My Lance 2285 had significant exterior wall damage caused by slide movement after hitting a pothole, and my insurance company initially denied the claim, calling it "wear and tear." He carefully documented the damage, explained exactly how it occurred, and worked directly with the insurance company to prove it was not "wear and tear". Thanks to his knowledge and persistence, the claim was ultimately approved. The repair work was exceptional. Well i dont know where to begin back in January i got hit by another car and my car was looking in bad shape to the point where like i dont know if shes going to look the same. You get treated respectfully during the entire process and are put at ease that you will be taken care of. I have taken all of my cars to them and when I pick it up after repair, there is no resemblance of anything that was messed up on my cars, it is perfect. This is a top notch company. We had a fire in a towed vehicle that spread to the back of our motorhome. The entire back cap and window had to be replaced, along with fixing damage to the awning and other areas. Alec Edmond and his crew are awesome. The RV looks new. There's no sign that it has ever been repaired. There were challenges with getting parts due to factory shutdowns caused by the coronavirus, but Alec kept us informed and completed the repairs as soon as possible. We also had a couple of minor items not related to the fire that he looked at for us. Not something he could fix, but he made some phone calls and referred us to someone qualified to do the work.
