WORST HOTEL WE'VE EVER STAYED AT. I dont usually leave bad reviews as I like to help small businesses but this hotel needs new management. The rooms and property are filthy and feel like a crime scene. Old dilapidated rooms. No hot water in shower at night the whole stay. Only 3 channels on the TV... No one came to clean room, change sheets, towels the whole stay despite repeatedly asking. Toilet paper ran out and they didn't bring more as they said they only worked mornings. They never even came to our room. Barely anyone was staying in the hotel. No clean towels. There were other poroblems with room but you get the idea how bad it was. I was then locked out of room at night as card stopped working and their was no one to provide a new card. A sign was left on counter that they were helping a guest with their room which was false. I walked around property looking for someone for ages, came back and repeatedly hit the bell. Then the Indian owner finally came out of office where he had been asleep.... And then after leaving the hotel he decided to charge our card for nights we weren't even there, not the agreed upon rate, plus a $25 fee for leaving at 11:05am. Check out is 11am. We've disputed it all with bank. There are some great hotels in Glasgow. We chose this because it was cheaper. You get what you pay for. Steer clear of this one. There was no refund so couldnt leave. Drove 13 hours from Florida to Glasgow for a family matter. I booked the room by calling the number on Apple Maps, pushing 1, and going to the main number for choice hotel. Called in two days later to add an extra day, called the number on Apple Maps, hit 2 to talk to the front desk. The lady that answered was rude as hell. I told her we would be checking in, in the early morning hours of the 11th, between 3-5am, asked do I need to add an extra day, she said yes. Fine no problem. Through the whole phone call, she kept saying I didn't call their number to book it, and told her it's the same number I just called. Pretty much saying that wasn't true. Fine whatever move on. Drive 13 hours, get there at 5:30am in the morning. Walk in, and was told I was charged for the full amount the day before because that's when I was supposed to be there. Told them about the conversation I had with the front desk, and surprisingly, none of them could remember the call. Fine whatever, give me the key I need sleep. Go to the room, walk in and smacked with the smell of mildew. Then go look at the couch and it has two spots of mold growing on the couch. Instantly walk out go straight to the front desk tell them I'm leaving and going somewhere else to stay. I ask for a refund, they said since I didn't call them to book, fine, I'll call Choice Hotels. Call Choice Hotels, they state they will send the request to the GM to issue the refund. Great, no problem. Or so I thought. Get a call from the hotel later that day, stating pretty much that the GM isn't refunding me. I had a lot going on that day so I told them I will be there Monday to talk to the GM. Get there Monday he isn't there. Call Choice Hotels, and argue with them for over 45 minutes, and it ended with them telling me to call the hotel. Call the Hotel back, GM is still gone, call back few hours later, GM gone still. Called back the next day, 3 times, GM isn't there. This joker must have endless vacation days, for all the times he isn't there. I will post this review on every review site I can until the GM calls me back, and handles the refund. I see Hotel Management comments on every review so we will see if this gets a phone call. read more

DO NOT STAY HERE!! RUN!! The most disgusting room/hotel/owner I have ever encountered!! Unvaccuumed for months, no hot water, bedding looked pee'd on, toilet didn't flush, safe didn't work, coffee maker had white residue all over it, counters unclean, fridge had mold along outside seal, dead bug and yellow oozing inside. We ran as fast as we could! Jay the Owner is mean and as nasty as his hotel! Employees say they can't refund or discount, that should have been a clear sign of the owners competence. Seriously you're better off sleeping in your car or the park down the street. This place is a biohazard and uninhabitable!! This owner has 3 hotels and should not own any of them! The outside areas is just as gross as the inside! Pool infilled and full of cigarette butts and leaves, entire property unclean and full of cigarette butts! JUST RUN!! read more

As a prior employee, I wanna tell you the truth. This is the second worst place to stay in Glasgow. The owner has 3 hotels in his name, I wont disclose his name. All I can say is, this place is HORRENDOUS. There is no maintenance and it is truly disgusting inside and out. Absolutely NO refunds or accommodations are allowed. Most of the time, there is no hot water and rooms get a very minor clean as the housekeeping is allowed 10 minutes to clean each room. Don't stay here unless you have no choice read more

So in all my reviews in all kinds of places this is my first ever 1 star review. I would highly recommend against staying at this hotel unless you have no other choices. The only positive is the woman at the front desk (new employee) was very nice and polite but the GM and Owner do not care about their customers. The place is in very bad disrepair. Black mold, broken furtinture, holes in walls and doors. We stayed here because the website said for $25 they allow late checkout which was important for us as we had to saty in town until 4pm. When we checked in they said we had to ask in morning. So I asked in morning they said they had to check with the GM once they come in after 8:30. 9ish got a call in room was told for $25 I could stay until 4pm. So went down to lobby to pay the fee. Front desk person was very nice but was new so had to call GM to figure out how to charge. Which then the GM decided I could not have a late check out. I spoke to them on speaker phone and explained they had told me I could and the website mentions it. She said since I booked through a travel site I could not stay. What?! After pushing they said they would ask the owner. Got a call later saying I coulf stay 1 additional hour for $25 but that was it otherwise I would have to pay for a whole day. They obviously do not care about their hotel by its shape and the GM and Owner obviously do not care about their customer satisfaction. read more

We stayed there in October of 2024 and it was the worst experience weve ever had staying anywhere. They double charged our credit card and refused to refund any of it, the room was in bad shape, the exterior had trash and cigarette buts on the ground, and the last day we were they had NO hot water and we were unable to take showers. When I asked to talk to the manager I was told that "He was not there and didn't know when he would be". I asked what the managers schedule was so l could call I was told that he just comes and goes throughout the day and they never know when he will be there. I called their corporate customer service number and, though I was told they would take care of, they never did. read more

Don't know what happened to this place it's disgusting. Cigarette butts littered all over walkways and parking lot. Safe I. Room had been pried open. The room to the ice machine was gross trash everywhere. There is dirt and lint I. The corners. Interesting clientele saw a couple ladies sleeping in their car after a rocking rolling time upstairs late into the night Internet did not work based on other reviews this place must have changed ownership. I would never stay here again although beds were comfy Room reeked like smoke. I had to walk to front desk for towels. They requested proof of my room number and name to ensure I was staying g there. We stayed at the Glasgow KY location for 4 days. It was such a beautiful location. The swimming pool was delightful. The employees here were so sweet and were ready to get us anything we needed! Checked in for one night on our way to Georgia. Walking into the room I noticed a smell. Detergent, soap and cleaner. The room smelled so fresh and so clean, clean. We got a non smoking king and while I can't do any sort of gymnastics routine the room is well laid out. Microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot, TV. Everything you need. The pool isn't huge but looks well maintained. Two story walk up with doors on the outside. A little dated but clean and comfortable. Also I called down to the front desk at about 7:30pm for a pack and play. It along with an extra blanket was delivered quickly and with a smile. Bonus free breakfast! All in all I'd stay here again. read more

For the price I was honestly expecting alot more. $95 for a standard room, which had a musty smell to it. It does include a microwave, HDTV, and Fridge, but I would consider that standard for almost any hotel in the U.S. Door was somewhat difficult to close, and room HVAC labels were worn out so it was difficult to understand which fan choice to choose. Overall I was not very impressed, although the older short brown haired lady at the front desk made my experience the most pleasurable she could. Was very personable and kind, giving me a discounted price due to arriving late at night. Definitely needs some improvements but not the worst I've been to. read more

Nice clean quiet hotel very friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Stayed for a week. Only complaint is no on site laundry facility.

Had to stay here because all hotels were booked from Birmingham, AL to Nashville because it was spring break return weekend. It was midnite when we checked in. Nancy and Ryan were nice, however we were stuck with a smoking room. I had no idea they still existed but were happy for a room and shower. Room was acceptable for the situation. The room was acceptably clean and appointed but the bed coverings had holes and some sort of paint on them. They needed to be burned. Lovely breakfast and staff. read more

My cousin and I stayed here this past weekend for a fishing tournament on Barren River Lake. Ryan was working the front desk and was extremely helpful and did all he could to accommodate us during our stay. I will not consider staying anywhere else when I come back. read more

Early days of this motel establishment at this location was terrible and I can never forget the experience. To make a story short, I had a job interview in the suburb of Glasgow, KY coming from Georgia and the recruiter had made a reservation here. After checking in and picking up a key at the front desk, I never forget the moment I opened the door to the unit: I was overwhelmed by the huge stink and rotten odor coming from the room. In shock, I slammed the door and ran back to the front desk, reported the problem, and asked for a change in the rooms. The room assigned then was not clean and stale. We stayed at here last Friday for one night. The room was nice and clean. It seemed a bit cramped but there was more than enough to move around. The check-in person was extremely helpful and the checkout person was very nice. We slept in, so we didn't try the breakfast that was offered from 7am-10am on Saturday morning.
