After being here in Las Vegas, for 10 years, I can't believe it took me that long. I got a ceiling fan and quickly realized I would not be able to do it myself. I needed someone to put the fan up. I can't say enough about Bryan. He is just so easy to work with, so friendly, so personable. He treats you like a real person. I had gotten the wrong fan and I had to get a new one, so he came out for nothing and he was so gracious, he didn't charge me anything. He just said let me know when you have the right one, so I got the right one the next week and gave him a call and he came right out when I was available. He assembled the fan and quickly realized that the ceiling wasn't going to support the fan, everything in this house seemed to be put together like a dollhouse. He ran to Lowe's. He got the right part and had it in and working in an hour and a half. His prices are super reasonable. I will not hesitate to give him a call next time I need something!!

Great job with the tv mount. Brian was awesome.

We hired Brian from Quality Handyman Services to upgrade our tv mount in the living room. We started with the quote through Yelp and Brian's response was very timely, especially for a Sunday. His quote was a flat rate and very reasonable. Brian let us know when he'd be here and it was within the estimated window. Brian was very personable and knowledgeable. He made the switch, making sure everything was how we wanted. We are so happy with the results and wouldn't hesitate to call Quality Handyman Services for future jobs.

Brian came out today to put together a cabinet I ordered from Wayfair. He did a great job putting it together and made sure the doors were adjusted perfectly. It wasn't an easy build as it was 90" tall but it was not a problem for him. After he was done I asked him if he could install a curtain rod and hang a picture frame for me and he happily completed both tasks at a reasonable cost. I really appreciated his help and he was very pleasant to work with. I have more projects planned for him in the future!

I requested a qoute in November to have 3 ceiling fans and a light fixture installed and Brian got back quickly with a very decent price. He showed up at the scheduled time and finished the installations in one long day. He also noticed my hardwired smoke detectors were missing since I had removed them due to issues and had not yet replaced them and gave me an estimate to replace them all with 10 year ones. I went with that and over the past few months I have had him replace a small light fixture and assemble many pieces of furniture of varying size and type. He also was able to have his assistant help one day when he was booked up. If you need someone reliable, competent, and personable I highly recommend Brian.

I wanted to get my TV mounted and floating cabinet installed. Out of all the quotes I received Brian was the most reasonable with great reviews. He ran a little late to the appt but was very good with communicating that, so I appreciated it. He was very easy to work with and did a great job! I ended up using his services a second time to get my ring cameras installed as well!

I have used this company before. Brian would always be on time. We had ceiling fans, bathroom faucets and a light fixture replaced few weeks ago. Brian communicated well and informed me that he has guys working for him now, which is a good thing! Kevin came on time and did an excellent job. The price was reasonable and gave us a discount as well! I would highly recommend this company and have upcoming projects for them again!

Brian removed 3 existing toilets and installed 3 new toilets. He was extremely efficient and knowledgeable in getting the job done. Plus, he provided a great value. The plumber quoted a price over 3 times higher! He was also very tidy leaving all 3 bathrooms in a clean manner. He even packed up the 3 old toilets in the boxes the new toilets came in so they could be disposed of easily. I wouldn't hesitate to call on Brian again for any handyman needs in the future in the Las Vegas area.

Andrew, my electrician, was extremely thorough with explaining the process, step by step, of what he was doing - keeping me in the loop. He located the issue, fixed it, even making sure to take preventative measures for the surrounding area. The price was very fair as well! Andrew was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely neat! Hands down, I would highly recommend ECO Electric for all your electrical needs!

My husband called Eco Electric because two outlets in our kitchen were not working. We expected to pay the standard service call fee, which was around $60 and possibly, if needed, $289 diagnostic fee. The electrician, Andrew "Drew", arrived and my husband explained the problem. Andrew gestured toward an area of the kitchen and said the issue was probably there, referring to where the GFCI outlet was located. However, before performing any diagnostic work or even checking the outlet, he had my husband sign an agreement authorizing a $289 diagnostic charge. Andrew then stepped outside, came back in, walked directly to the area he had pointed out earlier, moved a medicine box that was blocking a GFCI outlet we didn't even realize was there, and simply pressed the reset button. The outlets immediately started working. At that point, my husband asked if the diagnostic charge was still necessary since the problem had already been resolved. Andrew told him the charge still applied because he had already signed the paperwork, even though the issue had been fixed before any actual diagnostic work had taken place. That is what left us feeling misled. Our concern has never been about paying for honest work or a legitimate diagnostic. Our concern is that we were asked to authorize a $289 diagnostic fee before basic troubleshooting was performed, and once the simplest possible fix restored power, we were still expected to pay the full diagnostic charge simply because the paperwork had already been signed. Andrew seemed like a nice person, but that doesn't change how the process was handled. I don't know whether the technicians are paid on commission or another type of incentive, but as a customer, the process felt dishonest and misleading. My husband later spoke with Bill, who I believe was the manager or someone in a supervisory role. Unfortunately, my husband found him dismissive and defensive of the complaint. He didn't seem interested in truly listening and even interrupted my husband before he had finished explaining what had happened. To Bill's credit, he said he would speak with Andrew to hear his side of the story and call my husband back. When Bill called back, he did agree to reduce the charge by $100, which we appreciated. During that conversation, my husband explained that, going forward, their technicians should provide a more thorough explanation and perform basic troubleshooting before asking customers to authorize expensive diagnostic charges. Otherwise, the process can leave customers feeling misled and can come across as deceptive. What was especially disappointing was reading the comments Andrew entered on our invoice afterward. He (Bill or Andrew) wrote that the customer "was not happy with having to pay for the diagnostic" and that he "wouldn't be able to work with him again." That is simply not an accurate representation of what happened. Our complaint was never about paying a fair diagnostic fee. Our concern was the lack of communication, the order in which things were handled, and the misleading process. We were asked to authorize a $289 diagnostic charge before the most basic troubleshooting step--checking and resetting the GFCI outlet--was even attempted. Once that button was pressed, the outlets worked immediately. We appreciated the $100 reduction, but that doesn't change how this experience was handled or how our concerns were documented afterward. As veterans, my husband and I expect honesty, transparency, and integrity from the companies we hire. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of those expectations, and we will not be using or recommending Eco Electric in the future.

Understandable, but still incredibly stressful when you're suddenly without power. Ampere Electric was the exception. Not only did they answer the phone, they had someone at my house within an hour. Unfortunately, by the time they arrived it was late in the evening and there wasn't much that could safely be done until NV Energy could disconnect service the next morning. What impressed me was that they didn't make promises they couldn't keep. Instead, they told me exactly what would happen: they would coordinate with NV Energy first thing in the morning, get the power disconnected, and begin work immediately. That's exactly what happened. Patricio and Carlos arrived early and worked hard all day. They replaced the equipment, completed the installation, and had everything finished by around 3 PM. At that point, the only thing left was waiting for NV Energy to return so final restoration could take place. Unfortunately, NV Energy was completely inundated and running far behind schedule. This is where Ampere really separated themselves from every other contractor I've worked with. Patricio and Carlos could have easily packed up, told us we'd have to wait until the next day, and moved on to their next job. Instead, they stayed. They waited outside my house for hours. They repeatedly apologized for the inconvenience even though the delay wasn't their fault in any way. They had done their job and done it well, yet they refused to leave until the entire situation was resolved. NV Energy didn't arrive until nearly 8 PM. Patricio and Carlos were still there. The moment NV Energy completed their portion, they immediately restored everything, verified that power was working properly, and stayed until we were fully situated and every aspect of the job was complete. That level of customer service is rare. They didn't leave us stranded. They didn't pass the problem to someone else. They didn't do the minimum. They saw the job all the way through from start to finish, even when it meant spending their entire day and evening making sure their customers were taken care of. I am incredibly impressed with Ampere Electric, and especially with Patricio and Carlos. If you want a company that does what they say they're going to do, communicates honestly, and treats your problem like it's their problem, this is the team to call. Five stars, without hesitation. I can't thank Patricio and Carlos enough. Seriously.

My installation ended up costing over $4,200. I understand every home is different, but the final price was much higher than I expected. Because my home only has a 100-amp electrical panel, I was steered toward a different charging system than the one I originally wanted. After the installation, I did more research and discovered that the system I was sold was available elsewhere for significantly less. I wish I had taken more time to compare options before moving forward. Ultimately, I take responsibility for making a rushed decision, but I hope my experience encourages others to slow down, get multiple quotes, compare equipment prices, and fully understand all of their options before committing.

The other day, I called and thought I scheduled Duey, but, today, I was sent two other technicians for a simple job. A chandelier that Duey installed a little over 2 years ago, might be more cause pandemic plays with your mind timeframe, had a problem with the base hardware in that it fell down. The only time the chandelier gets touched is when it's being cleaned and it's not like it's being screwed around like a top, just tilted back-and-forth a little. Like every other hanging light fixture is. So this should've never happened! And because it did, Duey and his company should have taken on the responsibility/liability for it because, obviously, it wasn't installed properly in the first place. So now, what I thought would be a simple fix to put it back together and affix it back to the ceiling actually was, a simple repair. Undisclosed to me upfront, I was given a invoice for $150 for 15 minutes of work. That's the company scale for two techs, I know because I've been using them for over 20 years now. But, I was told by the technician that it was so much because I WAS being charged for two technicians. When I didn't even order two technicians and wasn't told of such when I booked. Was told they had to send two technicians because they didn't know that they were up against even though I explained it fully to Danielle when I booked the appointment. It only took one technician, Duey, to install it in the first place so this makes zero sense. Then, in texting Duey about this, but I'm thinking it was Danielle, I am told that I was only charged for one technician and, I guess, that was their way of justifying the invoice price. ‍ But that also means that they now charge $300 for two technicians to come out to your property for 15 minutes of work. I just thought that this should be brought to the public's attention! Although I have enjoyed working with Duey and his company throughout the years and I do wish him the best, I think from now on I'm just gonna find a technician off of Thumbtack. Where they compete for your business instead of gouge you in the end. And the prices are still reasonable. KIM or ?-You getting all defensive here and nothing else solves absolutely nothing! You didn't even ask, as I don't think YOU really care. The literal fix was, unscrewing the cross bar mount (or whatever it's called) pulling some of the cord back out because it was bulked up underneath the bronze mounting plate and reattaching everything. It was that bulk of cord that was keeping the entire base from properly attaching to the ceiling. That's installation issues.. As for telling me that I'm malicious when I'm on a public service announcement page doing a PSA, that's laughable. I wouldn't have even brought Bright Lights into the matter, had I not truly believed it was an installation issue! You need to be more people friendly and learn how to correctly run a business. It's not about attacking your clients for their personal experiences nor their business reviews, it's about resolving their issues. Let's also get to whole booking thing with Danielle pretending to schedule Duey to come out when she knows he's not working?! That's stooping low.
