I am in So. Calif and have used this East coast company multiple times. They are extremely responsive and knowledgable. I feel as though I am receiving the truth about any issue I ask about. My last purchase was an expensive kitchen sink. Locally at Ferguson Plumbing I was told the delivery wait was 4-6 weeks. This company told me 4-6 days, shipped at no cost to me. The difference I think is that Quality Bath actually called the manufacturer and made a personal inquiry about their inventory and shipping availability. I had put off selecting my new bathroom hardware, mostly because there are too many choices, and the prices vary drastically. My tile setter was due to come and I needed the 'rough-in' for the new hardware, for him to lay the tile. I GOOGLED the name of a collection that had caught my eye months ago. Quality Bath popped up and they carried 'that brand'. Akiva took my call and informed me of the lead time required to receive those fixtures. My hopes were dashed since I didn't have that kind of time to wait. Then, Akiva, the 'consummate salesperson' said, "Why don't you send me pictures of what you had in mind, and I will do my best to find something comparable that we have in stock, in the metal finish you are looking for". In very little time, he showed me something similar that was 'in stock', in the finish I wanted, made in the U.S.A. (Yay!) Akiva turned my disappointment of having to settle with a purchase from a 'big box store' due to my time crunch, to a better-than-I-could-imagine collection of a faucet, rainshower head, shower head, and hand-held wand/sprayer! He weighed in with his opinion when I asked for it, and accommodated my indecisiveness when needed. It felt like I went shopping for bathroom hardware with Akiva, (an expert on the subject), who lent his expertise and helped me find exactly what I was looking for! On its website it claims that "We guarantee to match our blockbuster Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale pricing on all purchases made starting from November 13, 2022". I trusted them and ordered a bathtub, which then got a much bigger discount on wayfair.com ($500 less than the price I got at QualityBath). But QualityBath refused to match the price, saying it only matches prices on its _own_ website. Cheating! And I requested to cancel my order before it's shipped, but its customer service agent said it's out of their control because they have ordered it from the factory and I could only return it with 20% restocking fee plus shipping cost. At the time I write this review, the bathtub was just received at FedEx, but not in transit yet. And they don't want to do anything. I'm going to end up with paying $500 more than I should. read more

Timely deliveries with emails to let you know when your delivery is expected. Attention to detail is key in Construction. I don't know how he does it but Dov answers all of my emails/queries within 10 minutes of emailing him. That is unheard of with other vendors I work with. Working with him is a pleasure. We ordered our shower pan on line with QualityBath and let me say "NEVER AGAIN"!!!! Not only did we receive our black Dreamline shower pan with shipping tape all over the actual pan ! But then when we went to try and return it we get the returns lady JANET talking to us like we're idiots. Telling us to better read the web page. And how they DO NOT do free returns. So then they said they would pay the 25% re stocking fee for us. But we pay the shipping ? Are you serious? The shower pan is was $286 To ship it back to them is $300! The only reason most companies work like this with Not refunding you or allowing free returns is usually because there is SOMETHING WRONG with the company ! In the process of remodeling our home, we visited several plumbing showrooms. Our plumber recommended we look into Hansgrohe faucets. After selecting our pieces and getting price lists from a retailer, I went online to see if I could beat the price. Quality Bath had a special running at the time resulting in great prices. Customer Service had to help me out on two occasions - in the first case, they were very knowledgeable guiding me through the items I needed to effectively create multi-head shower features in my master. One thing they did that was super nice- they shipped three cases of bottled water along with my bathtub. They say it was needed to keep the load balanced but they could've used something like sand. I had a set of 3 Robern PLM2430 mirrored bathroom cabinets installed in my home just over 25 years ago. The interior and exterior mirrors on them had gradually rusted (from the outer edges inwards) over that time, so I hunted around for replacement units. Quality Bath advertised a slightly newer version of my old cabinets and very helpfully provided all measurements and such details so that I could see how close a fit these newer units were to the old ones so that I could do a relatively simple drop-in replacement. I duly received 3 units from them (shipped earlier than estimated), but I found that one of the units had an interior defect (NOT a shipping issue - a manufacturing one). The issue was annoying, but small enough that I decided to just keep the unit to allow my installation to proceed immediately rather than wait for a replacement unit. I passed the info on to Quality Bath just hoping that they might advise Robern about the apparent gap in their QA procedures. To my surprise, Quality Bath went to bat for me with Robern and obtained a quite decent refund. Not what I had expected, but certainly welcome. Thank you to Ruthie and the rest of the staff at Quality Bath. I'll keep them in mind for my next project. read more
