From the very beginning, Maryam was incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. She answered all of my questions and made scheduling an appointment for Monday quick and stress-free. Since I was at work, they were even willing to come to my job to replace the window before it started raining, which I truly appreciated. Throughout the entire process, both Maryam and Daryoush kept me updated, so I always knew what was going on. Daryoush did an outstanding job! He replaced my rear window with high-quality American Standard Safety Glass that includes the factory tint, and the installation was completed in about an hour. He was professional, efficient, and paid close attention to detail. After the installation, he carefully cleaned up all of the broken glass inside and around my vehicle, leaving everything spotless. The tech failed to fill the hole and tried to tell me it would shrink and fill in over time. Bull crap, it's glass not elastic, glass doesn't shrink or draw up. The only think the company would do is offer me a refund. I was told "the warranty is a full refund because the glass was already broken." Since when is a chip referred to as broken? I HATE I ever went to them.
