This Urgent care is absolutely useless and the "providers" that they have which are just PA's have no clue what they are doing. I went in with a clearly sprained ankle and torn tendons and all they did was give me a shot of toradol, which I explained to them doesn't work for me, but they insisted. Did NOTHING. Now I do have to say, the staff at the front desk and the techs at this location are very friendly and compassionate. However, I would NEVER EVER recommend this urgent care. They won't do anything for you. They have no clue AT ALL what they are doing. Such a waste of my time. read more

I've visited Quality First Urgent Care several times when not feeling well and/or needed to be Covid tested. Each time they treated me with the upmost care, answering any questions I have, and provided suggestions for at home treatment which helped greatly. The facility is very clean, organized, and they take pride in there work. Appointments and office hours are very convenient. They offer Rapid and PCR Covid testing with same day results if you arrive within the time frame. See there website for specific details. Covid testing is conveniently done outside in the back of the facility where they have a tent set up and staff available to assist right away. This way it keeps everyone safer. I was preparing for travel and needed to get tested for COVID within a specific timeframe from flight date. Quality First Urgent Care was a great choice! No appointments are needed - simply walk-in during open hours and find their COVID testing tent located outside in the parking lot. You'll fill out paperwork indicating what type of test you are looking for (PCR, etc) and whether you're looking for a same-day or 48 hour turnaround. I needed something same day and they were able to deliver on that promise - with a test at 9:30pm and results ready by 5pm. Hot tip: same day results are processed for swabs taken before 12pm. Results are ready for you online and can easily be printed, with all the necessary information to submit to the country of travel (practice name, testing date, testing time, and more). read more

I have visited this location two days in a row. I had an appointment for both of my children and it was for Covid testing. When I arrived the staff was friendly, informative, & the process was 15 minutes or less. The test results also came back quickly and I was very pleased. I would highly recommended this location if you book an an appointment. The walk in section I can not give my recommendation on but I felt as if from what I saw the staff handled the patrons well. read more

Updated review. Since my last, ownership has changed and it's a much better experience. I went last year after a flu diagnosis, and was very happy with the care and staff. This place is the worst, the test is done in the alley and the staff was rude, I came he once before and it took 6 months to get the bill corrected, they over charged and to the wrong insurance company, no one to help correct the issue and then today, I was turned away after setting up an appointment for another Covid test, my wife and daughter came up yesterday and didn't have an appointment but got the tests with no issue! I must not have been as attractive?! The guy told me to never come back. BTW, there was no line at all, they were just sitting around talking on the phone. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I have visited twice and both were a waste of my time. The first time I came for a concern and was misdiagnosed. I went to my PCP the next day and received the proper diagnosis. I came again today for back pain, was given a quick physical "exam" by Karen Streelman which didn't cause any severe pain to my back in the three positions she tried while I was sitting down, so I was quickly written off. She didn't ask me to bend over or walk, she didn't ask about my family history, or complete any comprehensive exam that would help her diagnose me. It was clear she assumed I was scouting for drugs. If you're in pain and looking for a proper diagnosis avoid this place. read more

I went into Quality First Urgent Care today. There was no wait and I was seen by the PA Ryan right away. The nurse that took my vitals was kind and patient. So was the PA Ryan. I had a dog bite on my leg and was in pain. My prescription was sent to the nearby CVS and I was in and out of the clean and very nice office in 15 minutes! I felt cared for, and I highly recommend coming here for an emergency similar to mine. My family has been tested here for Covid many times and recommend Quality First for testing, too. read more

Booked appointment on line. When I arrived early they asked what I was there for. I gave VERY specific information at the front desk. Luckily no one was in the waiting room to hear. I supplied medical records. When I was taken back I gave all the same info to whomever was the provider who never gave me a name nor what position they held (doctor, tech, nurse practitioner). I explained EXACTLY what I was there for. Lots of waiting alone while they checked this and that. Then after an hour.... Stay the course, check back in with your specialists.... Seriously? I told you exactly what I came here for and your website says you provide it and when I called a few weeks ago the call taker told me to do exactly what I'm here doing now. "I don't know who told you that" was the response. I called back thinking maybe I somehow contributed to their confusion and I could help them understand- I explained the entire situation all over again and all they said was come back for the exact same visit I just had!! I'm not normally a skeptic but maybe its convenient that I have good insurance and they can bill twice, or maybe they just can't comprehend and process a simple request. The staff was super nice there was no wait and I went on a holiday. They were super quick and got me a prescription to the pharmacy across the street. I came here to renew my mmcc certificate. Just to state I've had my card before any dispensary were ever open yet and we all know rules in the cannabis industry change everyday. Let me just start off with you pay up front first then you go back to see the doctor. I asked if they do allotment raise the guy upfront told yes the doctor can definitely do that. I sit waiting in the doctor room for 10 min. He comes up to me and taps me on my shoulder and says" are you ready to get out of here" meaning we don't have to go through the process and he will renew my stuff. I said doc i would like an allotment raise. He says how much i say 60 grams at least. Looks at me says no ill give you your money back. This guy did not ask me why i needed one or anything. Just straight denial. Everyday the market gets better. Theres collaborations with cookies now, so flower is readily available to purchase and i run out of allotment. I can tell he was judging me and thought i need more allotment to use more or sell it or something. I could just tell i was being treated unfairly. I don't recommend anyone coming here for their mmcc card at all. They don't know what they are doing. Trust me. Your process might be fast but if you need anything else they wont help you. I also got recommended by Herbiculture across the street if you say they sent you. Its 90 dollars. read more

There should be negative stars for a business like this. These guys are complete frauds and nincompoops. They did my COVID testing a few months ago. I was never able to get the test result for more than a week, so eventually went a different provider. A few months later, these guys send me a bill for the test which they never completed. I called the billing department ... was put on hold for 30 minutes. When I finally got to talk to an employee, she was just hostile and argumentative. The WORST kind. read more

All I can say is each time I have used them they were great. All the physicians I have seen were friendly and knowledgeable and they have always diagnosed me properly. I'm thankful that this is close to my office. I had to be seen today and Jennifer was excellent--- I'm so grateful for the service provided to me today also as I've been miserable with a UTI .....I appreciate all of our front line medical professionals who are out here providing care at this time....my issue is minor in comparison to what others may be going through at this time ...but nevertheless good care is good care and I'm thankful to be on the way to feeling better!! read more

Overall I would have to say Meh. Mediocre. Disorganized. There were both good and bad aspects to the effort. I made a reservation for an 8AM test. The "Pre-Registration" and the "Reservation" are not very user friendly. You do not get to choose which test you want at this point. The confirmation made it CLEAR that it was not an actual reservation and that people would be taken in the order arrived. When I arrived there was a clear sign on the front door directing people around back. That sign was not there (or not readable) a few minutes later. I stood in line. Someone was walking the line handing out waiver forms (and pens) but no clipboards, nor was there a flat surface available to use. The form had you circle the test you wanted. There were two choices PCR or RAPID. You could choose to take both if you wanted. I needed the results the same day so I chose rapid. Overall the first line took about 25 minutes. We were then directed back out front to a second line to queue up for the actual testing. For the most part the outdoor staff was trying to be helpful but seemed like they were first day employees. The person working the door was trying to make sure folks were social distancing and it worked except for two issues. 1. The person who seemed to be the boss completely disrespected social distancing almost knocking over patients to abusively yell at his employees to move faster. 2. There was only one way in and one way out so people were passing very close when moving in opposite directions. MAJOR COMPLAINT - Remember the form that listed two types of tests? Either PCR (takes 3-5 days to get results) or RAPID (only 90% accurate they said). Well it turns out that there was a third type called a RAPID PCR test. More accurate and fast. I would have GLADLY paid the extra $50 for that test but was not told about until after the tech had the swab up my nose. COVID19 obviously puts a lot of strain on everyone but Disorganization doomed this review to be just mediocre. read more

Absolutely do not expect your "same day" COVID tests the same day. My wife was tested at 10 am this morning, I was tested at 2:30, and after numerous calls and emails...we still don't know the results, and they've all gone home. It was always, "check back at __," and we do check back and they don't know. The "Get My results" button is useless, it repeatedly says it has timed out and there is an error. The onsite staff is very nice, but one call center guy was rude and wanted me to sit through a lecture about how busy they are. These results are especially important because we are both in vulnerable populations, my wife especially. This is exactly why we chose a "same day" test cite. Same day my $#@! read more

Keep your receipt. Twice the Burtonsville location has billed us in full at the time of service, stating they do not accept insurance for certain services (like sports physicals) and then four months later we have received a bill in the mail stating we only paid a copay and we owe the balance. The first time it happened I thought it was a mistake, but now that it has happened twice I think it is an intentional billing (mis)practice. Keep your receipt or they will have you paying twice for one service provided. read more

I needed to find out if I had strep or Covid. My primary care doctor would not test me. No appointment needed to get these tests and I was able to come on a Saturday (open all other days as well). They test in the back in tents which is a great solution to keep everyone safe. I was tested for both and received the results the next day since I came on the first day after 1:00 pm. Thank you for dealing with all of the people who don't understand the volume, exhaustion and rude patients you have to deal with. To those of you who are mad because you didn't get your covid results within two hours (which has been the case here in the past) or received a call - please try to understand that these people along with those in the lab are working long and hard hours. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY FOR COVID TESTING! I went there this morning. Yes, they are quick, but that is part of the problem. The man who did my test had the swan in my nose for 1 second. There is NO WAY he could have gotten an accurate sample from that. I have now spoken to other doctors. All agree, no way that is an accurate sample. When I called dyne facility to express my concerns I was told, "he has been with us for a while now. He knows what he is doing. We get very few inconclusive results from his tests." No kidding! They all probably come back negative since there is not enough on the swab to get an accurate reading. So irresponsible!!!! read more

Really awful experience with the staff. Raycal cuts you off, refuses to let you explain the issue you're having and actually yells at you to the point where one of her colleagues cut her off. She was was completely unwilling to resolve my issue and was a terrible representative of Quality First. Dr. Crosley should be ashamed to have her on his team. read more

COVID-19 testing experience: People waiting in line, not 6 feet apart, no signage as to where people should stand, they never answer their phone, their rapid testing results take a whole 24 hours to be scanned into the computer, inside people are not standing 6 feet apart. They ran out of rapid testing for my second round of testing on Saturday without a notification on their website. read more

I've had two terrific experiences​ here over the past month. First took my daughter in for strep and my son and I were back in a couple weeks later for the same. Both times, the wait was very​ short - especially compared to the wait at Patient First where we used to go. The front desk receptionist was very kind. The doctor, Dr. Rizvi, had a lovely bedside manner, was super thorough and patient. We were able to get out prescriptions within 30 minutes of leaving. Both times, they called a couple days later to follow up and see how we were feeling. First rate customer service from start to finish! My daughter said she wished that Dr. Rizvi could be her pediatrician! :) read more

A compliment to your staff person Omar!! I came to have my son do a routine test for school, and my son was very nervous after a past painful test. We told Omar this and in 10 seconds he got my son smiling and distracted. Omar had a positive attitude and was funny and was super skilled in doing the test. My son was so happy at how quickly the discomfort of the test was over and it went away quickly didn't last as long as previous tests.
