The staff person immediately was curt and when asked to check with her manager, she returned to say all sales were final. The item I purchased was discounted but it did not say that it was a final sale on the merchandise or my receipt- which was never even asked for. I like to shop local when I can. But local businesses who refuse to kindly work with the consumer is why it's not easy to do so -their loss.

My carpets are only in two small bedrooms and a larger master suite, as well as some steps leading from my garage to the inside of the house. Nonetheless, Robert is happy to oblige. He also really listens when I point out problem areas and does his best--and usually succeeds--when it comes to getting these areas clean. My carpet is 25 years old and still looks great when he is done. I also appreciate that Robert calls the day before the appointment to confirm/remind the client of the upcoming appointment. But their customer service and their commitment to their stated values as a business. It's been weeks, they've acknowledged that they've left my carpet streaky - they know they have done a bad job an apparently; do not care. They refused to call me back at all. That was until I started saying "I don't want to reschedule, I want a refund so someone else can fix it. I do not trust you anymore." I got one (1) single call back to re-schedule, not refund, in the 8 calls I have made trying to get them to fix their bad job. The only helpful person I have spoken to is Lily, she seemed genuinely concerned and like she genuinely wanted to solve the problem - very sweet. Even she wasn't able to get owner Zachary Morris to stand behind his values as owner of Cleaning Solution and his stated satisfaction guarantees. This review can come down if they change my mind of about their behavior. At this point, all I can do is warn people about this company - it's pretty clear they're cowards who would rather ghost an unhappy client than fix a mistake. Shame on them.

They DO try to prep the crew coming in on the customer preferences, but seeing the same faces each time is beneficial. I DID have the same crew three times in a row but they were pretty bad.... spent under an hour and charged full price but to Zak's credit, I was switched to a new crew and NOT charged for the poor service I received! I have a crew now headed up by Lotus and both ladies are PHENOMINAL! Everything was spot on! I'll keep my fingers crossed that they are the faces I see going forward!

The quote was $5945 (above our budget). Since we're repeat customers, we asked her for a break on the price and she said no. So...we called Floors to Go and Daniel came to our rescue!! We showed Daniel the sample from the L store and sure enough, Floors To Go had the exact same carpet and pad. We saved a whopping $2300!! Do not shop around. I've done the legwork for you. Just had carpet removed and LVP installed throughout an 1800 sq ft home we recently purchased…read more Store Mgr, Todd Osten, went the extra mile to help us find the LVP that would look good with cabinetry throughout that is an unusual wood color, allowed us to take large samples home for good viewing, and their installers went above and beyond working with some weird angles while getting it done in just a couple days. PLUS, their cost was less for a more expensive Mohawk LVP and install than other bids we received.
