My father was in the trades and working with him when I was younger gave me a good BS detector. That said, I called Anthony, left a message and he got back to me within 15 minutes. Super honest nice guy. I explained my issue and he explained that he can fix central air units but doesn't replace them, which I initially thought was disappointing, but it turns out to be the best way. Think about it. With older units most other companies are going to tell you to replace the entire thing. They don't want to replace some part because there's no big payday in it for them. I liken it to a dentist. They don't try to save your tooth anymore because they can make much more money putting in an implant. After a time misunderstanding on my part, we arranged a time and Anthony showed up ,on time. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the part at very little cost. All guaranteed. I'm just happy if it gets me through the summer. You have to call Anthony first, before anybody else. The guy can do anything. Now if anybody asks me for a recommendation, I can say "I gotta guy"

I find it very difficult to reach anyone and am so disappointed in this service.

Right after the appliances were installed, the countertop installers damaged our new glass range top. Guess what, the products appeared again on their website, and after several days (even after highlighting this to them), it's still available for purchase, for double the price. Instead of admitting they pricing mistake (and God forbid honoring the price), they straight lied. I guess this crosses off from my list this shop, even though they had nicer products for our kitchen remodel on what I would have used them in the $15k price range - well, I will give my money to someone else.
