Everything was perfect. The room, the staff, the price, absolutely everything. Teresa was an exceptional employee that went above and beyond to help us. She was so sweet. The maintance man that works at night was very friendly and made you feel good with his kind words and jokes. We were here for 2 nights in a large wonderful King Suite. We are traveling all over the USA and Canada. This is our 7th day on the road. This is the only place we have stayed that has lived up to its reviews. We paid for two nights in a regular queen room at another hotel before coming here. It was just okay and we paid $608.00 for 2 nights. my husband stayed here for work the beginning of October. He always takes his own pillow and every morning puts his pillow on top of his bags. mostly so housekeepers don't need to worry about touching belongings of tenant. after his first night, he grabbed his pillow, only to find a nasty note under it. totally uncalled for and so very rude. dont leave your items in the room if you're an extended stay. you never know what they have gone through and done to them. We had a reservation at another hotel for our stay here but the room accommodations were not as described so we went on a hunt, found this place and honestly was sceptic from the appearance from the outside. We chose to stay here based on all the 5 star reviews. We were also traveling with 2 dogs so we were limited on hotels we could stay at. Check in was fine. The lady working the front desk seemed tired but she was still friendly. Our room was a decent size although the bathroom was extremely small. The sink is located outside the bathroom but the toilet and shower/tub were crammed into a small room. The handle to the bathroom door looked like it had not been cleaned for quite some time. We also found an opened/used water bottle under our bed. Our room had a weird smell so I immediately opened the window to get some fresh air. The worst part was how uncomfortable the bed was. The sheets were itchy and the pillows were so small. We had just started a 3 day road trip so it really sucked not getting a good nights sleep after 8+ hours of driving. Next time we travel through Casper we will try and find another hotel to stay at. read more

I had to stay here overnight for a test the next day. I used my points and didn't have to pay. When I checked in the girl was very cheery and everything was done very fast. As I entered my room I was blown away. It was like 2 rooms with a doorway between them. One room was similar to a living room with a recliner, tv, kitchen, and full sized desk for my study. The bedroom was just as impressive with another recliner and large tv. The room had a safe and blow dryer. The shower water was hot (some places dial down the heat to save money) and the water pressure was amazing and very massaging. There is a free breakfast that came with waffles, sausage, ham, fruits and cereals. A couple things to bring myself down to earth and point out that might be a concern to others: there is no elevator and I didn't see any carts to help carry your stuff. I guess you wouldn't get a cart up the stairs, so that might be a reason why I didn't see one. The stairs however are very wide, carpeted and have very sturdy handrails. I would imagine they would accommodate people with needs by placing them on the lower level. read more

We rolled in town late on a Monday night. Got checked in easy breezy and went straight up to our room and crashed. I have to say that this bathroom is probably one of the cleanest I've seen in a hotel! More often than not, hotel shower surrounds have hints of mold or some scale buildup- not this one! It was clean! The beds were really comfortable. The staff, even the cleaning crew in the halls come morning had smiles and hellos. They were seriously the most friendly, helpful hotel staff as a whole I've ever accoutered in my years of travel! The breakfast?? Awesome! Eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, hot coffee- as well as all the other carby things I usually skip- was available and perfectly replenished thru out the whole breakfast hour. I did notice some kids devouring waffles they made with the machine and heaped with strawberry raspberry and whipped cream (yep, the hotel breakfast had that available too!) This is a great place. What else can I say? Why do I say it? Here you go: I had just moved, actually was moving to Casper. Since the apartment community we selected wasn't open until Monday AM, I decided to stay overnight here at this QI. From the time I walked in, I was greeted by a very friendly staff. They could tell that I was not from the area (hello, accent!) and helped me with the local food choices, etc., even though it was on a Sunday (slim pickin's). The room and bed was clean and smelled great. I was very tired from my drive from Denver, and had no issues. I truly enjoyed my stay there, and would recommend a night. Although we stayed at many of the Choice Hotels as we traveled cross-country, we were hesitant to stay at this particular hotel since I saw a lower star ratings for it. But, it was late, and we thought we would take a chance. Long story short, we were more than pleasantly surprised. The hotel was super clean and hotel staff and those that cleaned the rooms super friendly. Tammie, the manager, was ever-so-patient in explaining the Choice Hotel App and other questions I had. One of my questions was why the star rating was so low. Tammie explained the hotel had recently gone through renovation (wall paper was down, etc.) and the reviewer did not take into the hotel was being renovated... instead they gave a lower star rating. Not only is overpriced but everything is old as shit first of all, I stopped here at three in the morning to find somewhere to sleep after driving for continuous 14+ hours I asked the host and they could do a fair price being that it was already three in the morning and I think it's only fair that one should only have to pay half of what the going rate is if I show up at three in the afternoon I expect probably to pay the full amount. So I asked the Stuart if she could work with me and she told me no the going rate is $130 a night but I'm not here all night I'm only here for the morning she said that's the going rate. I feel that this is absolutely unacceptable people driving in off the road would you rather have accidents problem people fall asleep on the road or safety I feel that more people and more people are worried about the money they are just so greedy and less likely to help. It said I just needed someone to trash my head and get a decent 4 or 5 hour sleep and it still Cost me $115. read more

Customer service was AMAZING! FANTASTIC! STELLAR! I would run out of adjectives to describe the beautiful young lady, Tiff who made our stay wonderful. We had intended to drive further that night, but the rain was relentless, so we decided to try and find a last-minute room: Friday night at 10:00 pm. Jamie took my call and held the LAST room while we rushed to the hotel. She was on the phone with a manager and Tiff came in, (before her shift). She checked me in, at a great price! I loaded all our stuff on a cart and sent my husband in the pouring rain to find a parking space. Only to find no elevator. Without hesitation, Tiff grabbed a couple of suitcases and shot up the stairs, getting me safely into my room. She didn't have to do that, and her shift hadn't even started. At check in, we were provided with the toiletries and a courtesy snack since we are Choice hotel members. In the morning , the staff let us know about all the grab breakfast items- Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, danish, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, coffee, tea & orange juice. We drove from San Francisco, CA, to Casper, WY, for the total solar eclipse. I booked 6 rooms for 11 people over 2 years ago, by phone directly to the Casper Quality Inn. Each time I checked on the reservation (about once a month), the desk staff were patient and assured me that our reservation was intact, and that the rate had not changed. Apparently, some hotels were less ethical to their eclipse guests. The staff, though probably overwhelmed by the number of eclipse chasers filling their rooms, was friendly, competent and delightful. With manager Tammie ever present to ensure everything was ship shape, the hotel surpassed all expectations. From the beautiful horse sculptures in front (always with fresh hay), to the two flavors of waffles at the breakfast buffet, everything was excellent. Though the hotel has no pool, staff sent us to a wonderful nearby indoor water park that had slides and a floating river. We stayed in several hotels during our 2 week trip, but none could hold a candle to our Casper experience! We even stayed at another Quality Inn because of the Casper experience on the trip. Though no where near as nice, it was also clean and had comfortable beds. Thank you Tammie, and everyone at the Casper Quality Inn, for making an awesome experience so comfortable and inviting. First of all, there is no elevator! We were on the second floor and we had to lug our heavy bags up very narrow steep stairs. I saw an elderly couple very cautiously coming down. I can only imagine how scary it was for them. The rooms are very dated. The bathroom is ridiculously small. The air conditioner is very loud. There is one ice machine, and it is only near the front desk. They need to completely renovate this hotel, or tear it down and start new. read more

RUDE. DISHONEST. TERRIBLE SERVICE! We'll NEVER stay here again. We were driving through very late at night and needed a place to stay (2 adults, 1 infant and a small dog) When I spoke to the lady on the phone I was quoted a good price (around 75) for all of us (total - including pet fees, taxes etc). She was friendly enough. When we arrived at the hotel a few hours later we were told that the price didn't include the pet fee or taxes or anything. My husband was the one who went in to the office to check us in so he didn't know what the price was supposed to be. I found out the price difference and went to speak with the person at the desk the next morning. They were completely unhelpful. I thought it was an honest mistake so I was really nice about the whole deal. I was told there was nothing they could do. No manager to call. The fees weren't a lot of money at all but the service was terrible and the people were rude. Eventually we got them to refund the fees (by this point it was the principle of the situation). When I checked our CC statement, the refund had occurred and then they had recharged our card for the amount. What a dreadfully dishonest thing to do! The rooms were nothing special. I've stayed at the Quality Inn in Casper several times now. It's an excellent place to stay while in Casper. As a Rewards member you are greeted with your choice of candy bar (full size) upon check in, Sweet! The rooms are decently sized and comfortable. My favorite aspect of this hotel is it's proximity to the river. It's easy to get to the riverfront trail and walk/run along the river for miles. read more

In a pinch this is ok. Never for us again... Our room was clean but very small and we had a terrible night trying to sleep on the hard mattresses. I never thought you could make a bathroom that small. Regardless I tried to leave with a good attitude but found myself standing (20 minutes) at the front desk waiting for two slow talking and slow moving rodeo planners planning their next stay while a line of us were just trying to leave. It was unbelievable and definitely my last stay at this hotel. Were greeted by fabulous desk person. Typically I don't remember names but she impressed us by how quickly and efficiently she handled the details while chatting with us about our trip. The room was immaculate, beautifully furnished, lots of task lighting, abundant outlets to charge all our devices and the most comphy easy chair I have ever sat in! Tonight I called the desk to inquire if they had found an item we left behind. Again Nicole followed up by letting me know they would put it in the mail tomorrow. That is what I call service. The Quality Inn in Casper, WY is an excellent place to stay with rooms that are impeccably clean and very reasonably priced. The staff members I interacted with were all very friendly, over the phone and in person. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to "downtown" with easy access to the highway.
