Stayed here for 3 days and wasn't that satisfied. The room was dirty and had stained rugs and bed sheets. Was in a rush for a tournament game and the card reader for my door was broken so couldn't get into room. But in the end it was a Good place for a cheap hotel just old and needs remodeled

Pros; Spacious room Fridge & micro in room Bed comfy as hell Pool and spa Business center with printing Cons; Janky rooms. Needs upgrade bad. Window AC for real? Customer service - latina gal who works front desk is rude AF. Couldn't tell me where my room was but had plenty of time to play on her phone? Real snotty attitude on check out.

Very basic room. We didn't need anything fancy since we were only there to sleep and shower. We didn't even have time to take advantage of their free breakfast because we always left too early in the mornings. Plenty of parking and front desk lady was friendly. I def recommend staying here if you plan to drive to the Grand Canyon North Rim or Antelope Canyon. This is located right in the middle and is only a 2.5 hour drive or so. It's also about 2-3 hours from Vegas if you fly in like we did.

    Fridge and microwave.

The price for what you get is awesome. Obviously there are better places to stay, but at this price point I think this is a sweet spot.

It's all tiny lighting and I was so frustrated in the evening not being able to see anything in my suitcases. There's a suitcase rack by window over AC unit but it's dark and no lighting in that area. Entire room needs new LED fixtures and bulbs that provide enough light. It's a dark cave every evening. I reserved ahead with points. As a titanium member I would have expected my room to be ready when I arrived and it was not. I had to be given a different room than was blocked out for me. I had 2 nights blocked out same room, 2 reservations as they were paid differently. I should have been upgraded to a double king instead of queen , 4th floor golf course view. We had 2 queens. The room size is good. It's cramped and be careful of the trundle bed pulled out as with limited space it's hard to get around bed hard sharp corner without banging your leg on it. We liked the hotel. Breakfast is dismal. We did not eat there after looking the food.

First of all the hotel staff including the front desk are unfriendly and not welcoming. The only employer I saw smile was a man named John during breakfast. Speaking of breakfast. The pancake machine is broken half of the time. The juice machine.... only OJ works. Apple and cranberry juice shoots out water. The tables are not wiped down until breakfast closes. On the bright side, the food is always full. This is a smoke free hotel. Sort of. Hanging out by the pool you can smell smoke and at one point the elevator reaked of Marijuana. Pool time. My kids have enjoyed the pool. However, do not trust the hand rails by the pool or hot tub. They are not sturdy and you will fall down if you rely on them. Also, I have been slightly annoyed by hotel staff using the pool while guests swim. My daughter got smacked on the head by an employees daughter who was using the pool. Pool chairs are broken and torn. Our room. It is in general a lovely room. There is plenty of space for our family. There is not enough drawer space. The closet is useless with only 4 hangers to use. The chair in the room is broken with the leg bent upwards. The moment you attempt to sit on it, you instantly fall forward and onto the floor. Why is this even in the room??? It is an obvious hazard. Part of the problem is that these were the same or similar issues we experienced on our visit over a year ago. Things just dont seem to get fixed and that is why I am leaving this review.

I get that there will be many of you that read this and say well from the outside. It looks like one of those cheap motels. Believe me, I get it. As one of the snobs that would thumb my nose up at this place and don't Nana know about it, well, I'm the only fool here because I've stayed at much worse worse worse places . I got to say that the room is excellent, it is thoroughly clean and just fresh and wonderful. The front desk was very helpful and nice. The bed is very comfortable, and the linens are some of the best that I have slept on in a very, very, very long time. Absolutely love it. The shower has excellent pressure, silverware, pots, and pans, and things like that are available upon request because they have a dinette built into your room. Most places have a very generic under powered hairdryer. And I like that they've gone even there above and beyond, and put a nice hairdryer of a bigger size. I will say don't turn your nose up on this place and location, this was a true gem, and a true find. Glad we finally after all these many times coming into this town I've had a chance to try this out. I will definitely be coming back again and again. And for someone who hardly ever leaves reviews, when a place is excellent, I really have to put something down for a place. To the chalet motel, you've done an excellent job keeping this place really nice for your guests. Thank you so much! Ken
