Thrift store reject chair. Quality Inn Management can't provide decent chars.
    Nanette ..

From the reviews, it seems like most hotels on this side of Casa Grande have seen better days. This Quality Inn we stayed at was just ok, but only after the initial shock of seeing an awful, Thrift store reject chair! The shower valves could only be operated by strong buff men! But our bed was clean...I inspected it. The bathroom was clean. But it's old. Staff said that Quality Inn management can't give them new decent chairs, so we were stuck with the most awful chair. The best thing? Breakfast! The lady managing the kitchen was absolutely wonderful! The hot breakfast was great! We wanted to use the pool and hot tub....but they were out of order and not clean! They should have mentioned that on their website. I wouldn't book there again.

First time here, located just west of the freeway between two cotton fields and a Denny's next door. They first gave me a room that was occupied but that sometimes may happen. King size bed, plenty of room, all the expected amenities, clean and reasonable price. The free breakfast was cancelled due to COVID but they provided a discount at Denny's next door. Will be back, all good here.

Run from this place. Tried to reach out to management and they won't respond. Morning desk idiot/ clerk was a jersey. Thid place is in need of everything. Better look elsewhere for a place to stay.

Zero stars. Negative stars. This place is gross, not worth staying at again if they paid ME. Left a long list of issues upon checkout, including a heavily stained mattress protector and a used bandaid in a bed. Emailed management with photos and requesting a partial if not full refund. They basically said because we didn't complain right away, there's nothing they will do. This response is 100% unacceptable. So I hope they enjoy all the reviews I'm about to give them in all the places. DO NOT STAY HERE.

    Appears to be blood stains!

HORRIBLE. First, I'd would like to mention how infested with bugs this place is. Mosquitoes in the showers and around the bedroom and moths crawling around the ceilings. Then, the pillows smelled like they hadn't been cleaned since they opened. When I called to get new ones, I was given one and told that there were no others within this empty hotel. Finally, the stains in the bed! I had what appeared to be blood and other possible body fluids and when I asked for new ones, the hostess laughed at me when I mentioned the blood stains. No apology and no new blanket! DO NOT STAY HERE!

This hotel is not a very clean hotel to stay at. I checked into my room last night and went into the bathroom to us the toilet and was greeted by cockroaches small and large cockroaches! Also there was hair in my tub like it hasn't even been cleaned! Pain coming off the inside of the bath tub. Hair on the ceiling. Mold on the walls. The whole atmosphere of this place is pretty raunchy! Went and told the lady up in front and she did not seem to care. T.v. Does not work properly. The continental breakfast was a no go!

February 13, 2022 We didn't expect much, ALL of the local hotels looked sketchy online. Didn't have to be nice, just clean. Needless to say, we left almost immediately.I walked into the room and instantly had a physical reaction. Our eyes stung and throats felt scratchy, NO joke I actually got hives. I'm not being dramatic. The room had some type of chemical smell, not Lysol or bleach, not even hospital disinfect. It was like formaldehyde. We opened the window, and door, cranked up the AC, left to talk to the office, the guy was super nice. No other rooms available, I explained I was having a physical reaction and he looked like he was not surprised. Other than the smell, everything else was nasty. Overflowing trash around the property, dirty floors, blood stains, food particles on the drapes, other unknown stains. Ripped bedding, Only positive, the front desk. He knew something is going on in that place but couldn't say. He offered a refund. We went down the street to the Baymont.. And our bags still smell from being in the room for 20 minutes. STAY AWAY.

Found a syringe and needle in the bed, still charged us for the room after we walked out. Would give zero stars if I could.

Since covid, a lot of the hotels we visited still don't serve breakfast or provide brown grab and go bags which include a microwavable breakfast sandwich, Apple or Banana, and juice.

We were staying right by the elevator and we couldn't hear the noise from it at all. Pet friendly with only a $25 per night fee for pets. We had two dogs. We needed an accessible bathroom and the toilet/shower area was great. One of the best I've stayed at. But the sink was outside the bathroom. It didn't have a towel bar and the soap dispenser was too high on the wall for a person with mobility issues. Downsides? The grounds are a little shabby. There was leftover construction material scattered around and there was a garbage area that needed painting and fixing up, A lot of guests were not cleaning up after their dogs and it didn't seem like the staff was taking care of it either.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL…read more DATE OF VISIT & LOCATION: I visited Arizona in June 2026 and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Casa Grande located at 805 N Cacheris Ct for two weeks. ROOMS: The rooms are adequate but starting to show signs of age with multiple layers of paint. This place looks a little old. There is a mini fridge but the one in my room was dirty, broken and iced over that nothing could fit inside. There was an issue because the mini fridge looked like you need a chisel to remove the block of ice that had formed inside. PARKING & PROPERTY: The parking lot is very small. The outside plants are all dying. Holiday Inn needs to treat the front area because I saw bugs out front. LACK OF CLEANLINESS: The room that I was assigned had dead bugs on the floor and trash under the bed when I arrived. The cleaning staff never vacuumed because if they did, they would have removed the bugs. The cleaning staff never put wash cloths, toilet paper or stocked the toiletries in the room resulting in me having to constantly ask for wash cloths, toilet paper, tissues and trash bags. Please note that I did not have a do not disturb sign on the door and I was out working 24 hours a day leaving ample time for staff to clean and stick the room. After I mentioned that there were bugs in my room, the manager reportedly put in an order for a full cleaning. I put notes on the floor near the places where there were bugs and trash. After that I returned to find the bed made and the bugs removed. However, the cleaning staff did not leave any toilet paper or towels. Again, I had to request face towels and a bath towel because during the clean g the cleaning staff had apparently removed everything from the room but did not replace anything. After all of that, there were still more bugs because this place seems to have a problem. They need to exterminate around the building more to keep bugs out of the guest rooms. Holiday, please do better. DIRTY POOL: This hotel made a gross error if old ting a large tree over their pool they constantly drops leaves. As a result, the pool is constantly littered with leaves and the staff only cleans it once a day. It was so hot while I was there so it made it impossible for anyone to use the pool in the day after the 1 time cleaning. At night when it cooled down the pool was too dirty to use and since it closed at 9 pm there was not much time to use it. UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF: There is young woman at the front desk who wears glasses and had long brunette hair. She is most pleasant snd professional. She tries her best to accommodate customers and suggest solutions. Unfortunately, there is an OLDER WOMAN who is sometimes there in the day and evening. She is usually dressed sloppily, and not at all professional. She makes no attempt to hear customers or make suggestions for resolutions. She is constantly grimacing and she is extremely rigid and very short and rude with customers. The male manager is also very short and rude. The lady who prepares breakfast was always very kind and on time but she too is unprofessional if a customer frustrates her by not following her rules. There was one morning that I observed her berate a customer in front of others because he failed to use the tongues to pick up his bagel. While I too would like to see everyone using tongues for sanitary reasons, I did not think it was appropriate for the breakfast staff to berate the customer do loudly in front of others. FOOD: The breakfast is included and very decent but not for the health conscious. The hot breakfast changes slightly each day. It usually consists of bacon or link sausages, premade mini omelets, frozen home fried potatoes, biscuits and gravy, and oatmeal with multiple available toppings. There are also a few cold cereals, cold boiled eggs, bagels, low quality muffins, cinnamon buns, and English muffins. You can also make hot pancakes if you choose. There are very few fruit options. However, if you are not there for breakfast you can ask them to prepare you a to go breakfast which is usually a bag with a bagel and cream cheese and a yogurt or fruit snd milk. The breakfast area has a coffee machine so you can make coffee, capuchin, hot chocolate anytime of the day and sit in the breakfast tv area and drink it or take it with you. The eating tea is pretty nice but the sofas are cheap and when you sit in one it almost sinks to the floor. So if you are pregnant or elderly, I suggest you sit in one of the cereal chairs instead. BATHROOMS: The hall bathroom on the main floor is clean and nice. GYM: Barebones. I do not know if this should be called a gym. It has only a couple of pieces of equipment. However, it is clean. CONVENIENCE: The only really good thing about this hotel is that it is minutes away from everything to include Walmart, Target, movie theater, shopping, eateries, drugstores and more. I don't like IHOP, but if you do, you can walk a few steps and it's right there.

Since I went…read moreinto so much detail in the previous two reviews, I'll keep this one brief: OUTSTANDING service across the board - front desk, housekeeping, food/beverage Comfortable and CLEAN room Excellent and safe location Just not gonna stay anywhere else in CG! ___________________________________ This is an update - Well, here we are a couple of weeks after our first stay at Best Western Plus Casa Grande Inn & Suites and having a great time again. You just cannot beat the level of service here. We're treated SO well. Welcomed warmly, listened to, accommodated, it's all great. Not even just the front desk staff (Pam and Elizabeth, the manager, are totally awesome), but seriously every single staff member I interacted with was helpful and welcoming. This time in a suite instead of standard king. Great room. Really spacious. CLEAN and fresh. Great location. Safe. Easy parking and easy access (low curb for luggage, wide doors, etc.). Good breakfast buffet - plenty of selection including gluten-free options, not only pretty good food but good coffee and not only do they offer decaf, but it's GOOD decaf. And that's just the coffee in the breakfast room - there's a cool espresso machine in the lobby/dining area. Great water pressure again, good A/C, plenty of USB outlets, a nice couch and second television in the suite. I just don't see staying anywhere else in Casa Grande. And we won't. We'll continue returning here. ___________________________________ We've barely been here 24 hours but there already quite a few things we love about this Best Western Plus Casa Grande Inn & Suites. I gotta start out by highlighting the amazing, outstanding service. I had to call a few days ahead of time to clarify a detail, and I'm pretty sure - in retrospect, having now met her in person, that it was Pam who handled my call, because she was pleasant and personable. Plus I called ahead the day of check-in to see if we could check in a little early and she accommodated the request cheerfully, and she turned out to be the one who checked us in. She was warm and welcoming, and the check-in experience was flawless. And I had several interactions with her after check in, each one pleasant and helpful. But even housekeeping (you heard me - yes, housekeeping, and we're only here for two nights) staff were friendly and helpful. I returned to the room to find housekeeping finishing up the room, no big deal, so I went downstairs to hang out in the lobby and planned to go back up in 10-15 minutes to see if the room was finished. Not FIVE minutes later, Pam comes over to let me know that the room was ready. Housekeeper called her to let her know, and she let ME know, in turn. WOW! Who does that? That is knock-your-socks-off service! Now, the details. - Hotel overall and the room itself are clean and even fresh-smelling. - USB outlets at the bedside and one on the work desk - strong WiFi - Free parking - Great location (not only central but nicer area that feels safe) - Complimentary breakfast - Cool espresso machine in the lobby - Spacious room - Excellent water pressure in the shower (and sink) - Not only a microwave, but a virtually full size refrigerator - MUCH bigger than the standard mini-fridge. And colder. You can comfortably store food/leftovers and beverages in it. - Cool window blinds - Air conditioning worked really well Areas for improvement - just one for me, and this is personal preference; the mattress was a little soft for me, and the pillows a little small, so the mattress slid out away from the headboard as I sat up to watch TV a couple of times. Not the end of the world, but a minor inconvenience. We will absolutely stay here again when visiting Casa Grande.

This hotel is by far the most expensive…read morein the area and more expensive than most Best Westerns I've been to because it's a "Plus." The one night cost me $265 after taxes and I booked a double queen room because that was the only option available at the time I made my reservation about six weeks ago. Single bed rooms have marginally lower rates and are around $230-250 per night after taxes. There are other hotels on this street with lower rates but the only reason I stayed at this hotel is because I needed one more credit to get bumped up to the next rewards level with Best Western. The Best Western "Plus" hotels are marketed as a higher tier and I'm sure some of them are, but most of the Plus hotels I've stayed at are pretty much the same as a standard Best Western (including this one) and in a couple of cases, worse than the standard. There are drinks and snacks available for purchase at the front desk but the employee at the front desk said I could grab a couple bottles of water. Breakfast is served from 6am-9am on weekdays and 7am-10am on weekends. Thy have the typical options like sausage patties, eggs, diced potatoes, cereal, fruit, granola, waffles (you have to make them yourself), bagels, toast, and a special mix of scrambled eggs with cheese, sausage links, green onions, and jalapenos. The food tasted alright but the hot items were a little undercooked. The employees are nice and offered to get me something else if I needed anything. I was here for less than 12 hours because I got in really late and had to leave really early the following morning. I might stay here again, but only if I can't get a room at one of the other (cheaper) hotels nearby.
