was embarrassing for us as people just stared. It wasn't a big issue to clean but this grown woman needs to learn empathy for the younger generation raising kids. We offered to pay for what we received and ultimately left after management comped to bill. We did not receive our food but were willing to pay for the drinks and appetizer. I ordered from this location twice over the course of the last month and both times the orders weren't correct for take out. Since they have a two part process where you place the order either online or inside and then go to a separate pick-up window OUTSIDE that the order has a better chance of being correct since someone is actually looking at it and bagging it. For items to be missing, ribs DRY, it just honestly shows no one cares and that's sad. The workers seem very nice but I shouldn't have to unpack my entire order to look everything over before driving home. I also expect to have sauce on my ribs, especially when I make it a point to ask for it just to make sure. At this point I'm tired. It makes no sense to drive back out and waste gas over something that should've really never happened, TWICE. I have eaten at Texas Roadhouse twice in the recent past, the first time my steak was under cooked and I had to send it back, tonight we tried it again and ordered takeout. I ordered 2 steak dinners both were cooked so over done that I couldn't even eat mine. I called the store to speak to the manager and the young man who answered the phone was so pleasant, he apologized several times and said hold on he would get the manager, the manager didn't pick up, I was on hold for over 15 minutes when the phone rang back again and the same young man answered again, once again apologizing to me and said he would get the manager right away. She answered the phone " yes, can I help you?" Not once did she apologize to me for anything and took my email address to send out something to make up for my inedible dinner. If I could give negative stars, I would. We ordered food to go and one of the sides were missing. I then called Texas Roadhouse to let them know. The staff suggested "Well do you want to pick it up?" very rudely. We live about 15 mins away and it's not worth it to drive back just to get the side. I suggested maybe to give us restaurant credit because I was also unsatisfied with my order. They made my country sirloin steak very salty and dry. The staff on the other line said she would need a manager for a restaurant credit. She then proceeded to put me on hold for 20 mins. No one ever got on the line to answer. Good food for a decent price. It's always so busy here especially after 5. We got there around 4 and on our way out the lobby was full of people and there was a line out the door. They love to give away their rolls. It was just 2 of us so they gave us 3 rolls, we ate 2 and then our waitress came back with 5! So we took them home. I had a 6oz ribeye with mushrooms and onion, a baked potato, and a side salad with blue cheese. All pretty good. Strangely my potato had a large hard chunk in it but the rest of the potato was fine. Salad was a good portion and good quality greens and romaine. I saw the bar making huge margarita after huge margarita so they must be great!
