I have been using Quality Bath for years and will continue. They are the most knowledgeable team anywhere. They know the right configurations and will help you put them together. No more calling a company and knowing more about their product than they do! Last year I had seen a new kitchen faucet on the Franke website that looked like what I needed but the information was incomplete. I called Jack and he put me on a three way call with the Franke representative so that I could ask questions! It was perfect! Last month the hose on my Rohl kitchen faucet, purchased from them years ago, started leaking. I called to order a new one. Before I could say much of anything I was connected to the warranty department and spoke to Lea. I didn't even realize it was under warranty but within a few days there was a new hose on my doorstep! Quality Bath had the many items I wanted for my 2 bathroom remodel. I was drawn to their website due to the free shipping and no tax to California. After successfully purchasing and receiving a single hole faucet, I decided to purchase many other things (all tub/shower fixtures, sink faucet, toilet paper holder by Watermark in Brooklyn). For this large purchase, I worked with Josh. We had multiple bi-coastal phone calls as well as email exchanges. Through all of it, Josh was engaged in trouble shooting my specific bath needs, knowledgeable about products, generous with price points and efficient on ordering swiftly and ensuring shipping was put into place. TLDR; Purchased Newport Brass kitchen fixtures from Quality Bath for substantially cheaper than any competitor. Fixtures arrived in perfect condition and transaction went very smoothly. I recently remodeled my kitchen, and wanted to get some really nice fixtures. I googled around, and found the item being sold by quality bath. I requested a quote, and Josh Fischl (a sales rep at Quality Bath) responded immediately with a lead time and pricing. I was really impressed with the customer service that I ended up ordering an additional beverage faucet and airgap from them. Half of my order shipped out immediately, whereas the remaining half arrived about a month later (due to the manufacturer not having it stock). This did not come as a surprise, as Quality Bath was upfront with the lead times. Kitchen faucet was ordered Sept 20, 2016, and arrived Sept 23, 2016. We are redoing a very special MCM home keeping it true to FLW style with modern touch - hence very picky about what products go into each of our four full bathrooms. I've ordered two master baths worth of products do far, and have been very happy with the process: I was kept informed of when items were going to be available and asked if things needed to be delivered in certain order in order to keep my project on pace. On average everything shipped about two days after i ordered it, except for certain custom made items - including WETSTYLE M Collection 16" Storage Cabinet... when the order arrived- the shelf cabinets I received were not the one I ordered, although still very pretty. I contacted Qality bath about my order and they very promptly arranged for Wetstyle to custom make the correct set for me and also told to keep the two I received for my inconvenience. Quality Bath is the BOMB! I found the sink of my dreams at a local plumbing store....but the price was more than I could afford. I went online and found it for over $200 less at Quality Bath. I called them to make sure what I was reading was correct. Jay worked with me, answered all my questions and offered to put through the order. I told him it was to be my Christmas present from my husband so I had better at least let him order. I got off the phone and said...what the hell...I better order it now. A year ago in April of 2019 I remodeled my kitchen...a complete gut! It was a huge project and I searched for my fixtures online and fortunately I found Quality Bath. Their pricing was better than any other company I found and their service was awesome. I'm in CA and they're on the east coast, but they knew I needed a special faucet for my sink due to CA's water restrictions. I purchased a beautiful Blanco sink and faucet and a bar sink with faucet. All my items arrived on time and so well packaged. I also bought some small parts that I ended up not needing and Quality Bath's return department was very easy to work with. Fast forward to this year and I called their warranty department because I had a little issue with my sink faucet. Janet took care of me right away! I had been waiting for two different local plumping stores to respond to my phone calls for a few days to confirm pricing and delivery time as I was hoping to consolidate all sinks and faucets to one shop. I purchased a new vanity for my guest bathroom. Unfortunately, my vanity top came cracked in half. Right after I inspected everything, I called Quality Bath to let them know. I was almost instantly connected with a live person. I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to not spend forever selecting numbers in a phone tree or waiting for someone to answer my call. The customer service representative, Freida, sent an e-mail with detailed instructions on what she needed in order to process the return. I sent that back to her, and I had the replacement top in about a week. Freida was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I am a home owner do it yourself Remodeler that has completed a total bathroom gut out / reinstall and more recently a kitchen gut out and reinstall. It has been a very positive experience working directly with Josh.
