She calmed our situation down gave us some Instruction and had her foreman " Dante" out to our home the next afternoon with a pump truck And tools. Within a few hrs. They fixed the clog and got most of the junk out of the trunk :) turned out our c-pool and solid waste box has not been pumped in a long while since we did not know where they were. Well after some searching with special metal detector and other cool gadgets they found the c-pool, they also advised us who to call to get copies of where items were placed on our home survey just to be sure. Well they were correct. After speaking to the Owner "Domenic" who was Extremely Knowledgable he advised us how to make this a bunch easier in the future to get our systems pumped to avoid this horror in the future. After agreeing on a price I was happy to see their quality of work at a Super Fair price. No hidden agenda just HONESTY. THANKYOU so Much for being fair and honest from beginning to end. They went over every detail from what trees had to be removed and how much space they need to get into my yard with the equipment. They never wanted to empty out my septic tank only my cesspool. 10 years in and I'm living in a horrific catastrophe with back up septic tank. Let alone they had to drain out the piping that runs through the mainline. When they dismantled the candy cane gooseneck, they never fastened it and screwed it back in correctly. Due to the recent rainstorm, we just had this week caused a lot of rocks and dirt into my line. Had to call another company that had to fix the mistake. I will never use this company again and I will make sure to continue on with the recommendation that the new company suggested in "emptying out my septic tank every one to two years".

After about five minutes he came back and knocked and asked if the office said anything about a service fee, obviously confused. No service was rendered, no pumping, snaking etc. After calling the office the OWNER gets on the phone and threatens to call the cops, hoping to scare us into giving him money. But since it was +10 since last "pump-out", I should really get it pumped (additional $680). Trusting them, I did both services. The following day, had a vile, putrid smell in my house. Called them and they said it might be due to the waste lines not being "straight" (whatever that means) and there was nothing they could do about that. Smell there still on day 3 and called them again. Same reply.....not there problem. Been in my home for +40 years. For past 15 years it's been just wife and myself, so low-usage. Never had a single problem. Will never use again, nor recommend to my friends. Terrible customer service.
