First there is Fred, Neema and family at the showroom who together made the whole experience worry free. Their knowledge and expertise in the products was obvious. Once narrowing our options down, Neema and Fred both stopped by as scheduled to measure the space and provide recommendations while also dropping off samples to visualize. Both stated multiple times, there is no rush, take your time. Once we locked down Fred stated the material should be ready for install in 2 weeks and beat the date. Once the material was ready, next up was installation. Neema called to ensure our questions on install were answered and like clockwork, Manuel and the team showed up ahead of time and installed our flooring with precision. What amazed us was that throughout the process, Manuel checked in multiple times to make sure we were up to date on the work. Install was unbelievably professional and the post install cleanup was impressive. No dirt or anything left behind. Only a phenomenal floor that only made us question why we waited so long. Multiple times at the end of install and the next day, both Manuel and Neema stated that if we had any questions to just call. So how good are these guys? Jon is a local general contractor since 2002 whose projects are almost entirely from word-of-mouth. During this time I regularly observed Jon's dedication to complete her job to perfection to ensure she came home to her new kitchen. I wasn't going to get the new drain shipped in time from the brand I really wanted, so Nik drove to 3 Ferguson home stores to find the part we wanted. I would never have expected that, but he went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. He was also very detail oriented and when we brought up a couple minor things that needed to be fixed, he quickly responded and had his team adjust.
