I scheduled an appointment and had a nice gentlemen named Diego come out. Due to mold we had an environmental study performed by an expert firm, he wanted a copy so I emailed it to him. There is significant damage and Diego also was suggesting other services such as drywall removal repair etc. I told him to get me the quote for the mold removal as that was urgent and I had already been told that I should not use areas of my home due to the mold. when he left he said he'd get me a quote by the end of the week. End of the week came and went, I waited another week thinking ok maybe they wanted to read the environmental report. NOTHING. So I called a left a voicemail, no return call, I sent Diego a email at his ecoclean address, NOTHING. SO they came out and wasted my valuable time when response is urgent due to mold, even if they called back at this point I dont trust their services. Even if they are not qualified to do the work, how hard is it to return a call and say this is out of our area of expertise. Very unprofessional.

Chuck was on time, explained his methods, pointed out some areas before starting that appears to have been bleached due to some drops f cleaning products. He pointed them out before starting to letus know these were already there and nothing he could do about them. Very professional, set expectations, even cleaned a couple of cloth bar stools we asked him to try cleaning. He didn 't charge for those because he wasn't sure how effective he could be. We added a nice tip for the gesture, and, by the way, the stools were in fact cleaner than they were. Totally recommend this business for your carpet and upholtery cleaning needs. You can't beat service like this.

Douglas, my first cleaner, came out and was friendly until I turned down the $1,000 grout sealer. He then told me he was unable to do my tile because it had a "special coating on it" that would ruin the tile if he cleaned it. He became angry when I told him I didn't see it and didn't understand why he couldn't do it. He did not speak to me when collecting money and walked out without saying another word to me. Called customer service and they said they would send another tech out as a "courtesy" "Free of charge" to look at the tile and do it if possible. Had my second cleaner come out, Nicholas. He did a GREAT job, really put in the extra effort and was SO impressed with him. However, I was told I owed them $400 when he finished. What? His supervisor, Evan, was non-compromising and even when it was confirmed that she did indeed tell me it would be free, offered me 20% off and said they cannot give me the service for free with no explanation whatsoever. They acknowledged the error but were not willing to do anything about it to resolve the issue besides threaten to send me to collections. Oh, and tell me the lady who told me it would be free is in BIG trouble, which made me feel worse. If a company does not stand by their promises, they're worth nothing to me.
