I also liked the fact Anthony didn't have any of those scam maintenance contracts that the bigger guys try to intimidate you into signing. If they try to pull that crap, run. My father was in the trades and working with him when I was younger gave me a good BS detector. That said, I called Anthony, left a message and he got back to me within 15 minutes. Super honest nice guy. I explained my issue and he explained that he can fix central air units but doesn't replace them, which I initially thought was disappointing, but it turns out to be the best way. Think about it. With older units most other companies are going to tell you to replace the entire thing. They don't want to replace some part because there's no big payday in it for them. I liken it to a dentist. They don't try to save your tooth anymore because they can make much more money putting in an implant. After a time misunderstanding on my part, we arranged a time and Anthony showed up ,on time. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the part at very little cost. All guaranteed. I'm just happy if it gets me through the summer. You have to call Anthony first, before anybody else. The guy can do anything. Now if anybody asks me for a recommendation, I can say "I gotta guy"

Also having the Easter Bunny handing out surprise eggs to the kids made the kids VERY HAPPY. Forget the "Big Box" stores and call Park Avenue! Shimon helped us select the best appliances for our needs and our budget. We love our new CAFÉ induction range, CAFÉ dishwasher, Sharp Microwave Drawer and new exhaust fan. Right after the appliances were installed, the countertop installers damaged our new glass range top. After asking Park Avenue's customer service department for assistance to get it repaired, Chanie went over and above to work with GE to get it fixed.
